With a set of membership functions, fuzzy logic is well-suited to tackle such complex states and actions. However, it is not necessary to fuzzify the variables that have definite discrete semantics.Hence, the aim of this study is to improve the level of model abstraction by proposing multiple levels of cascaded hierarchical structures from the perspective of function, namely, the functional decision tree. This method is developed to represent behavioral modeling of air combat systems, and its metamodel,execution mechanism, and code generation can provide a sound basis for function-based behavioral modeling. As a proof of concept, an air combat simulation is developed to validate this method and the results show that the fighter Alpha built using the proposed framework provides better performance than that using default scripts.展开更多

Our previous studies have identified a role of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) in the development of a single exposure morphine-induced behavioral sensitization. Methods The present study investigated the effect of environment on the expression of behavioral sensitization in- duced by a single morphine exposure, and associated Hsp70 levels. Results Our results showed that expression of single exposure morphine-induced behavioral sensitization was accompanied by a significant increase of Hsp70 ex- mice administered morphine in an unpaired fashion failed pression in the nucleus accumbens (NAc). In contrast, to exhibit behavioral sensitization or higher Hsp70 expression. Additionally, by using a habituation process before we found that there was a transition from conditioned hyperactivity to be- challenge to remove conditioned response, havioral sensitization, the former of which was not accompanied by an increased expression of Hsp70. OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of LW-AFC,a new formula of the main active components extracted fromLiuwei Dihuang decoction,on treatment of Alzheimer disease(AD) in mouse models.METHODS After treatment LW-AFC,mic...OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of LW-AFC,a new formula of the main active components extracted fromLiuwei Dihuang decoction,on treatment of Alzheimer disease(AD) in mouse models.METHODS After treatment LW-AFC,mice were cognitively evaluated in behavioral experiments.Neuron loss,amyloid-β(Αβ) deposition,and Αβ level were analyzed using Nissl staining,immunofluorescence,and an Alpha LISA assay,respectively.Multiplex bead analysis,a radioimmunoassay,immunochemiluminometry,and an ELISA were used to measure cytokine and hormone levels.Lymphocyte subsets were detected using flow cytometry.RESULTS LW-AFC ameliorated the cognitive impairment observed in APP/PS1 mice,including the impairment of object recognition memory,spatial learning and memory,and active and passive avoidance.In addition,LW-AFC alleviated the neuron loss in the hippocampus,suppressed Αβ deposition in the brain,and reduced the concentration of Aβ1-42 in the hippocampus and plasma of APP/PS1 mice.LW-AFC treatment also significantly decreased the secretion of corticotropin-releasing hormone and gonadotropin-releasing hormone in the hypothalamus,and adrenocorticotropic hormone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone in the pituitary.Moreover,LW-AFC increased CD8+CD28+T cells,and reduced CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T cells in the spleen lymphocytes,down-regulated interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-23,granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor,and tumor necrosis factor-α and-β,and up-regulated IL-4 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor in the plasma of APP/PS1 mice.CONCLUSION LW-AFC ameliorated the behavioral and pathological deterioration of APP/PS1 transgenic micevia the restoration of the NIM network to a greater extent than either memantineor donepezil,which supports the use of LW-AFC as a potential agent for AD therapy.展开更多
Behavior recognition of Hu sheep contributes to their intensive and intelligent farming.Due to the generally high density of Hu sheep farming,severe occlusion occurs among different behaviors and even among sheep perf...Behavior recognition of Hu sheep contributes to their intensive and intelligent farming.Due to the generally high density of Hu sheep farming,severe occlusion occurs among different behaviors and even among sheep performing the same behavior,leading to missing and false detection issues in existing behavior recognition methods.A high-low frequency aggregated attention and negative sample comprehensive score loss and comprehensive score soft non-maximum suppression-YOLO(HLNC-YOLO)was proposed for identifying the behavior of Hu sheep,addressing the issues of missed and erroneous detections caused by occlusion between Hu sheep in intensive farming.Firstly,images of four typical behaviors-standing,lying,eating,and drinking-were collected from the sheep farm to construct the Hu sheep behavior dataset(HSBD).Next,to solve the occlusion issues,during the training phase,the C2F-HLAtt module was integrated,which combined high-low frequency aggregation attention,into the YOLO v8 Backbone to perceive occluded objects and introduce an auxiliary reversible branch to retain more effective features.Using comprehensive score regression loss(CSLoss)to reduce the scores of suboptimal boxes and enhance the comprehensive scores of occluded object boxes.Finally,the soft comprehensive score non-maximal suppression(Soft-CS-NMS)algorithm filtered prediction boxes during the inferencing.Testing on the HSBD,HLNC-YOLO achieved a mean average precision(mAP@50)of 87.8%,with a memory footprint of 17.4 MB.This represented an improvement of 7.1,2.2,4.6,and 11 percentage points over YOLO v8,YOLO v9,YOLO v10,and Faster R-CNN,respectively.Research indicated that the HLNC-YOLO accurately identified the behavior of Hu sheep in intensive farming and possessed generalization capabilities,providing technical support for smart farming.展开更多
In this article,by employing the Hirota bilinear approach and the long wave limit method,we not only derive soliton solutions,lump solutions,and hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional Yu-Toda-Sasa-Fukuyama(YTSF)equ...In this article,by employing the Hirota bilinear approach and the long wave limit method,we not only derive soliton solutions,lump solutions,and hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional Yu-Toda-Sasa-Fukuyama(YTSF)equation,but also analyze the dynamical behaviors of nonlinear local wave propagation in shallow water.Firstly,based on the Hirota bilinear approach,one to four-order soliton solutions of the YTSF equation are obtained,and the effects of different parameters on the amplitude,propagation trajectory,and displacement of solitons are investigated.Secondly,using the long wave limit approach,one to three-order lump solutions and various physical quantities of the YTSF equation are derived.It is found that the real and imaginary parts of the parameter pi dominate the propagation trajectory and the shape of lump waves,respectively.Furthermore,we construct the hybrid solution for the YTSF equation,leading to the conclusion that the interaction between lumps and solitons constitutes an elastic collision.To intuitively understand the dynamic behaviors of these solutions,we conduct numerical simulations to present vivid three-dimensional visualizations.展开更多
This study evaluates the stabilizing effect of lignin, extracted from Eucalyptus globulus, on an energetic composite of nitrated cellulose carbamate (NCC) plasticized with diethylene glycol dinitrate (DEGDN), compared...This study evaluates the stabilizing effect of lignin, extracted from Eucalyptus globulus, on an energetic composite of nitrated cellulose carbamate (NCC) plasticized with diethylene glycol dinitrate (DEGDN), compared to conventional stabilizers 2-nitrodiphenylamine (2-NDPA) and 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphenylurea (C-II). FTIR analysis confirms lignin's capacity to scavenge nitroxyl radicals formed during thermolysis of nitrocarbamate and nitrate ester bonds, thereby inhibiting decomposition. Moreover, the incorporation of C-II, 2-NDPA, and lignin significantly raised the peak temperature of the main thermolysis, as confirmed by DSC and TGA, indicating a progressive stability enhancement in the order: NCC/DEGDN < NCC/DEGDN/C-II < NCC/DEGDN/lignin < NCC/DEGDN/2-NDPA. Additionally, the effect of each stabilizer on the decomposition pathway was characterized by TGA-FTIR. The findings show that stabilizer type significantly affects the intensity of gaseous products released during decomposition without altering their nature. Notably, NH2 groups formed during NCC degradation play a key role in nitrogen conversion, particularly by reducing toxic NO emissions.展开更多
This paper prepared a novel as-cast W-Zr-Ti metallic ESM using high-frequency vacuum induction melting technique.The above ESM performs a typical elastic-brittle material feature and strain rate strengthening behavior...This paper prepared a novel as-cast W-Zr-Ti metallic ESM using high-frequency vacuum induction melting technique.The above ESM performs a typical elastic-brittle material feature and strain rate strengthening behavior.The specimens exhibit violent chemical reaction during the fracture process under the impact loading,and the size distribution of their residual debris follows Rosin-Rammler model.The dynamic fracture toughness is obtained by the fitting of debris length scale,approximately 1.87 MPa·m~(1/2).Microstructure observation on residual debris indicates that the failure process is determined by primary crack propagation under quasi-static compression,while it is affected by multiple cracks propagation in both particle and matrix in the case of dynamic impact.Impact test demonstrates that the novel energetic fragment performs brilliant penetration and combustion effect behind the front target,leading to the effective ignition of fuel tank.For the brittleness of as-cast W-ZrTi ESM,further study conducted bond-based peridynamic(BB-PD)C++computational code to simulate its fracture behavior during penetration.The BB-PD method successfully captured the fracture process and debris cloud formation of the energetic fragment.This paper explores a novel as-cast metallic ESM,and provides an available numerical avenue to the simulation of brittle energetic fragment.展开更多

An energetic binder based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),doped with different ratios of nitrocellulose(NC)(10%,20%,30%,and 50%),was developed to study the effect of NC doping on the thermal decomposition b...An energetic binder based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),doped with different ratios of nitrocellulose(NC)(10%,20%,30%,and 50%),was developed to study the effect of NC doping on the thermal decomposition behavior of a composite propellant(CP)comprising ammonium nitrate(AN)as an oxidizer and magnesium(Mg)as a fuel.Optimization of the propellant formulation was conducted using Chemical Equilibrium with Applications-National Aeronautics and Space Administration(CEA-NASA)software,which demonstrated an increase in specific impulse by 12.09 s when the binder contained 50%NC.Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis confirmed the excellent compatibility between the components,and density measurements revealed an increase of 6.4%with a higher NC content.Morphological analysis using optical microscopy showed that NC doping improved the uniformity and compactness of the surface,reduced cavities,and achieved a more homogeneous particle distribution.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis indicated a decrease in the decomposition temperature of the propellant as the NC content increased,while kinetic studies revealed a 48.68%reduction in the activation energy when 50%NC was incorporated into the binder.These findings suggest that the addition of NC enhances combustion efficiency and improves overall propellant performance.This study highlights the potential of the new HTPB-NC energetic binder as a promising approach for advancing solid propellant technology.展开更多
Expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete,known for its environmental friendliness,energy absorption capacity,and low impedance,has significant potential application in the fields of wave absorption and vibration reduction.Th...Expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete,known for its environmental friendliness,energy absorption capacity,and low impedance,has significant potential application in the fields of wave absorption and vibration reduction.This study designed and prepared EPS concrete materials with four levels of density.Quasi-static uniaxial compression and Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)impact tests were conducted to obtain stress-strain curves,elastic moduli,failure modes,energy absorptions,and strain rate effects of the EPS concrete under quasi-static and dynamic loading conditions.The influences of density on various performance indicators were analyzed.By combining the Zhu-Wang-Tang(ZWT)constitutive model with a modified elastic-brittle model,a modified dynamic constitutive model was proposed.The accuracy of the model was validated by the experimental data.The results indicate that the addition of EPS particles enhances the ductility of the EPS concrete.The EPS concrete has significant strain rate effect,which gets stronger as density increases.The modifiedconstitutive model accurately characterizes the dynamic stress-strain curves of the EPS concrete.展开更多

In the process of electroless cobalt plating,the saccharin additive can significantly change the surface morphology,texture orientation,and conductivity of the cobalt coating layer.When the amount of saccharin was 3 m...In the process of electroless cobalt plating,the saccharin additive can significantly change the surface morphology,texture orientation,and conductivity of the cobalt coating layer.When the amount of saccharin was 3 mg·L^(-1),the cobalt coating transformed from disordered large grains to a honeycomb structure,with a preferred orientation of(002)facet on hexago-nal close-packed(HCP)cobalt crystals.The resistivity of the cobalt film decreased to 14.4μΩ·cm,and further decreased to 10.7μΩ·cm after the annealing treatment.When the concentration of saccharin was increased,the grain size was gradually refined and a“stone forest”structure was observed,with the preferred orientation remaining unchanged.The addition of saccharin also slightly improves the purity of cobalt coating to a certain extent.Through the study of the crystallization behavior of cobalt electroless plating,saccharin molecules can adsorb to specific c-sites on the cobalt dense crystal plane,inhibiting the growth of abc stacking arrangement and inducing the crystal growth in ab stacking mode,thereby achieving optimal growth of HCP(002)texture.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to investigate the association of atopic dermatitis(AD)and anxiety/depression behaviors induced by AD with the intestinal microbiota.Additionally,it sought to evaluate the therapeutic potent...Objective:This study aimed to investigate the association of atopic dermatitis(AD)and anxiety/depression behaviors induced by AD with the intestinal microbiota.Additionally,it sought to evaluate the therapeutic potential of mannan oligosaccharide(MOS)in alleviating AD symptoms through the modulation of the gut microbiota and the enhancement of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)production.Methods:Female Kunming mice were challenged with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)to induce AD-like symptoms.MOS was administered orally daily for 14 days.On the 6th and 11th days post-modeling,the number of scratching bouts in mice was recorded.Following dissection,epidermal thickness,mast cell infiltration,and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines were measured.Meanwhile,cerebral levels of neurotransmitters,including 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE),were assessed.The abundance of intestinal microbiota and fecal concentrations of SCFAs were also analyzed.Results:MOS significantly reduced AD-like symptoms by reducing inflammatory cytokines,as reflected in a significant decrease in the number of scratching bouts,epidermal thickness,mast cells and inflammatory cytokine levels.MOS intervention up-regulated the expression of 5-HT and NE,and consequently alleviated anxiety and depression-like behaviors.Furthermore,compared with the AD group,MOS intervention increased the gut microbiota abundance of mice,especially beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Klebsiella.At the same time,these beneficial bacteria significantly increased the fecal contents of SCFAs,especially propionic acid.Correlation analysis indicated that AD amelioration was positively correlated with fecal SCFAs levels and the proliferation of certain intestinal microbes.Conclusion:MOS intervention could offer a novel approach to managing AD and its psychological comorbidities.展开更多

The memory behavior in liquid crystals(LCs)that is characterized by low cost,large area,high speed,and high-density memory has evolved from a mere scientific curiosity to a technology that is being applied in a variet...The memory behavior in liquid crystals(LCs)that is characterized by low cost,large area,high speed,and high-density memory has evolved from a mere scientific curiosity to a technology that is being applied in a variety of commodities.In this study,we utilized molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))nanoflakes as the guest in a homotropic LCs host to modulate the overall memory effect of the hybrid.It was found that the MoS₂nanoflakes within the LCs host formed agglomerates,which in turn resulted in an accelerated response of the hybrids to the external electric field.However,this process also resulted in a slight decrease in the threshold voltage.Additionally,it was observed that MoS₂nanoflakes in a LCs host tend to align homeotropically under an external electric field,thereby accelerating the refreshment of the memory behavior.The incorporation of a mass fraction of 0.1%2μm MoS₂nanoflakes into the LCs host was found to significantly reduce the refreshing memory behavior in the hybrid to 94.0 s under an external voltage of 5 V.These findings illustrate the efficacy of regulating the rate of memory behavior for a variety of potential applications.展开更多
The internal and external flow fields during vented explosions of methane were characterized through numerical simulation,and the capability of numerical simulation thereof was validated by previous experimental data ...The internal and external flow fields during vented explosions of methane were characterized through numerical simulation,and the capability of numerical simulation thereof was validated by previous experimental data at three ignition positions.The venting mechanism was revealed by the simulated concentration distribution,temperature profile,and airflow velocity.The results show rear ignition results in the external methane mass distribution taking the form of"mushroom"and columnar flames in the external space,which can be expressed as a third-order polynomial relationship with distance;central ignition forms a relationship of the form y=AxB.Front ignition causes the temperature to show a tendency to repeated oscillations(rising,falling,and rising).Central ignition generates the maximum vented airflow velocity(V_(max)=320 m/s)upon vent opening.The results indicate that it is acceptable to apply numerical simulation of methane explosions in practice.展开更多

文摘An envelope domain multislice behavioral modeling is introduced. The tradition AM-AM and AM- PM characteristics of power amplifiers axe extended to envelope domain and base-band filter is applied to distortion complex envelope signal for description of the envelope memory effect. Using traditional one and two-tone tests, the coefficients of nonlinear model and the FIR filter can be extracted. At last the model has been applied to a 10 W WCDMA Power amplifier to predict its output signal. And simulation results show that the model output conforms very well to the traditional transistor level simulation results.
文摘A simple preparation using the ear tissue for PCR amplification was established for diagnosis of genotypes for halothane in 181 sows.3 halothane heterozygous pigs were detected.The behaviors of the sows that have different genotypes were observed.The heterozygous sows expressed seem more behavioral stereotypies than halothane resistant.But there is no difference in two genotypes.The behaviour directed trough in heterozygous sows is higher than halothane resistant.

文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of LW-AFC,a new formula of the main active components extracted fromLiuwei Dihuang decoction,on treatment of Alzheimer disease(AD) in mouse models.METHODS After treatment LW-AFC,mice were cognitively evaluated in behavioral experiments.Neuron loss,amyloid-β(Αβ) deposition,and Αβ level were analyzed using Nissl staining,immunofluorescence,and an Alpha LISA assay,respectively.Multiplex bead analysis,a radioimmunoassay,immunochemiluminometry,and an ELISA were used to measure cytokine and hormone levels.Lymphocyte subsets were detected using flow cytometry.RESULTS LW-AFC ameliorated the cognitive impairment observed in APP/PS1 mice,including the impairment of object recognition memory,spatial learning and memory,and active and passive avoidance.In addition,LW-AFC alleviated the neuron loss in the hippocampus,suppressed Αβ deposition in the brain,and reduced the concentration of Aβ1-42 in the hippocampus and plasma of APP/PS1 mice.LW-AFC treatment also significantly decreased the secretion of corticotropin-releasing hormone and gonadotropin-releasing hormone in the hypothalamus,and adrenocorticotropic hormone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone in the pituitary.Moreover,LW-AFC increased CD8+CD28+T cells,and reduced CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T cells in the spleen lymphocytes,down-regulated interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-23,granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor,and tumor necrosis factor-α and-β,and up-regulated IL-4 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor in the plasma of APP/PS1 mice.CONCLUSION LW-AFC ameliorated the behavioral and pathological deterioration of APP/PS1 transgenic micevia the restoration of the NIM network to a greater extent than either memantineor donepezil,which supports the use of LW-AFC as a potential agent for AD therapy.
文摘Behavior recognition of Hu sheep contributes to their intensive and intelligent farming.Due to the generally high density of Hu sheep farming,severe occlusion occurs among different behaviors and even among sheep performing the same behavior,leading to missing and false detection issues in existing behavior recognition methods.A high-low frequency aggregated attention and negative sample comprehensive score loss and comprehensive score soft non-maximum suppression-YOLO(HLNC-YOLO)was proposed for identifying the behavior of Hu sheep,addressing the issues of missed and erroneous detections caused by occlusion between Hu sheep in intensive farming.Firstly,images of four typical behaviors-standing,lying,eating,and drinking-were collected from the sheep farm to construct the Hu sheep behavior dataset(HSBD).Next,to solve the occlusion issues,during the training phase,the C2F-HLAtt module was integrated,which combined high-low frequency aggregation attention,into the YOLO v8 Backbone to perceive occluded objects and introduce an auxiliary reversible branch to retain more effective features.Using comprehensive score regression loss(CSLoss)to reduce the scores of suboptimal boxes and enhance the comprehensive scores of occluded object boxes.Finally,the soft comprehensive score non-maximal suppression(Soft-CS-NMS)algorithm filtered prediction boxes during the inferencing.Testing on the HSBD,HLNC-YOLO achieved a mean average precision(mAP@50)of 87.8%,with a memory footprint of 17.4 MB.This represented an improvement of 7.1,2.2,4.6,and 11 percentage points over YOLO v8,YOLO v9,YOLO v10,and Faster R-CNN,respectively.Research indicated that the HLNC-YOLO accurately identified the behavior of Hu sheep in intensive farming and possessed generalization capabilities,providing technical support for smart farming.

文摘In this article,by employing the Hirota bilinear approach and the long wave limit method,we not only derive soliton solutions,lump solutions,and hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional Yu-Toda-Sasa-Fukuyama(YTSF)equation,but also analyze the dynamical behaviors of nonlinear local wave propagation in shallow water.Firstly,based on the Hirota bilinear approach,one to four-order soliton solutions of the YTSF equation are obtained,and the effects of different parameters on the amplitude,propagation trajectory,and displacement of solitons are investigated.Secondly,using the long wave limit approach,one to three-order lump solutions and various physical quantities of the YTSF equation are derived.It is found that the real and imaginary parts of the parameter pi dominate the propagation trajectory and the shape of lump waves,respectively.Furthermore,we construct the hybrid solution for the YTSF equation,leading to the conclusion that the interaction between lumps and solitons constitutes an elastic collision.To intuitively understand the dynamic behaviors of these solutions,we conduct numerical simulations to present vivid three-dimensional visualizations.
文摘This study evaluates the stabilizing effect of lignin, extracted from Eucalyptus globulus, on an energetic composite of nitrated cellulose carbamate (NCC) plasticized with diethylene glycol dinitrate (DEGDN), compared to conventional stabilizers 2-nitrodiphenylamine (2-NDPA) and 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphenylurea (C-II). FTIR analysis confirms lignin's capacity to scavenge nitroxyl radicals formed during thermolysis of nitrocarbamate and nitrate ester bonds, thereby inhibiting decomposition. Moreover, the incorporation of C-II, 2-NDPA, and lignin significantly raised the peak temperature of the main thermolysis, as confirmed by DSC and TGA, indicating a progressive stability enhancement in the order: NCC/DEGDN < NCC/DEGDN/C-II < NCC/DEGDN/lignin < NCC/DEGDN/2-NDPA. Additionally, the effect of each stabilizer on the decomposition pathway was characterized by TGA-FTIR. The findings show that stabilizer type significantly affects the intensity of gaseous products released during decomposition without altering their nature. Notably, NH2 groups formed during NCC degradation play a key role in nitrogen conversion, particularly by reducing toxic NO emissions.
文摘This paper prepared a novel as-cast W-Zr-Ti metallic ESM using high-frequency vacuum induction melting technique.The above ESM performs a typical elastic-brittle material feature and strain rate strengthening behavior.The specimens exhibit violent chemical reaction during the fracture process under the impact loading,and the size distribution of their residual debris follows Rosin-Rammler model.The dynamic fracture toughness is obtained by the fitting of debris length scale,approximately 1.87 MPa·m~(1/2).Microstructure observation on residual debris indicates that the failure process is determined by primary crack propagation under quasi-static compression,while it is affected by multiple cracks propagation in both particle and matrix in the case of dynamic impact.Impact test demonstrates that the novel energetic fragment performs brilliant penetration and combustion effect behind the front target,leading to the effective ignition of fuel tank.For the brittleness of as-cast W-ZrTi ESM,further study conducted bond-based peridynamic(BB-PD)C++computational code to simulate its fracture behavior during penetration.The BB-PD method successfully captured the fracture process and debris cloud formation of the energetic fragment.This paper explores a novel as-cast metallic ESM,and provides an available numerical avenue to the simulation of brittle energetic fragment.
文摘Bay-site carboxyl functionalized perylene diimide derivative 1,7-COOH-PDI-C_(12)(PDI-COOH)was synthesized and distinct enhanced fluorescence was observed through combining with calcium ion(Ca^(2+))in THF/H_(2)O solution.The assembly and fluorescence behavior of PDI-COOH/Ca^(2+)were studied in detail by changing hydration state with different concentrations.Based on the differences in assembly morphology and stoichiometric ratios of PDICOOH/Ca^(2+),we proposed the fluorescence emission mechanism of PDI-COOH/Ca^(2+)in THF/H_(2)O and THF,respectively.This work reveals a novel strategy of aggregated state fluorescence enhancement and reminds us of the important role of water in molecular fluorescence emission and assembly.
文摘An energetic binder based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),doped with different ratios of nitrocellulose(NC)(10%,20%,30%,and 50%),was developed to study the effect of NC doping on the thermal decomposition behavior of a composite propellant(CP)comprising ammonium nitrate(AN)as an oxidizer and magnesium(Mg)as a fuel.Optimization of the propellant formulation was conducted using Chemical Equilibrium with Applications-National Aeronautics and Space Administration(CEA-NASA)software,which demonstrated an increase in specific impulse by 12.09 s when the binder contained 50%NC.Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis confirmed the excellent compatibility between the components,and density measurements revealed an increase of 6.4%with a higher NC content.Morphological analysis using optical microscopy showed that NC doping improved the uniformity and compactness of the surface,reduced cavities,and achieved a more homogeneous particle distribution.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis indicated a decrease in the decomposition temperature of the propellant as the NC content increased,while kinetic studies revealed a 48.68%reduction in the activation energy when 50%NC was incorporated into the binder.These findings suggest that the addition of NC enhances combustion efficiency and improves overall propellant performance.This study highlights the potential of the new HTPB-NC energetic binder as a promising approach for advancing solid propellant technology.

文摘Expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete,known for its environmental friendliness,energy absorption capacity,and low impedance,has significant potential application in the fields of wave absorption and vibration reduction.This study designed and prepared EPS concrete materials with four levels of density.Quasi-static uniaxial compression and Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)impact tests were conducted to obtain stress-strain curves,elastic moduli,failure modes,energy absorptions,and strain rate effects of the EPS concrete under quasi-static and dynamic loading conditions.The influences of density on various performance indicators were analyzed.By combining the Zhu-Wang-Tang(ZWT)constitutive model with a modified elastic-brittle model,a modified dynamic constitutive model was proposed.The accuracy of the model was validated by the experimental data.The results indicate that the addition of EPS particles enhances the ductility of the EPS concrete.The EPS concrete has significant strain rate effect,which gets stronger as density increases.The modifiedconstitutive model accurately characterizes the dynamic stress-strain curves of the EPS concrete.
文摘G-quadruplexes,which are unique nucleic acid secondary structures formed by the folding of guaninerich DNA or RNA,are closely related to essential biological activities.They exhibit extensive application prospects owing to their abundant binding sites and distinct physicochemical properties.Therefore,G-quadruplexes have attracted widespread attention in recent decades.Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology is an ideal tool for characterizing molecular structures and plays a crucial role in exploring the self-assembly process of G-quadruplexes.In this article,we introduce the basic concepts of NMR,followed by reviewing the applications of NMR in G-quadruplexes.Finally,challenges and prospects of NMR technology in the field of G-quadruplex research are discussed.

文摘In the process of electroless cobalt plating,the saccharin additive can significantly change the surface morphology,texture orientation,and conductivity of the cobalt coating layer.When the amount of saccharin was 3 mg·L^(-1),the cobalt coating transformed from disordered large grains to a honeycomb structure,with a preferred orientation of(002)facet on hexago-nal close-packed(HCP)cobalt crystals.The resistivity of the cobalt film decreased to 14.4μΩ·cm,and further decreased to 10.7μΩ·cm after the annealing treatment.When the concentration of saccharin was increased,the grain size was gradually refined and a“stone forest”structure was observed,with the preferred orientation remaining unchanged.The addition of saccharin also slightly improves the purity of cobalt coating to a certain extent.Through the study of the crystallization behavior of cobalt electroless plating,saccharin molecules can adsorb to specific c-sites on the cobalt dense crystal plane,inhibiting the growth of abc stacking arrangement and inducing the crystal growth in ab stacking mode,thereby achieving optimal growth of HCP(002)texture.
文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the association of atopic dermatitis(AD)and anxiety/depression behaviors induced by AD with the intestinal microbiota.Additionally,it sought to evaluate the therapeutic potential of mannan oligosaccharide(MOS)in alleviating AD symptoms through the modulation of the gut microbiota and the enhancement of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)production.Methods:Female Kunming mice were challenged with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)to induce AD-like symptoms.MOS was administered orally daily for 14 days.On the 6th and 11th days post-modeling,the number of scratching bouts in mice was recorded.Following dissection,epidermal thickness,mast cell infiltration,and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines were measured.Meanwhile,cerebral levels of neurotransmitters,including 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE),were assessed.The abundance of intestinal microbiota and fecal concentrations of SCFAs were also analyzed.Results:MOS significantly reduced AD-like symptoms by reducing inflammatory cytokines,as reflected in a significant decrease in the number of scratching bouts,epidermal thickness,mast cells and inflammatory cytokine levels.MOS intervention up-regulated the expression of 5-HT and NE,and consequently alleviated anxiety and depression-like behaviors.Furthermore,compared with the AD group,MOS intervention increased the gut microbiota abundance of mice,especially beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Klebsiella.At the same time,these beneficial bacteria significantly increased the fecal contents of SCFAs,especially propionic acid.Correlation analysis indicated that AD amelioration was positively correlated with fecal SCFAs levels and the proliferation of certain intestinal microbes.Conclusion:MOS intervention could offer a novel approach to managing AD and its psychological comorbidities.

文摘The memory behavior in liquid crystals(LCs)that is characterized by low cost,large area,high speed,and high-density memory has evolved from a mere scientific curiosity to a technology that is being applied in a variety of commodities.In this study,we utilized molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))nanoflakes as the guest in a homotropic LCs host to modulate the overall memory effect of the hybrid.It was found that the MoS₂nanoflakes within the LCs host formed agglomerates,which in turn resulted in an accelerated response of the hybrids to the external electric field.However,this process also resulted in a slight decrease in the threshold voltage.Additionally,it was observed that MoS₂nanoflakes in a LCs host tend to align homeotropically under an external electric field,thereby accelerating the refreshment of the memory behavior.The incorporation of a mass fraction of 0.1%2μm MoS₂nanoflakes into the LCs host was found to significantly reduce the refreshing memory behavior in the hybrid to 94.0 s under an external voltage of 5 V.These findings illustrate the efficacy of regulating the rate of memory behavior for a variety of potential applications.

文摘The internal and external flow fields during vented explosions of methane were characterized through numerical simulation,and the capability of numerical simulation thereof was validated by previous experimental data at three ignition positions.The venting mechanism was revealed by the simulated concentration distribution,temperature profile,and airflow velocity.The results show rear ignition results in the external methane mass distribution taking the form of"mushroom"and columnar flames in the external space,which can be expressed as a third-order polynomial relationship with distance;central ignition forms a relationship of the form y=AxB.Front ignition causes the temperature to show a tendency to repeated oscillations(rising,falling,and rising).Central ignition generates the maximum vented airflow velocity(V_(max)=320 m/s)upon vent opening.The results indicate that it is acceptable to apply numerical simulation of methane explosions in practice.
