Based on the variation of discrete surface,a new grey relational analysis model,called the grey variation relational ana-lysis(GVRA)model,is proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,the proposed model avoids the inconsistent results caused by diffe-rent construction of discrete surface of panel data or the change in the order of indicators or objects in existing grey relational analysis models.Firstly,the submatrix of the sample matrix is given according to the permutation and combination theory.Secondly,the amplitude of the submatrix is calculated and the variation of discrete surface is obtained.Then,a grey relational coefficient is presented by variation difference,and the GVRA model is established.Furthermore,the properties of the pro-posed model,such as normality,symmetry,reflexivity,transla-tion invariant,and number multiplication invariant,are also veri-fied.Finally,the proposed model is used to identify the driving factors of haze in the cities along the Yellow River in Shandong Province,China.The result reveals that the proposed model can effectively measure the relationship between panel data. 展开更多

Anti-jamming performance evaluation has recently received significant attention. For Link-16, the anti-jamming performance evaluation and selection of the optimal anti-jamming technologies are urgent problems to be solved. A comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, which combines grey relational analysis (GRA) and cloud model, to evaluate the anti-jamming performances of Link-16. Firstly, on the basis of establishing the anti-jamming performance evaluation indicator system of Link-16, the linear combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) are used to calculate the combined weight. Secondly, the qualitative and quantitative concept transformation model, i.e., the cloud model, is introduced to evaluate the anti-jamming abilities of Link-16 under each jamming scheme. In addition, GRA calculates the correlation degree between evaluation indicators and the anti-jamming performance of Link-16, and assesses the best anti-jamming technology. Finally, simulation results prove that the proposed evaluation model can achieve the objective of feasible and practical evaluation, which opens up a novel way for the research of anti-jamming performance evaluations of Link-16. 展开更多

The model aggregates the grey relational grade and the distance to a new integrated closeness and reflects not only the trend but also the situation of the alternative. A proper weapon system is very important for a na- tional defense system. Generally, it means selecting the optimal weapon system among many alternatives, which is a multiple- attribute decision making (MADM) problem. This paper proposes a new mathematical model based on the response surface method (RSM) and the grey relational analysis (GRA). RSM is used to obtain the experimental points and analyze the factors that have a significant impact on the selection results. GRA is used to an- alyze the trend relationship between alternatives and reference series. And then an RSM model is obtained, which can be used to calculate all alternatives and obtain ranking results. A real world application is introduced to illustrate the utilization of the model for the weapon selection problem. The results show that this model can be used to help decision-makers to make a quick comparison of alternatives and select a proper weapon system from multiple alternatives, which is an effective and adaptable method for solving the weapon system selection problem. 展开更多

This study aims to optimize the input parameters such as mass fraction and particle size of SiC along with depth of cut,feed and cutting speed in the milling of Al5059/SiC/MoS2.The hybrid metal matrix composites are generally fabricated by reinforcing of different sizes(10,20,40 μm)of SiC with aluminium at a different levels(5%,10%& 15%)whereas the MoS2 addition is fixed as 2%.The effect of each control factor on response variables are analyzed through Taguchi S/N ratio method.Also,the most significant method for prediction of response parameters is satisfied by ANN model than the regression model.Analysis of variance(ANOVA)results envisage that mass fraction of SiC,feed rate is the most domineering factor on response variable. 展开更多

As for the factors affecting the heat transfer performance of complex and nonlinear oscillating heat pipe (OHP),grey relational analysis (GRA) was used to deal with the relationship between heat transfer rate of a looped copper-water OHP and charging ratio,inner diameter,inclination angel,heat input,number of turns,and the main influencing factors were defined.Then,forecasting model was obtained by using main influencing factors (such as charging ratio,interior diameter,and inclination angel) as the inputs of function chain neural network.The results show that the relative average error between the predicted and actual value is 4%,which illustrates that the function chain neural network can be applied to predict the performance of OHP accurately. 展开更多

This study aims to examine the usability of environmentally harmless vegetable oil in the minimum quantity of lubrication(MQL)system in face milling of AISI O2 steel and to optimize the cutting parameters by different statistical methods.Vegetable oil was preferred as cutting fluid,and Taguchi method was used in the preparation of the test pattern.After testing with the prepared test pattern,cutting performance in all parameters has been improved according to dry conditions thanks to the MQL system.The highest tool life was obtained by using cutting parameters of 7.5 m cutting length,100 m/min cutting speed,100 mL/h MQL flow rate and 0.1 mm/tooth feed rate.Optimum cutting parameters were determined according to the Taguchi analysis,and the obtained parameters were confirmed with the verification tests.In addition,the optimum test parameter was determined by applying the gray relational analysis method.After using ANOVA analysis according to the measured surface roughness and cutting force values,the most effective cutting parameter was observed to be the feed rate.In addition,the models for surface roughness and cutting force values were obtained with precisions of 99.63%and 99.68%,respectively.Effective wear mechanisms were found to be abrasion and adhesion. 展开更多

Given a non-equidistant sequence or an equidistant series with one or more outliers, a grey interpolation approach considering the time lags is established for producing the missing data or correcting the abnormal values. To accomplish this, a new grey incidence model, called the grey dynamic incidence model GDIM(t), is constructed for determining whether the factors are effective to the known factor and what the time lag is between a useful factor and the specified sequence. Based on the results of the GDIM(t) model, two programming problems are designed to obtain the upper and lower bounds of the unknown or abnormal values which are regarded as grey numbers. The solutions based on the particle swarm optimization(PSO) for the nonlinear programming problems are given. To explain how it can be used in practice, this new grey interpolation approach is applied to correct an abnormal value in the sequence of an agriculture environment problem. 展开更多

Combining a detailed catalytic surface reaction mechanism with noble metal and promoter elementary reactions, a new three-way catalytic converter(TWC) reaction mechanism is established. Based on the new mechanism, steady condition numerical simulation is carried out, and the change of light-off temperatures and conversion efficiency with various SO2 contents is obtained. By grey relational analysis(GRA), the relational grade between conversion efficiency and SO2 content is obtained. And, the result shows that SO2 content has the most important influence on C3H6 and NOX conversion efficiency. This provides an important reference to the improvement of activity design of TWC, and may provide guidance for the condition design and optimization of TWC. 展开更多

为了进一步研究省域尺度范围地面沉降,分析河南地矿CORS省域地面沉降的监测方法与其形成机理:针对河南省地面沉降分布特征,采用河南省地质信息连续采集运行系统(HNGICS)的62个基准站数据,时间序列为2012—2019年,获得国际地球参考框架... 为了进一步研究省域尺度范围地面沉降,分析河南地矿CORS省域地面沉降的监测方法与其形成机理:针对河南省地面沉降分布特征,采用河南省地质信息连续采集运行系统(HNGICS)的62个基准站数据,时间序列为2012—2019年,获得国际地球参考框架下无净旋转条件的河南省三维速度场;然后分解三维速度场获得河南垂直速度场,发现河南省地面沉降呈现“西稳东沉”的现象,开封附近出现沉降漏斗;最后将河南省地质图、河南省耕地面积占比、河南省年均降雨量与沉降等值线对比分析。结果表明:不同地质条件下,河南省地面沉降分布于豫东地区的第四系冲积层,而相同地质条件下,耕地占比和区域年均降雨量是地表差异性沉降的主要原因,如豫东地区耕地约占总面积的70%,地下水用于农业灌溉是豫东平原出现沉降漏斗的主要原因。 展开更多

To research whether grey relational models satisfy the four grey relational theorems, several kinds of grey relational models are commented. Some problems including the properties of normality, pair symmetry and wholeness are discussed. The phenomenon that the lower value of almost each grey relational model is not equal to zero is proved. The contradiction problems between the properties of wholeness and pair symmetry are verified. 复杂环境下由于卫星信号质量差等原因,常规地区的测量技术标准不具有适用性。为研究复杂环境下快速静态测量的技术方案,利用某铁路带状稀疏卫星导航定位基准站(Continuously Operating Reference Stations,CORS)综合服务系统,开展一系... 复杂环境下由于卫星信号质量差等原因,常规地区的测量技术标准不具有适用性。为研究复杂环境下快速静态测量的技术方案,利用某铁路带状稀疏卫星导航定位基准站(Continuously Operating Reference Stations,CORS)综合服务系统,开展一系列快速静态测量实验,通过箱形图等方式,分析不同星座、不同观测时长下的测量精度。与铁路控制网的成果比较后发现,观测时长为5~25min且解算成功的前提下,基于CORS的GPS+BDS、单GPS与单BDS的快速静态测量成果计算的外符合精度差异较小,平面和高程中误差整体优于16 mm和45 mm,均可满足像控点测量精度要求;存在解算失败的情况,解算失败的像控点与其距CORS站的距离无显著联系,随着观测时长的增加,解算失败的时段数明显减少。此外,在相同观测时长下,基于CORS的GPS+BDS与单BDS模式测量精度较高,单GPS相对较差。对于复杂环境,北斗CORS系统在铁路快速静态测量方面替代GPS是可行的,建议快速静态测量时长在25 min以上为宜。 展开更多

Accurate 3-D fracture network model for rock mass in dam foundation is of vital importance for stability,grouting and seepage analysis of dam foundation.With the aim of reducing deviation between fracture network model and measured data,a 3-D fracture network dynamic modeling method based on error analysis was proposed.Firstly,errors of four fracture volume density estimation methods(proposed by ODA,KULATILAKE,MAULDON,and SONG)and that of four fracture size estimation methods(proposed by EINSTEIN,SONG and TONON)were respectively compared,and the optimal methods were determined.Additionally,error index representing the deviation between fracture network model and measured data was established with integrated use of fractal dimension and relative absolute error(RAE).On this basis,the downhill simplex method was used to build the dynamic modeling method,which takes the minimum of error index as objective function and dynamically adjusts the fracture density and size parameters to correct the error index.Finally,the 3-D fracture network model could be obtained which meets the requirements.The proposed method was applied for 3-D fractures simulation in Miao Wei hydropower project in China for feasibility verification and the error index reduced from 2.618 to 0.337. 展开更多

A new method of system failure analysis was proposed. First, considering the relationships between the failure subsystems,the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL) method was used to calculate the degree of correlation between the failure subsystems, analyze the combined effect of related failures, and obtain the degree of correlation by using the directed graph and matrix operations. Then, the interpretative structural modeling(ISM) method was combined to intuitively show the logical relationship of many failure subsystems and their influences on each other by using multilevel hierarchical structure model and obtaining the critical subsystems. Finally, failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA) was used to perform a qualitative hazard analysis of critical subsystems, determine the critical failure mode, and clarify the direction of reliability improvement.Through an example, the result demonstrates that the proposed method can be efficiently applied to system failure analysis problems. 展开更多

目的 通过生物信息学分析、机器学习算法和分子对接等方法和技术探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)、2型糖尿病(T2DM)和动脉粥样硬化(AS)3种常见慢病和衰老基因相关的共有机制和潜在治疗药物。方法 从AgingAtlas、CellAge、GenAge和MSigDB等数... 目的 通过生物信息学分析、机器学习算法和分子对接等方法和技术探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)、2型糖尿病(T2DM)和动脉粥样硬化(AS)3种常见慢病和衰老基因相关的共有机制和潜在治疗药物。方法 从AgingAtlas、CellAge、GenAge和MSigDB等数据库中收集和整理与衰老相关的基因。将从CTD、DisGeNET、GeneCards、OMIM、PharmGKB和TTD等数据库中获得与NAFLD、T2DM、AS相关的基因和基于GEO差异基因分析得到的基因集取交集后,得到这3种常见慢性疾病的相关疾病基因集。利用clusterProfiler包对衰老基因集、3种疾病相关基因集进行KEGG通路富集分析并取交集。将筛选得到的KEGG通路上的富集基因合并后,导入STRING数据库并构建PPI网络,利用MCODE工具分析得到PPI网络中的核心子模块,计算其中每个节点、模块的重要值Nim和Cim。同时,采用Lasso回归模型、Boruta算法以及随机森林模型等3种机器学习模型进行特征基因筛选。利用HIT2.0数据库查找关键特征基因相关的靶向中药小分子。利用SwissADME和ADMETlab 3.0在线系统对小分子进行ADMET评价和分析。利用分子对接方法对关键作用靶点和筛选到的小分子进行对接。结果 总共获得1 325、616、78、597个与衰老、NAFLD、T2DM、AS相关的基因。衰老和3种疾病的KEGG通路富集分析结果取交集后得到2条共有交集通路,共包含243个基因。构建PPI网络,3个核心子模块中Cluster 2的Cim值最高。根据特征基因筛选结果,结合PPI网络模块分析结果,找到4个与衰老相关的特征基因:CDK6、CDKN1A、MYC、PTEN。这4个靶点具有94个潜在中药小分子候选药物,其中,白藜芦醇(resveratrol, RSV)是这4个靶点共有的中药小分子。ADMET评价显示,其具有良好的成药性。PTEN靶点具有较高的Nim值,RSV与PTEN进行分子对接,显示有较好的结合稳定性。结论 从衰老的角度来看,发现了一种潜在的中药小分子RSV,它可能通过调节关键基因PTEN来预防和治疗NAFLD、T2DM和AS这3种常见的慢性疾病。 展开更多

数实融合能否助推工业减污降碳协同增效?——基于信息产业与工业的前后向关联考察 被引量:6

推进减污降碳协同增效是我国经济高质量发展和生态文明建设的必由之路,数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展为助推工业减污降碳协同增效带来机会窗口,以数实融合驱动工业实现绿色化、低碳化转型成为构筑中国式现代化的物质技术基础。基于200... 推进减污降碳协同增效是我国经济高质量发展和生态文明建设的必由之路,数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展为助推工业减污降碳协同增效带来机会窗口,以数实融合驱动工业实现绿色化、低碳化转型成为构筑中国式现代化的物质技术基础。基于2007—2020年时间序列投入产出数据,利用面板回归模型和中介效应模型,从产业前后向关联视角出发检验信息产业与工业的关联融合对23个工业细分行业减污降碳协同增效的影响效应及其作用机制。研究表明:(1)信息产业与工业的前后向关联融合能够发挥显著的“推-拉”作用,促进工业实现减污降碳协同增效,即存在“供给推动、需求拉动”效应。(2)数实前向关联融合推动的行业技术升级、产业链整合以及成本管控是驱动减污降碳协同增效的主要作用路径;后向关联融合则通过规模效应、稳定供需关系和供应质量提升三种潜在的影响渠道助推减污降碳协同增效,实现环境-气候-经济效益等多重目标。(3)异质性检验发现,数实融合驱动的减污降碳协同增效效应在信息技术应用、污染密集型、高技术密集型以及高关联融合型行业中更强。环境规制和行业竞争度强化了数实融合的减污降碳协同增效效应,而融资约束则削弱了这一效应。该研究不仅拓展和深化了数实融合驱动工业减污降碳协同增效的机制路径,而且对于抓住信息产业发展带来的战略机遇,缩小行业间的“数字鸿沟”,稳步推进新型工业化具有重要的政策启示。 展开更多

为降低民航客机火灾事故率,以飞行全过程及3个关键飞行阶段作为维度,采用动态贝叶斯网络模型对非坠机民航客机火灾进行风险分析。根据火灾起火燃烧的当量比及事故演化的过程,基于事故致因模型确定事件因素,构建火灾风险分析模型;收集201... 为降低民航客机火灾事故率,以飞行全过程及3个关键飞行阶段作为维度,采用动态贝叶斯网络模型对非坠机民航客机火灾进行风险分析。根据火灾起火燃烧的当量比及事故演化的过程,基于事故致因模型确定事件因素,构建火灾风险分析模型;收集2014—2024年民航火灾事故数据,确定基本事件的先验概率,并应用BWM法计算中间事件的条件概率;运用灰色关联分析提取各维度关联因素结合动态时序变化构建动态贝叶斯网络,进行火灾风险分析,识别关键风险因素。研究结果表明:非坠机民航客机火灾初期发展阶段时物的因素与环境因素影响最高,充分燃烧阶段时组织管理因素和货物因素影响最高;飞行关键阶段中飞机机体自身因素和组织管理因素为高风险因素。研究结果可为提高非坠机民航客机火灾风险预警与应急管理能力提供决策参考。 展开更多
