Sixty 29-day-old commercial Avian male broiler chicks were assigned to two groups randomly, with 30 broilers each. Birds were offered a conventional finishing diet or with 10% dilution diet with ground rice hulls from 29 to 49 days of age. The result showed that there were no significant differences between the effects of diet dilution and the control on final body weight, growth rate and feed conversion efficiency. Diet dilution led to a reduction in abdominal fat weight, whereas carcass and breast muscle weight were not affected.展开更多

The status of PCDDs and PCDFs content in retail foods from a certain area by Isotope Dilution HRGC-HRMS was surveyed and the local population PCDD/Fs exposure from diverse foods and health risk was evaluated.PCDD/Fs w...The status of PCDDs and PCDFs content in retail foods from a certain area by Isotope Dilution HRGC-HRMS was surveyed and the local population PCDD/Fs exposure from diverse foods and health risk was evaluated.PCDD/Fs was extracted from samples by Soxhlet extraction,concentrated and purified by FMS column chromatograph,carbon column enrichment.Confirmation and quantitative analysis at pg/g level of PCDD/Fs was performed by HRGC/HRMS using multiple ion detection mode(MID).TEQ concentration was calculated by WHO-TEF multiplying by concentration of seventeen PCDD/Fs congener.Median of PCDD/Fs concentration for fish,livestock,poultry,egg,vegetable oil,milk,vegetable totally 100 samples for ten diverse foods didn’t exceed the limit standards by EU.The level of PCDD/Fs for different food in the certain area was lower or comparable to the data reported by developed country in the world.The total weekly intake and monthly intake for local population or national population was 3.44,14.8 WHO-TEQ/kg BW and 1.5,6.42 pg WHO-TEQ/kg BW respectively,the value was lower than the Tolerable Weekly Intake of 14 pg WHO TEQ/kg BW for PCDDs,PCDFs and dioxin-like PCBs established by EU Scientific Committee for Food.The dietary PCDD/Fs intake for local people was higher than national population.And animal food was the dominant contributor to the total dietary intake,which accounted for more than 70 percent.These levels of consumption of diverse food containing typical levels of PCDD/Fs doesn’t present a risk to the health of the local population.But integrative dietary intake could be evaluated including of PCBs intake for population in the future.展开更多

By comparison with our previous work, there was much improvement in aspects of digestion of the rice powder sample, separation of cadmium from the sample and dry-mass correction. As a result, the blank of this procedure was reduced and the measurement precisions of isotopic ratios of cadmium were increased. In addition, the uncertainty evaluation of the entire process of measurement was profoundly studied. The analytical result of this work (14.53±0.15) nmol/g was in agreement with the certified value.展开更多

The presented work is to determine the mass fraction of angiotensinⅠ in solution by isotope dilution method,which is a pilot study organized by Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance.Firstly,the hydrolysis ti...The presented work is to determine the mass fraction of angiotensinⅠ in solution by isotope dilution method,which is a pilot study organized by Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance.Firstly,the hydrolysis time and hydrochloric acid addition volume ratio were optimized and the degradation of natural and isotope labeled proline,valine,leucine and phenylalanine during the hydrolysis process were investigated.Secondly,the mass fractions of proline,valine,isoleucine and phenylalanine in the angiotensinⅠhydrolysis solution was determined employing isotope dilution method with their reference materials as standards.Finally,the angiotensinⅠ mass fraction and associated uncertainty were calculated according to the amino acid mass fraction obtained,which was(75.2±2.6) μg/g.It showed that the result obtained in this paper has good equivalence with the average.It can be concluded that the isotope dilution method for peptide quantification is accurate and is suitable for peptide reference materials production.展开更多

A series of correlative techniques for calculating stope over-excavation and under-excavation, stope dilution and ore loss rates, and the blasting design of the pillar with complicated irregular boundaries were developed. These techniques were applied in Dongguashan Copper Mine and Tongkeng Mine successfully. Using these techniques, the dilution rates of stopes 52-2^#, 52-6^#, 52-8^#and 52-10^# of Dongguashan Copper Mine are calculated to be 2.12%, 8.46%, 12-67% and 10.68%, respectively, and the ore loss rates of stopes 52-6^# and 5-8^# are 4.41% and 3.70%, severally. Furthermore, according to the design accomplished by the technique for a pillar of Tongkeng Mine with irregular boundary, the volume, total length of boreholes and the dynamite quantity of the pillar are computed to be 1.2 ×10^4 m^3, 2.98 km and 10.97 t, correspondingly.展开更多
Based on multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) flight at a constant altitude,a fault-tolerant cooperative localization algorithm against global positioning system(GPS) signal loss due to GPS receiver malfunction...Based on multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) flight at a constant altitude,a fault-tolerant cooperative localization algorithm against global positioning system(GPS) signal loss due to GPS receiver malfunction is proposed.Contrast to the traditional means with single UAV,the proposed method is based on the use of inter-UAV relative range measurements against GPS signal loss and more suitable for the small-size and low-cost UAV applications.Firstly,for re-localizing an UAV with a malfunction in its GPS receiver,an algorithm which makes use of any other three healthy UAVs in the cooperative flight as the reference points for re-localization is proposed.Secondly,by using the relative ranges from the faulty UAV to the other three UAVs,its horizontal location can be determined after the GPS signal is lost.In order to improve an accuracy of the localization,a Kalman filter is further exploited to provide the estimated location of the UAV with the GPS signal loss.The Kalman filter calculates the variance of observations in terms of horizontal dilution of positioning(HDOP) automatically.Then,during each discrete computing time step,the best reference points are selected adaptively by minimizing the HDOP.Finally,two simulation examples in Matlab/Simulink environment with five UAVs in cooperative flight are shown to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多
Group testing is a method that can be used to estimate the prevalence of rare infectious diseases,which can effectively save time and reduce costs compared to the method of random sampling.However,previous literature ...Group testing is a method that can be used to estimate the prevalence of rare infectious diseases,which can effectively save time and reduce costs compared to the method of random sampling.However,previous literature only demonstrated the optimality of group testing strategy while estimating prevalence under some strong assumptions.This article weakens the assumption of misclassification rate in the previous literature,considers the misclassification rate of the infected samples as a differentiable function of the pool size,and explores some optimal properties of group testing for estimating prevalence in the presence of differential misclassification conforming to this assumption.This article theoretically demonstrates that the group testing strategy performs better than the sample by sample procedure in estimating disease prevalence when the total number of sample pools is given or the size of the test population is determined.Numerical simulation experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of group tests in estimating prevalence in the presence of dilution effect.展开更多
The dissolving processes,thermochemical properties and thermokinetic parameters of manganese carbohydrazide styph-nate([Mn2(CHZ)2(TNR)2(H2O)4]),nickel carbohydrazide styphnate([Ni(CHZ),(TNR)],)and lead carbohydrazide ...The dissolving processes,thermochemical properties and thermokinetic parameters of manganese carbohydrazide styph-nate([Mn2(CHZ)2(TNR)2(H2O)4]),nickel carbohydrazide styphnate([Ni(CHZ),(TNR)],)and lead carbohydrazide styphnate([Pb_(2)(CHZ)_(2)(TNR)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)])in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)at 298,15 K were studied by a SETARAM C80 calorime-ter.The results show that the dissolving process of them in DMF are exothermic,however the exothermic peaks are different.The results are associated with the different molecular structure and polarity of solutes.The empirical formulas for the enthalpies of dis-solution(△mH),the relative apparent molar enthalpies(ΦL;),the relative partial molar enthalpies(L,),and the enthalpies of di-lution(△aHt.:)are respectively deduced by polynomial fitting of experimental data.The standard enthalpies of dissolution(Aai H)are calculated respectively as-17.75kJ·mol^(-1),-29.76kJ·mol^(-1)and-15.35 kJ·mol^(-1).The rate constant of dissolution reaction(k),and the reaction order(n)are obtained from the kinetic formulas.展开更多

文摘Based on multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) flight at a constant altitude,a fault-tolerant cooperative localization algorithm against global positioning system(GPS) signal loss due to GPS receiver malfunction is proposed.Contrast to the traditional means with single UAV,the proposed method is based on the use of inter-UAV relative range measurements against GPS signal loss and more suitable for the small-size and low-cost UAV applications.Firstly,for re-localizing an UAV with a malfunction in its GPS receiver,an algorithm which makes use of any other three healthy UAVs in the cooperative flight as the reference points for re-localization is proposed.Secondly,by using the relative ranges from the faulty UAV to the other three UAVs,its horizontal location can be determined after the GPS signal is lost.In order to improve an accuracy of the localization,a Kalman filter is further exploited to provide the estimated location of the UAV with the GPS signal loss.The Kalman filter calculates the variance of observations in terms of horizontal dilution of positioning(HDOP) automatically.Then,during each discrete computing time step,the best reference points are selected adaptively by minimizing the HDOP.Finally,two simulation examples in Matlab/Simulink environment with five UAVs in cooperative flight are shown to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Group testing is a method that can be used to estimate the prevalence of rare infectious diseases,which can effectively save time and reduce costs compared to the method of random sampling.However,previous literature only demonstrated the optimality of group testing strategy while estimating prevalence under some strong assumptions.This article weakens the assumption of misclassification rate in the previous literature,considers the misclassification rate of the infected samples as a differentiable function of the pool size,and explores some optimal properties of group testing for estimating prevalence in the presence of differential misclassification conforming to this assumption.This article theoretically demonstrates that the group testing strategy performs better than the sample by sample procedure in estimating disease prevalence when the total number of sample pools is given or the size of the test population is determined.Numerical simulation experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of group tests in estimating prevalence in the presence of dilution effect.

文摘The dissolving processes,thermochemical properties and thermokinetic parameters of manganese carbohydrazide styph-nate([Mn2(CHZ)2(TNR)2(H2O)4]),nickel carbohydrazide styphnate([Ni(CHZ),(TNR)],)and lead carbohydrazide styphnate([Pb_(2)(CHZ)_(2)(TNR)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)])in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)at 298,15 K were studied by a SETARAM C80 calorime-ter.The results show that the dissolving process of them in DMF are exothermic,however the exothermic peaks are different.The results are associated with the different molecular structure and polarity of solutes.The empirical formulas for the enthalpies of dis-solution(△mH),the relative apparent molar enthalpies(ΦL;),the relative partial molar enthalpies(L,),and the enthalpies of di-lution(△aHt.:)are respectively deduced by polynomial fitting of experimental data.The standard enthalpies of dissolution(Aai H)are calculated respectively as-17.75kJ·mol^(-1),-29.76kJ·mol^(-1)and-15.35 kJ·mol^(-1).The rate constant of dissolution reaction(k),and the reaction order(n)are obtained from the kinetic formulas.
