AlGaN-based deep-ultraviolet(DUV)laser diodes(LDs)face performance challenges due to elec-tron leakage and poor hole injection which is often worsened by polarization effects from conventional elec-tron blocking layer...AlGaN-based deep-ultraviolet(DUV)laser diodes(LDs)face performance challenges due to elec-tron leakage and poor hole injection which is often worsened by polarization effects from conventional elec-tron blocking layers(EBLs).To overcome these limitations,we propose an EBL-free DUV LD design incor-porating a 1-nm undoped Al_(0.8)Ga_(0.2)N thin strip layer after the last quantum barrier.Using PICS3D simula-tions,we evaluate the optical and electrical characteristics.Results show a significant increase in effective electron barrier height(from 158.2 meV to 420.7 meV)and a reduction in hole barrier height(from 149.2 meV to 62.8 meV),which enhance hole injection and reduce electron leakage.The optimized structure(LD3)achieves a 14%increase in output power,improved slope efficiency(1.85 W/A),and lower threshold current.This design also reduces the quantum confined Stark effect and forms dual hole accumulation regions,im-proving recombination efficiency.展开更多
As joint operations have become a key trend in modern military development,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)play an increasingly important role in enhancing the intelligence and responsiveness of combat systems.However,t...As joint operations have become a key trend in modern military development,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)play an increasingly important role in enhancing the intelligence and responsiveness of combat systems.However,the heterogeneity of aircraft,partial observability,and dynamic uncertainty in operational airspace pose significant challenges to autonomous collision avoidance using traditional methods.To address these issues,this paper proposes an adaptive collision avoidance approach for UAVs based on deep reinforcement learning.First,a unified uncertainty model incorporating dynamic wind fields is constructed to capture the complexity of joint operational environments.Then,to effectively handle the heterogeneity between manned and unmanned aircraft and the limitations of dynamic observations,a sector-based partial observation mechanism is designed.A Dynamic Threat Prioritization Assessment algorithm is also proposed to evaluate potential collision threats from multiple dimensions,including time to closest approach,minimum separation distance,and aircraft type.Furthermore,a Hierarchical Prioritized Experience Replay(HPER)mechanism is introduced,which classifies experience samples into high,medium,and low priority levels to preferentially sample critical experiences,thereby improving learning efficiency and accelerating policy convergence.Simulation results show that the proposed HPER-D3QN algorithm outperforms existing methods in terms of learning speed,environmental adaptability,and robustness,significantly enhancing collision avoidance performance and convergence rate.Finally,transfer experiments on a high-fidelity battlefield airspace simulation platform validate the proposed method's deployment potential and practical applicability in complex,real-world joint operational scenarios.展开更多

However, traditional ch...The fifth-generation (5G) communication requires a highly accurate estimation of the channel state information (CSI)to take advantage of the massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system. However, traditional channel estimation methods do not always yield reliable estimates. The methodology of this paper consists of deep residual shrinkage network (DRSN)neural network-based method that is used to solve this problem.Thus, the channel estimation approach, based on DRSN with its learning ability of noise-containing data, is first introduced. Then,the DRSN is used to train the noise reduction process based on the results of the least square (LS) channel estimation while applying the pilot frequency subcarriers, where the initially estimated subcarrier channel matrix is considered as a three-dimensional tensor of the DRSN input. Afterward, a mixed signal to noise ratio (SNR) training data strategy is proposed based on the learning ability of DRSN under different SNRs. Moreover, a joint mixed scenario training strategy is carried out to test the multi scenarios robustness of DRSN. As for the findings, the numerical results indicate that the DRSN method outperforms the spatial-frequency-temporal convolutional neural networks (SF-CNN)with similar computational complexity and achieves better advantages in the full SNR range than the minimum mean squared error (MMSE) estimator with a limited dataset. Moreover, the DRSN approach shows robustness in different propagation environments.展开更多
Titanium alloy has the advantages of high strength,strong corrosion resistance,excellent high and low temperature mechanical properties,etc.,and is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,weapons and equipment,and other...Titanium alloy has the advantages of high strength,strong corrosion resistance,excellent high and low temperature mechanical properties,etc.,and is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,weapons and equipment,and other fields.In recent years,with the continuous increase in demand for medium-thick plate titanium alloys,corresponding welding technologies have also continued to develop.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of deep penetration welding technology for medium-thick plate titanium alloys,mainly covering traditional arc welding,high-energy beam welding,and other welding technologies.Among many methods,narrow gap welding,hybrid welding,and external energy field assistance welding all contribute to improving the welding efficiency and quality of medium-thick plate titanium alloys.Finally,the development trend of deep penetration welding technology for mediumthick plate titanium alloys is prospected.展开更多
