Zearalenone(ZEN)is a non-steroidal estrogenic mycotoxin biosynthesized by the polyketide reaction,which has estrogenic effects and triggers toxic effects,such as reproductive toxicity,hepatotoxicity,genotoxicity,and i...Zearalenone(ZEN)is a non-steroidal estrogenic mycotoxin biosynthesized by the polyketide reaction,which has estrogenic effects and triggers toxic effects,such as reproductive toxicity,hepatotoxicity,genotoxicity,and immunotoxicity in organism.Due to its impact on human and animal health and the economic losses engendered by ZEN,detoxification strategies for contaminated foods and feeds to reduce or eliminate the toxic effects of ZEN by chemical,physical and biological methods are crucial.Detoxification by microbial means has broad application prospects,with the advantages of high efficiency,high specificity,mild conditions of action,no harmful metabolites,and safety.It may help to improve the function of intestinal barriers so that the intestinal epithelial barrier is more resistant to mycotoxins,and other pathogenic microorganisms.This article provided an overview of the metabolic pathways and animal toxicity of ZEN in organism,and summarized the effects of the current research status,detoxification mechanisms and in vivo applications of ZEN biodetoxification,in order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of ZEN.展开更多
Background The pink bollworm,Pectinophora gossypiella(Saunders),is a devastating global pest of cotton that has caused substantial economic damage to Bt Bollgard-Ⅱ~?cotton plants in recent years due to the evolution ...Background The pink bollworm,Pectinophora gossypiella(Saunders),is a devastating global pest of cotton that has caused substantial economic damage to Bt Bollgard-Ⅱ~?cotton plants in recent years due to the evolution of Bt resistance.The associated fitness cost is assumed to be one of the factors delaying the development of resistance against Bt transgenic crops.Hence,the present study was undertaken to assess the biological performance of pink bollworms by comparing the life history and demographic parameters of a resistant(Field-R)and susceptible(Lab-S)population.Results Prolonged larval duration(23.40 days in Field-R vs 18.80 days in Lab-S population),total life cycle(male=50.00 vs 42.80 days;female=53.60 vs 46.20 days),reduced fecundity(100.60 vs 154.20 eggs/female)and fertility(88.00 vs 138.00 fertile eggs/female)was observed.The demographic parameters indicated a significant reduction in the net reproductive rate(184.27 vs 276.72),innate capacity for increase in number(0.11 vs 0.15),finite rate of increase in number(1.12 vs 1.16 female progenies produced/female/day),weekly multiplication rate(2.16 vs 2.86),potential fecundity(545.06 vs 634.11 eggs),number of hypothetical F_2 females(33955.65 vs 76572.41),but longer mean length of generation(47.54 vs 37.74 days)and population doubling time(6.30 vs 4.62 days)in Field-R compared with Lab-S population.A stage-specific life to ble demonstrated the differences in survival rates between susceptible and resistant populations at various life stages,with the resistant population having higher generation mortality(0.22vs 0.19).Conclusions The study confirms the involvement of fitness costs associated with Bt resistance in P.gossypiella.Despite reduced reproductive fitness,the resistant population tried prolonging the larval stage as a compensatory mechanism to repair the damaged host tissues due to Bt intoxication and for accumulation of enough nutrient reserves for normal pupation and adult emergence.Presence of a high proportion of double Bt-resistant larvae in the field coupled with continued noncompliance with refug planting certainly favours the flaring up of this monophagous pest despite the observed fitness costs.The resistance cannot be effectively reversed unless suitable alternative management strategies are deployed.展开更多

Biodegradation of a common collector(i.e., ethyl xanthate) for non-ferrous metallic ore flotation was evaluated. The results show that the two stages of domestication can improve microbial degradation ability. The BAC reactor obtains a chemical oxygen demand(COD) reduction rate of 82.5% for ethyl xanthate and its effluent COD concentration lowers to below 20 mg/L. The kinetics equation of the BAC reactor proves that the activated carbon layers at the height of 0 mm to 70 mm play a key role in the removal of flotation reagents. Ultraviolet spectral analysis indicates that most of the ethyl xanthate are degraded by microorganisms after advanced treatment by the BAC reactor.展开更多

Different methods were presented such as adaptive biological for reducing costs and increasing accuracy. The effects of step factor, the number of control points and the definition way of control points coordinates in convergence rate were studied. A code was written using ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) which receives the studied parameters as input and obtains the optimum shape for the components. The results show that for achieving successful optimization, step factor should be in a specific range. It is found that the use of any coordinate system in defining control points coordinates and selection of any direction for stimulus vector of algorithm will also result in optimum shape. Furthermore, by increasing the number of control points, some non-uniformities are created in the studied boundary. Achieving acceptable accuracy seems impossible due to the creation of saw form at the studied boundary which is called "saw position".展开更多

Its depositional sequence consists of brown\|black oil shale interbedded massive to thin limestone. Eleven oil shale beds occur and aggregated thickness is up to 47 38m. It deposit age is confined in middle Jurassic by fossils identification. Nine samples selected from horizons with high\|organic contents have been examined by organic geochemistry approach. The oil\|shale range widely in organic carbon content (Toc), average in 8 34%, maximum values reaching 26.12%. Toc are markedly varied in vertical section. The Upper and lower members are slightly low and increase in the middle. The oil\|shale sediments are characterized by high concentration in chloroform bitumen“A”(608~18707)×10 -6 )and total hydrocarbon ((311~5272)×10 -6 ).The Rock\|Eval T \|max data (434~440℃) and vitrinite reflectance values (0.88%~1.26%) indicate that oil\|shale sequence are mature in all samples. The organic matter is predominantly made up of typeⅡ kerogen.展开更多
The reaction of iron(Ⅲ)anions,FeCl 3 and Fe 2(SO 4)3 with tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane(Tris)in a 1∶2 molar ratio affords the new coordination compounds NH 4[Fe 2(Tris)2(H 2O)4(SO 4)](Ⅰ)and NH 4[Fe(Tris)2(H 2O)2]...The reaction of iron(Ⅲ)anions,FeCl 3 and Fe 2(SO 4)3 with tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane(Tris)in a 1∶2 molar ratio affords the new coordination compounds NH 4[Fe 2(Tris)2(H 2O)4(SO 4)](Ⅰ)and NH 4[Fe(Tris)2(H 2O)2](Ⅱ).These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,and their molecular structures were determined by spectroscopic methods(infrared and electronic spectra),magnetic susceptibility,and molar conductivity measurements,and further corroborated by thermo gravimetric analysis and its differential(TGA/DrTGA).According to the experimental data,the complexes can be characterized in the solid state as mono-and binuclear,with a distorted octahedral stereochemistry.The distorted octahedral stereochemistry adopted by the complexes was confirmed by the magnetic susceptibility measurement of NH 4[Fe 2(Tris)2(H 2O)4(SO 4)],which consists of a six-coordinate iron atoms in a distorted octahedral environment constructed from four O atoms(two Tris molecules),two O atoms from the loosely associated SO 4 coordinated ligand,and O,N of second Tris molecule with occupying by four oxygen atoms of coordinated water molecules.Regarding,NH 4[Fe(Tris)2(H 2O)2]complex the mono iron atom is surrounded by six oxygen atoms as four by two Tris molecules and two coordinated water molecules in axial form.Antibacterial and anticancer activities of the complexes were studied and the complexes were screened against bacteria,colorectal adenocarcinoma(Caco-2)and breast cancer(Mcf-7)cell lines.展开更多

But in general,the nematodes appplyed into soil distribute mainly in the ploughed layer and a migration area for them can be formed in the direction of horizontal; 3. observations reveal that invasion time of the S. glaseri NC34 into larval (H. parallela) through intersegmental membrane of body segment and foot after the inoculation is 30 min,and it for invading cuticle of larvae body side is 120 min. With the analysis of experimental results, LBAF is viewed as an approximate plug flow reactor, and hydraulic retention time distribution function was derived based on LBAF. The results show that flow rate and aeration strength are two critical factors which influence flow patterns in LBAF reactor. The hydrodynamic behaviour analysis of LBAF is the theoretical basis of future research on improving capacity factor and developing kinetic model for the reactor.展开更多
SYP-260 is one of the novel pyrimidine structure chemicals.The biological activity of new compound SYP-260 was tested in this paper using different bioassay methods in the laboratory.Experimental results indicated tha...SYP-260 is one of the novel pyrimidine structure chemicals.The biological activity of new compound SYP-260 was tested in this paper using different bioassay methods in the laboratory.Experimental results indicated that the values of median lethal concentration(LC50,72 h)of new compound SYP-260 against broad bean aphid,green peach aphid and cotton aphid were 0.1708,0.2455 and 0.2632 mg·L-1,respectively.The LC50 of new compound SYP-260 was 0.8892 mg·L-1 against adult mite and the ovicidal activity of new compound SYP-260 was 0.7166 mg·L-1.The LC50 of new compound SYP-260 was 22.1991,71.6915,79.6149 and 42.5698 mg·L-1 against oriental armyworm,diamondback moth,corn borer and beet armyworm,respectively.And at the concentration of 50 mg·L-1,the bioassay result showed that new compound SYP-260 could be absorbed by host plant roots.The temperature bioassay result indicated that new compound SYP-260 was a positive temperature coefficient chemical.So new compound SYP-260 had excellent biological activity against nine different insect targets,such as broad bean aphid,green peach aphid and carmine spider mite.Moreover,this new compound had systemic action,too.Therefore,new compound SYP-260 had good bioactivity against many kinds of insect targets with novel chemical structures.展开更多

为了明确长期使用微生物杀虫剂和化学农药对水稻田土壤微生物种群数量和代谢功能多样性的影响,本文采用分离培养技术和Biolog微平板法相结合对长期施用微生物农药苏云·稻纵颗(CnmeGV·Bt)和化学杀虫剂的稻田土壤微生物数量、...为了明确长期使用微生物杀虫剂和化学农药对水稻田土壤微生物种群数量和代谢功能多样性的影响,本文采用分离培养技术和Biolog微平板法相结合对长期施用微生物农药苏云·稻纵颗(CnmeGV·Bt)和化学杀虫剂的稻田土壤微生物数量、代谢功能活性及碳源利用类型多样性等进行研究。结果表明:与常规化学杀虫剂相比较,施用CnmeGV·Bt后土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量均显著增加,分别为化学杀虫剂处理的1.86倍、1.75倍和1.34倍。进一步筛选发现真菌中木霉菌数量高于化学杀虫剂处理,差异显著。细菌中芽孢杆菌、溶磷功能菌、解钾功能菌数量与化学杀虫剂处理无显著差异。不同处理后土壤微生物群落平均颜色变化率(AWCD值)随时间变化趋势基本一致,开始的48 h AWCD变化很小,48~144 h快速升高。CnmeGV·Bt处理后AWCD值在48~192 h均显著高于化学杀虫剂处理。CnmeGV·Bt处理后土壤微生物群落Shannon多样性指数之间无显著变化,Simpson指数和Invsimpson指数显著提高。CnmeGV·Bt处理后土壤微生物对多种类型碳源的利用发生变化。对7种糖类、2种氨基酸类、6种己糖酸类、7种羧酸、酯和脂肪酸类的利用强度显著高于化学杀虫剂处理。对4种糖类、3种羧酸、酯和脂肪酸类的利用强度显著低于化学杀虫剂处理。主成分分析表明,与CnmeGV·Bt处理相关的碳源主要是葡糖醛酰胺、粘液酸、果胶、L-鼠李糖、?-甲酰-D-葡糖苷等,与化学杀虫剂处理相关的碳源主要是龙胆二糖、L-岩藻糖、D-苹果酸等。研究结果说明稻田应用微生物杀虫剂替代化学杀虫剂能够促进土壤微生物数量及其代谢功能,对于Bt类生物农药应用的环境行为及生态效应评价具有重要意义。展开更多

文摘The oil shale with marine origin was first reported in 1987 from Shuanghui of the Qiangtang region. Its depositional sequence consists of brown\|black oil shale interbedded massive to thin limestone. Eleven oil shale beds occur and aggregated thickness is up to 47 38m. It deposit age is confined in middle Jurassic by fossils identification. Nine samples selected from horizons with high\|organic contents have been examined by organic geochemistry approach. The oil\|shale range widely in organic carbon content (Toc), average in 8 34%, maximum values reaching 26.12%. Toc are markedly varied in vertical section. The Upper and lower members are slightly low and increase in the middle. The oil\|shale sediments are characterized by high concentration in chloroform bitumen“A”(608~18707)×10 -6 )and total hydrocarbon ((311~5272)×10 -6 ).The Rock\|Eval T \|max data (434~440℃) and vitrinite reflectance values (0.88%~1.26%) indicate that oil\|shale sequence are mature in all samples. The organic matter is predominantly made up of typeⅡ kerogen.

文摘The reaction of iron(Ⅲ)anions,FeCl 3 and Fe 2(SO 4)3 with tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane(Tris)in a 1∶2 molar ratio affords the new coordination compounds NH 4[Fe 2(Tris)2(H 2O)4(SO 4)](Ⅰ)and NH 4[Fe(Tris)2(H 2O)2](Ⅱ).These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,and their molecular structures were determined by spectroscopic methods(infrared and electronic spectra),magnetic susceptibility,and molar conductivity measurements,and further corroborated by thermo gravimetric analysis and its differential(TGA/DrTGA).According to the experimental data,the complexes can be characterized in the solid state as mono-and binuclear,with a distorted octahedral stereochemistry.The distorted octahedral stereochemistry adopted by the complexes was confirmed by the magnetic susceptibility measurement of NH 4[Fe 2(Tris)2(H 2O)4(SO 4)],which consists of a six-coordinate iron atoms in a distorted octahedral environment constructed from four O atoms(two Tris molecules),two O atoms from the loosely associated SO 4 coordinated ligand,and O,N of second Tris molecule with occupying by four oxygen atoms of coordinated water molecules.Regarding,NH 4[Fe(Tris)2(H 2O)2]complex the mono iron atom is surrounded by six oxygen atoms as four by two Tris molecules and two coordinated water molecules in axial form.Antibacterial and anticancer activities of the complexes were studied and the complexes were screened against bacteria,colorectal adenocarcinoma(Caco-2)and breast cancer(Mcf-7)cell lines.

文摘Pipemidic acid is one of an efficient quinolone antibacterial drug.Thecomplexitybetween pipemidic acid“Hpipc”withgallium(Ⅲ),germanium(Ⅳ)and silicon(Ⅳ)afforded three molecular formulas of[Ga(pipc)2(H 2O)(Cl)]·4H 2O,1,[Ge(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4H 2O,2 and[Si(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4H 2O,3 complexes.These three new complexes were characterized based on elemental analysis,conductance,FTIR,UV-Vis,^1HNMR and XRD spectroscopy.The pipc chelate exhibits O,O coordinated through the carbonyl(C O)and carboxylato(COO)of both oxygen atoms.Six coordinate geometry was proposed regarding complexes of 2 and 3,so the axial position was occupied by two coordinated chlorideatoms.In vitro,the antibacterial,antifungal,and anti-cancer assessments concerning the synthesized pipc complexes were scanned.These complexes have an excellent anti-microbial activity.
文摘Studies indicat that; 1. when soil moisture is above 15% and soil temperature is 20-28℃ ,the condition is benefic for infecting and reproducing of the nematodes. At the same time,this condition is samely needed for the white grubs; 2. the migration ability of the nematodes is lower in soil of field than that in tested soil of the laboratory. But in general,the nematodes appplyed into soil distribute mainly in the ploughed layer and a migration area for them can be formed in the direction of horizontal; 3. observations reveal that invasion time of the S. glaseri NC34 into larval (H. parallela) through intersegmental membrane of body segment and foot after the inoculation is 30 min,and it for invading cuticle of larvae body side is 120 min. But the infection time is different in the different individuals of S. glaseri and in the different species of grubs.
文摘The Qinba areas,located in the Central China,represent 317000 km2,cover 6 provinces.The major mountain of Qinba areas,the Qinling,separates China North and South.This region is one of the areas with the most biodiversity and ecological importance in China and globally,and considered as natural gene bank and bio-resource bank.Qinba mountain areas,together with the Alps in Europe and the Rocky Mountains in North America,are known as the"Three sisters of the earth"by the geological and biological circles.Most of the lands in this region are protected as national park,natural reserve,water resource protection area,etc.These areas have well preserved ecosystem and breeding and habitat area for many endangered species of plants and animals,inculding Panda.In this region,there are more than 4000 species of higher plants,about 2000 species of medicinal plants and animals,200 species of wild ornamental plants and 180 species of economic fungi with edible and medicinal value in those areas.Medicinal plant cultivation,eco-agriculture and ecotourism are the major industries in this region.The State Key Laboratory of Biological Resources and Ecological Environment of Qinba Areas,located in Hanzhong,the central city of Qinba,is focusing on pan-regional biological resources research and rational utilization,ecological protection,and comprehensive and coordinated regional development.
文摘The intracellular Fatty Acid Binding Proteins (FABPs) are a well-conserved family which functions as lipid chaperones. Recent findings also reveal that they are crucial mediators of lipid metabolism, cell growth and differentiation, cellular signaling and gene transcription. Ongoing studies are identifying the mechanistic complexity and vast biological diversity of different isoforms of FABPs. This paper introduced the biological function of FABP5 in inflammatory, metabolic diseases and milk fat synthesis.

文摘Pulsed signal experiment was carried out to determine the hydrodynamic behaviours of lateral flow biological aerated filter(LBAF). With the analysis of experimental results, LBAF is viewed as an approximate plug flow reactor, and hydraulic retention time distribution function was derived based on LBAF. The results show that flow rate and aeration strength are two critical factors which influence flow patterns in LBAF reactor. The hydrodynamic behaviour analysis of LBAF is the theoretical basis of future research on improving capacity factor and developing kinetic model for the reactor.

文摘SYP-260 is one of the novel pyrimidine structure chemicals.The biological activity of new compound SYP-260 was tested in this paper using different bioassay methods in the laboratory.Experimental results indicated that the values of median lethal concentration(LC50,72 h)of new compound SYP-260 against broad bean aphid,green peach aphid and cotton aphid were 0.1708,0.2455 and 0.2632 mg·L-1,respectively.The LC50 of new compound SYP-260 was 0.8892 mg·L-1 against adult mite and the ovicidal activity of new compound SYP-260 was 0.7166 mg·L-1.The LC50 of new compound SYP-260 was 22.1991,71.6915,79.6149 and 42.5698 mg·L-1 against oriental armyworm,diamondback moth,corn borer and beet armyworm,respectively.And at the concentration of 50 mg·L-1,the bioassay result showed that new compound SYP-260 could be absorbed by host plant roots.The temperature bioassay result indicated that new compound SYP-260 was a positive temperature coefficient chemical.So new compound SYP-260 had excellent biological activity against nine different insect targets,such as broad bean aphid,green peach aphid and carmine spider mite.Moreover,this new compound had systemic action,too.Therefore,new compound SYP-260 had good bioactivity against many kinds of insect targets with novel chemical structures.

文摘为了明确长期使用微生物杀虫剂和化学农药对水稻田土壤微生物种群数量和代谢功能多样性的影响,本文采用分离培养技术和Biolog微平板法相结合对长期施用微生物农药苏云·稻纵颗(CnmeGV·Bt)和化学杀虫剂的稻田土壤微生物数量、代谢功能活性及碳源利用类型多样性等进行研究。结果表明:与常规化学杀虫剂相比较,施用CnmeGV·Bt后土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量均显著增加,分别为化学杀虫剂处理的1.86倍、1.75倍和1.34倍。进一步筛选发现真菌中木霉菌数量高于化学杀虫剂处理,差异显著。细菌中芽孢杆菌、溶磷功能菌、解钾功能菌数量与化学杀虫剂处理无显著差异。不同处理后土壤微生物群落平均颜色变化率(AWCD值)随时间变化趋势基本一致,开始的48 h AWCD变化很小,48~144 h快速升高。CnmeGV·Bt处理后AWCD值在48~192 h均显著高于化学杀虫剂处理。CnmeGV·Bt处理后土壤微生物群落Shannon多样性指数之间无显著变化,Simpson指数和Invsimpson指数显著提高。CnmeGV·Bt处理后土壤微生物对多种类型碳源的利用发生变化。对7种糖类、2种氨基酸类、6种己糖酸类、7种羧酸、酯和脂肪酸类的利用强度显著高于化学杀虫剂处理。对4种糖类、3种羧酸、酯和脂肪酸类的利用强度显著低于化学杀虫剂处理。主成分分析表明,与CnmeGV·Bt处理相关的碳源主要是葡糖醛酰胺、粘液酸、果胶、L-鼠李糖、?-甲酰-D-葡糖苷等,与化学杀虫剂处理相关的碳源主要是龙胆二糖、L-岩藻糖、D-苹果酸等。研究结果说明稻田应用微生物杀虫剂替代化学杀虫剂能够促进土壤微生物数量及其代谢功能,对于Bt类生物农药应用的环境行为及生态效应评价具有重要意义。
