目的阐明发展性照顾的概念内涵,为开展新生儿发展性照顾提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Scopus及CINAHL等数据库中涉及发展性照顾的相关文献,采...目的阐明发展性照顾的概念内涵,为开展新生儿发展性照顾提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Scopus及CINAHL等数据库中涉及发展性照顾的相关文献,采用Rodgers演化概念分析法对发展性照顾的概念进行分析。结果共纳入35篇文献,总结发展性照顾具有环境优化、准确评估、个体调适、情感照护、家庭参与5个定义属性;前置因素包括发育需求因素、疾病和治疗因素、家庭因素;后置影响包括对新生儿自身影响、对家庭的影响、对医疗组织的影响。结论通过对发展性照顾的概念发展、定义属性、前因后果等进行分析,明确了新生儿发展性照顾的概念。护理人员应结合发展性照顾的概念内涵,制订相应的干预策略,以促进新生儿生长发育。展开更多
