In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles.The threedimensional integrated...In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles.The threedimensional integrated estimation guidance and control nonlinear model with limited actuator deflection angle is established considering the seeker's FOV constraint.The boundary time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF)is employed in backstepping design to constrain the body line-of-sight(BLOS)in IEGC system to fit a circular FOV.Then,the nonlinear adaptive controller is designed to estimate the changing aerodynamic parameters.The generalized extended state observer(GESO)is designed to estimate the acceleration of the maneuvering targets and the unmatched time-varying disturbances for improving tracking accuracy.Furthermore,the command filters are used to solve the"differential expansion"problem during the backstepping design.The Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the overall closed-loop IEGC system.Finally,the simulation results validate the integrated system's effectiveness,achieving high accuracy strikes against maneuvering targets.展开更多

Based on the T-S fuzzy-modeling theory, NNCSs are modeled and network random time-delays are changed into the unknown bounded uncertain part without changing its structure. Then a fuzzy state observer is designed and an observer-based fault detection approach for an NNCS is presented. The main results are given and the relative theories are proved in detail. Then, some relevant sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution are given by applying Lyapunov stability theory. To get better tracking performance of attitude command over the reentry phase of vehicles, the use of state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) method for attitude controller design of reentry vehicles was investigated....To get better tracking performance of attitude command over the reentry phase of vehicles, the use of state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) method for attitude controller design of reentry vehicles was investigated. Guidance commands are generated based on optimal guidance law. SDRE control method employs factorization of the nonlinear dynamics into a state vector and state dependent matrix valued function. State-dependent coefficients are derived based on reentry motion equations in pitch and yaw channels. Unlike constant weighting matrix Q, elements of Q are set as the functions of state error so as to get satisfactory feedback and eliminate state error rapidly, then formulation of SDRE is realized. Riccati equation is solved real-timely with Schur algorithm. State feedback control law u(x) is derived with linear quadratic regulator (LQR) method. Simulation results show that SDRE controller steadily tracks attitude command, and impact point error of reentry vehicle is acceptable. Compared with PID controller, tracking performance of attitude command using SDRE controller is better with smaller control surface deflection. The attitude tracking error with SDRE controller is within 5°, and the control deflection is within 30°.展开更多

By solving a nonlinear optimization problem with equality constraint of model output and boundary constraint of controller output using Nelder-Mead simplex direct search method, a sub-optimal control law was achieved in feature space. The effect of the controller was demonstrated on a recognized benchmark problem and a continuous-stirred tank reactor. The simulation results show that the multi-step-ahead predictive controller can be well applied to nonlinear system, with better performance in following reference trajectory and disturbance-rejection.展开更多

The mathematical models of the robot, including kinematic model, dynamic model and spline trajectory planing, are established and verified. Since it is difficult to describe the real-time contour error of the robot for complex trajectory, the adjacent coupling error is analyzed to solve the problem. Combined with nonlinear control and coupling performance of the robot, N-PD cross-coupling synchronization controller is designed and validated by simulation analysis. A servo control experimental system which mainly consists of laser tracking system, the robot mechanical system and EtherCAT based servo control system is constructed. The synchronization error is significantly decreased and the maximum trajectory error is reduced from 0.33 mm to 0.1 mm. The effectiveness of the control algorithm is validated by the experimental results, thus the control strategy can improve the robot's trajectory tracking precision significantly.展开更多

Based on the mathematical model, it shows th...To explore the precise dynamic response of the levitation system with active controller, a maglev guide way-electromagnet-air spring-cabin coupled model is derived firstly. Based on the mathematical model, it shows that the inherent nonlinearity, inner coupling, misalignments between the sensors and actuators, load uncertainties and external disturbances are the main issues that should be solved in engineering. Under the assumptions that the loads and external disturbance are measurable, the backstepping module controller developed in this work can tackle the above problems effectively. In reality, the load is uncertain due to the additions of luggage and passengers, which will degrade the dynamic performance. A load estimation algorithm is introduced to track the actual load asymptotically and eliminate its influence by tuning the parameters of controller online. Furthermore,considering the external disturbances generated by crosswind, pulling motor and air springs, the extended state observer is employed to estimate and suppress the external disturbance. Finally, results of numerical simulations illustrating closed-loop performance are provided.展开更多

Many studies have shown that soft landing is a challenging problem in lunar exploration. The lunar soft landing in this paper begins from a 100 km circular lunar parking orbit. Once the landing area has been selected and it is time to deorbit for landing, a ΔV burn of 19.4 m/s is performed to establish a 100×15 km elliptical orbit. At perilune, the landing jets are ignited, and a propulsive landing is performed. A guidance and control scheme for lunar soft landing is proposed in the paper, which combines optimal theory with nonlinear neuro-control. Basically, an optimal nonlinear control law based on artificial neural network is presented, on the basis of the optimum trajectory from perilune to lunar surface in terms of Pontryagin's maximum principle according to the terminal boundary conditions and performance index. Therefore some optimal control laws can be carried out in the soft landing system due to the nonlinear mapping function of the neural network. The feasibility and validity of the control laws are verified in a simulation experiment.展开更多

Firstly, a novel approach to train the RBF is introduced, which employs an adaptive fuzzy generalized learning vector quantization (AFGLVQ) technique and recursive least squares algorithm with variable forgetting factor (VRLS). The AFGLVQ adjusts the centers of the RBF while the VRLS updates the connection weights of the network. The identification algorithm has the properties of rapid convergence and persistent adaptability that make it suitable for real-time control. Secondly, on the basis of the one-step ahead RBF predictor, the control law is optimized iteratively through a numerical stable Davidon's least squares-based (SDLS) minimization approach. The closed-loop system is proven to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. In addition, it is shown that if the approximation accuracy of the fuzzy logic system is high enough and the observer gain is chosen sufficiently large, an arbitrarily small tracking error can be achieved. 文摘To get better tracking performance of attitude command over the reentry phase of vehicles, the use of state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) method for attitude controller design of reentry vehicles was investigated. Guidance commands are generated based on optimal guidance law. SDRE control method employs factorization of the nonlinear dynamics into a state vector and state dependent matrix valued function. State-dependent coefficients are derived based on reentry motion equations in pitch and yaw channels. Unlike constant weighting matrix Q, elements of Q are set as the functions of state error so as to get satisfactory feedback and eliminate state error rapidly, then formulation of SDRE is realized. Riccati equation is solved real-timely with Schur algorithm. State feedback control law u(x) is derived with linear quadratic regulator (LQR) method. Simulation results show that SDRE controller steadily tracks attitude command, and impact point error of reentry vehicle is acceptable. Compared with PID controller, tracking performance of attitude command using SDRE controller is better with smaller control surface deflection. The attitude tracking error with SDRE controller is within 5°, and the control deflection is within 30°.
文摘A support vector machine with guadratic polynomial kernel function based nonlinear model multi-step-ahead optimizing predictive controller was presented. A support vector machine based predictive model was established by black-box identification. And a quadratic objective function with receding horizon was selected to obtain the controller output. By solving a nonlinear optimization problem with equality constraint of model output and boundary constraint of controller output using Nelder-Mead simplex direct search method, a sub-optimal control law was achieved in feature space. The effect of the controller was demonstrated on a recognized benchmark problem and a continuous-stirred tank reactor. The simulation results show that the multi-step-ahead predictive controller can be well applied to nonlinear system, with better performance in following reference trajectory and disturbance-rejection.

文摘In order to improve the trajectory tracking precision and reduce the synchronization error of a 6-DOF lightweight robot, nonlinear proportion-deviation (N-PD) cross-coupling synchronization control strategy based on adjacent coupling error analysis is presented. The mathematical models of the robot, including kinematic model, dynamic model and spline trajectory planing, are established and verified. Since it is difficult to describe the real-time contour error of the robot for complex trajectory, the adjacent coupling error is analyzed to solve the problem. Combined with nonlinear control and coupling performance of the robot, N-PD cross-coupling synchronization controller is designed and validated by simulation analysis. A servo control experimental system which mainly consists of laser tracking system, the robot mechanical system and EtherCAT based servo control system is constructed. The synchronization error is significantly decreased and the maximum trajectory error is reduced from 0.33 mm to 0.1 mm. The effectiveness of the control algorithm is validated by the experimental results, thus the control strategy can improve the robot's trajectory tracking precision significantly.

文摘To explore the precise dynamic response of the levitation system with active controller, a maglev guide way-electromagnet-air spring-cabin coupled model is derived firstly. Based on the mathematical model, it shows that the inherent nonlinearity, inner coupling, misalignments between the sensors and actuators, load uncertainties and external disturbances are the main issues that should be solved in engineering. Under the assumptions that the loads and external disturbance are measurable, the backstepping module controller developed in this work can tackle the above problems effectively. In reality, the load is uncertain due to the additions of luggage and passengers, which will degrade the dynamic performance. A load estimation algorithm is introduced to track the actual load asymptotically and eliminate its influence by tuning the parameters of controller online. Furthermore,considering the external disturbances generated by crosswind, pulling motor and air springs, the extended state observer is employed to estimate and suppress the external disturbance. Finally, results of numerical simulations illustrating closed-loop performance are provided.
文摘Returning to moon has become a top topic recently. Many studies have shown that soft landing is a challenging problem in lunar exploration. The lunar soft landing in this paper begins from a 100 km circular lunar parking orbit. Once the landing area has been selected and it is time to deorbit for landing, a ΔV burn of 19.4 m/s is performed to establish a 100×15 km elliptical orbit. At perilune, the landing jets are ignited, and a propulsive landing is performed. A guidance and control scheme for lunar soft landing is proposed in the paper, which combines optimal theory with nonlinear neuro-control. Basically, an optimal nonlinear control law based on artificial neural network is presented, on the basis of the optimum trajectory from perilune to lunar surface in terms of Pontryagin's maximum principle according to the terminal boundary conditions and performance index. Therefore some optimal control laws can be carried out in the soft landing system due to the nonlinear mapping function of the neural network. The feasibility and validity of the control laws are verified in a simulation experiment.

文摘A nonlinear robust controller was presented to improve the tracking control performance of a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle(AHV) which is subjected to system parametric uncertainties and unknown additive time-varying disturbances.The longitudinal dynamic model for the flexible AHV was used for the control development.High-gain observers were designed to compensate for the system uncertainties and additive disturbances.Small gain theorem and Lyapunov based stability analysis were utilized to prove the stability of the closed loop system.Locally uniformly ultimately bounded tracking of the vehicle's velocity,altitude and attack angle were achieved under aeroelastic effects,system parametric uncertainties and unknown additive disturbances.Matlab/Simulink simulation results were provided to validate the robustness of the proposed control design.The simulation results demonstrate that the tracking errors stay in a small region around zero.
文摘In this paper, adaptive identification and control of nonlinear dynamical systems are investigated using radial basis function networks (RBF). Firstly, a novel approach to train the RBF is introduced, which employs an adaptive fuzzy generalized learning vector quantization (AFGLVQ) technique and recursive least squares algorithm with variable forgetting factor (VRLS). The AFGLVQ adjusts the centers of the RBF while the VRLS updates the connection weights of the network. The identification algorithm has the properties of rapid convergence and persistent adaptability that make it suitable for real-time control. Secondly, on the basis of the one-step ahead RBF predictor, the control law is optimized iteratively through a numerical stable Davidon's least squares-based (SDLS) minimization approach. Four nonlinear examples are simulated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the identification and control algorithms.

文摘A novel control method for a general class of nonlinear systems using fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) is presertted. Indirect and direct methods are combined to design the adaptive fuzzy output feedback controller and a high-gain observer is used to estimate the derivatives of the system output. The closed-loop system is proven to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. In addition, it is shown that if the approximation accuracy of the fuzzy logic system is high enough and the observer gain is chosen sufficiently large, an arbitrarily small tracking error can be achieved. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the newly designed scheme and the theoretical discussion.

文摘A new robust fault-tolerant controller scheme integrating a main controller and a compensator for the self-repairing flight control system is discussed.The main controller is designed for high performance of the original faultless system.The compensating controller can be seen as a standalone loop added to the system to compensate the effects of fault guaranteeing the stability of the system.A design method is proposed using nonlinear dynamic inverse control as the main controller and nonlinear extended state observer-based compensator.The stability of the whole closed-loop system is analyzed.Feasibility and validity of the new controller is demonstrated with an aircraft simulation example.
