知识翻译学视阈下“community”的知识互动化生

英语词“community”在我国英文报纸中使用很多,它起源于德语词“Gemeinschaft”。本文基于《中国近代报纸全文数据库》,应用知识翻译学中的“知识互动化生”概念探讨“community”经译介进入中国后经历的知识互动、生成和发展。研究发... 英语词“community”在我国英文报纸中使用很多,它起源于德语词“Gemeinschaft”。本文基于《中国近代报纸全文数据库》,应用知识翻译学中的“知识互动化生”概念探讨“community”经译介进入中国后经历的知识互动、生成和发展。研究发现,“community”汉译词的演变不仅是我国地方性知识与世界性知识反复互动的产物,即从“基本社会”演变为地域性的“地方社会”和“社区”,再发展为不限地域的网络“社区”,进而到人类命运“共同体”;还体现了汉语知识体系内部的自我更新,如从人的“社区”拓展为生物的“群落”,从传统“乡村社区”发展成现代“都市社区”。研究表明,翻译是地方性知识与世界性知识反复互动的过程,而且见证着目标语国家知识体系内部的自我更新和传承,二者共同促成译词的演变及其知识内涵的不断丰富。 展开更多

The enhancement of chalcopyrite bioleaching with an enriched microbial community by acidified seawater was studied,and the enhancing mechanism was analyzed.The microbial community was enriched at the Dabaoshan mine site,and the treated ore sample had high concentrations of chalcopyrite and galena.The experimental results show that copper extraction from chalcopyrite with an enriched microbial community in seawater was promoted from 13.1%to 62.1%by acidification in comparison with that without acidification.Further analyses of the solutions,solid residues and microbial compositions by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 16 S rDNA sequencing revealed the promoting effects of acidified seawater.This acidification can increase the biodissolution of chalcopyrite to increase the concentration of iron ions and maintain the redox potential in the range of 360−410 mV.The latter produces an optimal redox environment conducive to chalcopyrite dissolution via Cu_(2)S.The adaptability of the microbial community to a high-salt environment is improved.Chloride ions at 580 mmol/L improve the leaching kinetics of chalcopyrite by increasing the porosity and noncrystallinity of the intermediate elemental sulfur.This study provides a promising way to bioleaching copper minerals using seawater for areas with freshwater shortages. 展开更多

Matching consumers and stage-stations on community group buying platforms:An approach with hierarchy algorithms

Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms match consumers with stage-stations(the picking up center under the CGB mode).By altering the fundamental design of the existing hierarchy algorithms,improvements are achieved.It is proven that our method has a faster running speed and greater space efficiency.Our algorithms avoid traversal and compress the time complexities of matching a consumer with a stage-station and updating the storage information to O(logM)and O(MlogG),where M is the number of stage-stations and G is that of the platform’s stock-keeping units.Simulation comparisons of our algorithms with the current methods of CGB platforms show that our approaches can effectively reduce delivery costs.An interesting observation of the simula-tions is worthy of note:Increasing G may incur higher costs since it makes inventories more dispersed and delivery prob-lems more complicated. 展开更多

Initial populations are generated using nodes similar... A new genetic algorithm for community detection in complex networks was proposed. It adopts matrix encoding that enables traditional crossover between individuals. Initial populations are generated using nodes similarity, which enhances the diversity of initial individuals while retaining an acceptable level of accuracy, and improves the efficiency of optimal solution search. Individual crossover is based on the quality of individuals' genes; all nodes unassigned to any community are grouped into a new community, while ambiguously placed nodes are assigned to the community to which most of their neighbors belong. Individual mutation, which splits a gene into two new genes or randomly fuses it into other genes, is non-uniform. The simplicity and effectiveness of the algorithm are revealed in experimental tests using artificial random networks and real networks. The accuracy of the algorithm is superior to that of some classic algorithms, and is comparable to that of some recent high-precision algorithms. 展开更多

Simulated heap bioleaching of low-grade high pyrite-bearing chalcocite ore was conducted at 40 °C with aeration of CO_2 and N_2.Ore samples were collected at day 43,64,85,106 and subjected to microbial community analysis by 16S rRNA gene clone library.Phylogenetic analyses of 16S rDNA fragments revealed that the retrieved sequences are mainly related to genus Acidithiobacillus,Leptospirillum and Sulfobacillus.Aeration of CO_2 and N_2 significantly impacted the microbial community composition.When CO_2 was aerated,the proportion of genus Acidithiobacillus considerably increased,whereas the proportion of genus Leptospirillum and genus Sulfobacillus declined.However,with the aeration of N_2,the proportion of genus Acidithiobacillus and Leptospirillum increased,but genus Sulfobacillus decreased.When there was no aeration,the microbial community was similar to the inocula with the proportion of genus Leptospirillum mounted.These results indicated that the limitation of oxygen could change the bioleaching microbial community and the aeration of CO_2 and N_2 was favourable for the growth of sulfur-oxidizer(At.caldus) and iron-oxidizer(L.ferriphilum) respectively,which could be used for the regulation of microorganisms' role in mineral bioleaching. 展开更多

To reveal the impact of mining on bacterial ecology around mining area,bacterial community and geochemical characteristics about Dabaoshan Mine(Guangdong Province,China)were studied.By amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis and phylogenetic analysis,it is found that mining pollution greatly impacts the bacterial ecology and makes the habitat type of polluted environments close to acid mine drainage(AMD)ecology.The polluted environment is acidified so greatly that neutrophil and alkaliphilic microbes are massively dead and decomposed.It provided organic matters that can make Acidiphilium sp.rapidly grow and become the most bacterial species in this niche.Furthermore,Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum sp.are also present in this niche.The amount of Leptospirillum sp.is far more than that of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,which indicates that the concentration of toxic ions is very high.The conclusions of biogeochemical analysis and microbiological monitor are identical. Moreover,because the growth of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum sp.depends on ferrous iron or inorganic redox sulfur compounds which can be supplied by continual AMD,their presence indicates that AMD still flows into the site.And the area is closer to the outfalls of AMD,their biomasses would be more.So the distinction of their biomasses among different areas can help us to find the effluent route of AMD. 展开更多

Overlapping community detection in a network is a challenging issue which attracts lots of attention in recent years.A notion of hesitant node(HN) is proposed. An HN contacts with multiple communities while the communications are not strong or even accidental, thus the HN holds an implicit community structure.However, HNs are not rare in the real world network. It is important to identify them because they can be efficient hubs which form the overlapping portions of communities or simple attached nodes to some communities. Current approaches have difficulties in identifying and clustering HNs. A density-based rough set model(DBRSM) is proposed by combining the virtue of densitybased algorithms and rough set models. It incorporates the macro perspective of the community structure of the whole network and the micro perspective of the local information held by HNs, which would facilitate the further "growth" of HNs in community. We offer a theoretical support for this model from the point of strength of the trust path. The experiments on the real-world and synthetic datasets show the practical significance of analyzing and clustering the HNs based on DBRSM. Besides, the clustering based on DBRSM promotes the modularity optimization. 展开更多

The energy metabolism structure of microbial community plays an important role in the process of biohydrometallurgy.In this article,an artificial microbial community composed of three strains(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,Leptospirillum ferriphilum and Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans)was used to leach three kinds of chalcopyrites with different iron-sulfur ratios.After 36 d of leaching,the chalcopyrite with iron-sulfur ratio of about 1:1 achieved the highest copper extraction(69.62%).In the early stage,iron oxidizing bacteria predominated,and the expression of rus and rio was 8 times higher than that in the late stage.In the late stage,sulfur oxidizing bacteria predominated,and the expression of tetH and HdrAB was 4 times higher than that in the early stage.Furthermore,the three bioleaching systems above were added with elemental sulfur(3 g/L);the chalcopyrite with iron-sulfur ratio of about 2:1 achieved the highest copper extraction(80.63%).The results suggest that the energy metabolism structure of the microbial community could be changed by changing the iron-sulfur ratio during the leaching process for improving the leaching efficiency of chalcopyrite. 展开更多

Objective In 2006,Alzheimer's Association Victoria Australia funded the authors to conduct a systematic review of the community education literature in order to assist the development of their own community education strategy.Methods This paper draws upon this research project to convey the predominant messages arising consistently across the evidence base relating to key national health priority areas.Particular attention is given to exploring the needs of minority groups.Results The evidence reviewed indicates the need for multi-faceted intervention approaches that are carefully planned and assessed to ensure sufficient exposure of the target audience to the health messages.Conclusion Such approaches remain to be empirically tested within the context of dementia risk reduction.Nevertheless,there are consistent models in the evidence base that can be applied with confidence to community education in the current domain. 展开更多

In the process of evaluating,the weights of indicators are firstly determined by AHP and Delphi methods;and the values of indicators are normalized by grey correlative coefficient method.A suit of means were put forward,by which a qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicator system suitable for the situation of China and uncertainties can be established.Both idiographic and operable methods and process were presented.Following the principle of elasticity,hiberarchy and maneuverability,a three-layer evaluation indicator system was established by AHP in Jiuyi ecological residential community,which includes 5 subsystems and 24 indicatiors.The weights of indicators are measured by AHP and expert estimate and their best indicators values up to par were determined by fuzzy mathematics and optimization.The whole evaluation indicator system not only has an active and practical effect on estimating ecological residential community,but also guides ecological residential community planning. 展开更多

The human society is an interdependent community of shared future.Rooted in the foundation of “Great Harmony” ideology in Chinese traditional culture,the idea of “a community of shared future for mankind” is an important part of the socialism thoughts with Chinese characteristics in new era.The similarities and differences of cultures are the base of complementation and premise of innovative development rather than the source of conflicts.The core value of community of shared future is harmony,which with the goal of win-win can be achieved only by actively advocating cultural diversity,strengthening the effective and equal dialogue and understanding and complementing between different cultures or civilizations,and creating an inclusive,tolerant and reasonable peaceful environment.In this respect,the comparative literature research should inevitably play its irreplaceable role as a bridge to enable the communication,dialogue and understanding between eastern and western literature and cultures.The communication between cultures is homogeneous but the interaction between cultural soils as well as national cultures is heterogeneous.During the communication process of literature works,it’s necessary to further study the literature content under cultural differences.The community of shared future for mankind is not only a new idea for global governance but also a new kind of expression of the habitat guarding and building awareness;it is the real and physically objective existence and also the imaginary and emotional spirit pursuit.In the context that the comparative literature is trying to develop into the world literature,it’s the mission for mankind to make it possible the wide transmission,reading and studying of the diversified and unique literature works of different countries,which can manifest the common value connotation of human beings,and to spare no effort to remove obstacles from the path to the destination of a community of shared future for mankind. 展开更多

[KG(0.01mm]This study focuses on the community structure of aggregated bacteria in Lake Baikal and relationships with free-living bacteria. Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) methods were used in samples of bacteria taken in April, 2001. Bacterial counts of free-living bacteria by DAPI staining ranged from 0.2×10 6 to 3.2×10 6 cells·mL -1, decreasing with depth, whereas aggregated bacterial numbers dramatically increased with depth, ranging from 0.4×10 4 to 3.3×10 4 cells·mL -1. Ratios of EUB probe binding cells to DAPI counts ranged from 52.3 to 74.1% in free-living bacteria and from 39.6 to 66.7% in aggregated bacteria, respectively. Community composition of aggregated bacteria was very different from free-living bacteria, especially at 25m depth where highest phytoplankton numbers were observed. The vertical profile of aggregated bacteria community was very characteristic. Beta-Proteobacteria increased with depth down to 100m. At 250m, gamma-Proteobacteria was 44% of DAPI bound cells, while other groups were less than 1%. We conclude that community structures of free-living and aggregated bacteria were different, and they may sustain the ecosystem in independent ways. 展开更多
