This paper aims to obtain the thermodynamic characteristics of the air system control device sealing part in different compressor bleed air and ambient temperature.On the basis of considering the main factors affectin...This paper aims to obtain the thermodynamic characteristics of the air system control device sealing part in different compressor bleed air and ambient temperature.On the basis of considering the main factors affecting the heat exchange process and simplifying the physical model of the air system control device,the thermodynamic model of air system control device is established based on the basic theory of laminar flow heat transfer and heat conduction theory.Then the piston motion characteristics and the thermodynamic characteristics of the air system control device seal are simulated.The simulation results show that the valve actuation dynamic time of piston is about 0.13 s in the actual working conditions,and the temperature effect on the dynamic response of the piston rod is only 5 ms when the inlet air temperature at 300 ℃ and 370 ℃.The maximum temperature of the air system control device sealing part is not more than 290 ℃ under long time working condition of compressor air entraining.The highest temperature of the sealing part can reach up to 340 ℃ when the air flow temperature reaches the limit temperature of 370 ℃,and the longest duration working temperature limit is not more than 14 s.Therefore,the selection of control device sealing material should consider the work characteristic of instantaneous temperature limit.展开更多
High-energy-density lithium(Li)–air cells have been considered a promising energy-storage system,but the liquid electrolyte-related safety and side-reaction problems seriously hinder their development.To address thes...High-energy-density lithium(Li)–air cells have been considered a promising energy-storage system,but the liquid electrolyte-related safety and side-reaction problems seriously hinder their development.To address these above issues,solid-state Li–air batteries have been widely developed.However,many commonly-used solid electrolytes generally face huge interface impedance inLi–air cells and also showpoor stability towards ambient air/Li electrodes.Herein,we fabricate a differentiating surface-regulated ceramic-based composite electrolyte(DSCCE)by constructing disparately LiI-containing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)coating and Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)layer on both sides of Li_(1.5)Al_(0.5)Ge_(1.5)(PO_(4))_(3)(LAGP).The cathode-friendly LiI/PMMA layer displays excellent stability towards superoxide intermediates and also greatly reduces the decomposition voltage of discharge products in Li–air system.Additionally,the anode-friendly PVDF-HFP coating shows low-resistance properties towards anodes.Moreover,Li dendrite/passivation derived from liquid electrolyte-induced side reactions and air/I-attacking can be obviously suppressed by the uniformand compact composite framework.As a result,the DSCCE-based Li–air batteries possess high capacity/low voltage polarization(11,836mAh g^(-1)/1.45Vunder 500mAg^(-1)),good rate performance(capacity ratio under 1000mAg^(-1)/250mAg^(-1) is 68.2%)and longterm stable cell operation(~300 cycles at 750 mA g^(-1) with 750 mAh g^(-1))in ambient air.展开更多

The simulated annealing algorithm is an enlightening random search method based on Monte Carlo recursion, and it can find global optimal solution by simulating annealing process. Combining stochastic model to compete the probability and simulated annealing algorithm, this paper establishes the method to solve problem quantitatively about combat configuration optimization of weapon systems. The calculated result shows that the perfect configuration for fire cells of the weapon is fast found by using this method, and this quantificational method for combat configuration is faster and more scientific than previous one based on principle via map fire field.展开更多

The improved genetic algorithms (IGA) with stochastic real number coding were used to finish the optimum energy saving scheduling of the system. Chaotic characteristics of traffic flow time series is analyzed to further investigate nonlinear characteristics of air traffic system.Phase space is reconstructed both by time delay which is built through mutual info...Chaotic characteristics of traffic flow time series is analyzed to further investigate nonlinear characteristics of air traffic system.Phase space is reconstructed both by time delay which is built through mutual information,and by embedding dimension which is based on false nearest neighbors method.In order to analyze chaotic characteristics of time series,correlation dimensions and the largest Lyapunov exponents are calculated through Grassberger-Procaccia(G-P)algorithm and small-data method.Five-day radar data from the control center in Guangzhou area are analyzed and the results show that saturated correlation dimensions with self-similar structures exist in time series,and the largest Lyapunov exponents are all equal to zero and not sensitive to initial conditions.Air traffic system is affected by multiple factors,containing inherent randomness,which lead to chaos.Only grasping chaotic characteristics can air traffic be predicted and controlled accurately.展开更多
In this paper,based on the generalized heat transfer law,an air conditioning system is analyzed with the entropy generation minimization and the entransy theory.Taking the coefficient of performance(denoted as COP) ...In this paper,based on the generalized heat transfer law,an air conditioning system is analyzed with the entropy generation minimization and the entransy theory.Taking the coefficient of performance(denoted as COP) and heat flow rate Qout which is released into the room as the optimization objectives,we discuss the applicabilities of the entropy generation minimization and entransy theory to the optimizations.Five numerical cases are presented.Combining the numerical results and theoretical analyses,we can conclude that the optimization applicabilities of the two theories are conditional.If Qout is the optimization objective,larger entransy increase rate always leads to larger Qout,while smaller entropy generation rate does not.If we take COP as the optimization objective,neither the entropy generation minimization nor the concept of entransy increase is always applicable.Furthermore,we find that the concept of entransy dissipation is not applicable for the discussed cases.展开更多
With depletion of shallow deposits,the number of underground mines expected to reach more than 3 km depth during their lifetime is growing.Although surface cooling plants are mostly effective in mine airconditioning,u...With depletion of shallow deposits,the number of underground mines expected to reach more than 3 km depth during their lifetime is growing.Although surface cooling plants are mostly effective in mine airconditioning,usually secondary cooling units are needed below 2 kmdepth.This need emerges due to the elevated thermal impacts caused by auto-compression of mine air as well as heat emissions from strata and mine machinery.As a result,in cold climates,like Canada,ultra-deep mines need their secondary underground cooling plants running year-round while the intake air must be heated to protect the sensitive machinery and liners from freezing during the winter season.To cool mine air,horizontal bulk-airconditioners with direct spray cooling systems are commonly used due to their high performance.Conventionally,sprayed water in bulk-air-coolers are mechanically circulated and refrigerated in coupled refrigeration plants.This set up can be transformed to a natural cooling/heating process by resurfacing the warm underground bulk-air-cooler spray water for mine air heating on the surface and re-sinking the chilled water for cooling in the underground bulk air coolers.This could significantly cut-down the fossil-fuel consumption in burners for mine air pre-conditioning and refrigeration cost when applicable.This paper presents an anonymous real-life example to study the feasibility of the proposed idea for an ultra-deep Canadian mine.展开更多

An aircraft cabin is a narrow,closed-space environment.To keep the air quality in cabin healthy for passengers,especially during an epidemic such as SARS-CoV-2(or 2019-nCoV)in 2020,a novel aircraft air conditioning sy...An aircraft cabin is a narrow,closed-space environment.To keep the air quality in cabin healthy for passengers,especially during an epidemic such as SARS-CoV-2(or 2019-nCoV)in 2020,a novel aircraft air conditioning system,called the ultra-high-temperature instantaneous sterilization air conditioning system(UHTACS),is proposed.Based on the proposed system,a simulation of the UHT-ACS is analysed in various flight states.In the UHT-ACS,the mixing air temperature of return and bleed air can reach temperature up to 148.8°C,which is high enough to kill bacilli and viruses in 2一8 s.The supply air temperature of the UHT-ACS in a mixing cavity is about 12 C in cooling mode both on the ground and in the air.The supply air temperature is about 42 C in heating mode.Compared with the air conditioning systems(ACS)of traditional aircraft the supply air temperatures of the UHT-ACS in the mixing cavity are in good agreement with those of a traditional ACS with 60%fresh air and 40%return air.Furthermore the air temperature at the turbine outlet of the UHT-ACS is higher than that of a traditional ACS which will help to reduce the risk of icing at the outlet.Therefore the UHT-ACS can operate normally in various flight states.展开更多

In order to investigate the corrosion characteristics in the REAC system, numerical simulations were performed by using the mixture model, the heating transfer model, and the particles tracking model. The results show that the differences between the temperature and the velocity at each cross section of the first-row and second-row tubes are small. The inertia of the particles plays an important role in the particle’s deposition, and the smaller particles distribute more uniformly in the air cooler. However, for larger particles, they prefer falling from the inner side of the vertical elbow, and preferentially depositing at the inlet header and pipes before saturation. In the heat exchanger tubes, the particle deposition number is larger in the second-row tubes than that in the first-row tubes, and the high-risk tubes mainly concentrate on the middle and right side of the air cooler. The kinetic parameters of the particles are in accordance with the blocking-prone position in many real operating conditions.展开更多

The cooling energy in deep mine cooling system comes from mine water inrush or ground cooling tower, but we cannot adopt the two methods because mine water inrush in many old coal mines in China is limited. What is more, the cooling pipelines cannot be put in narrow pit-shaft. To settle the problem above, according to the characteristics of Zhangxiaolou Coal Mine, this paper adopts the deep mine return air as the cooling energy for deep mine cooling system. In addition, we carried out cite test to extract cold energy from return air. Through monitoring the water quantity, water temperature of cooling system and air temperature, we got the thermodynamic equilibrium parameters during the cooling energy acquisition analysis and the effect of cooling system that the temperature and humidity on working face are respectively reduced to 8-12 ℃ and 8-15% through cooling. This research offers experimental reference for deep mine cooling which lacks cooling energy.展开更多

To study air braking characteristics of long freight trains, an approach for simulating air brake systems based on fuid dynamics theory was proposed. The structures and working mechanisms of locomotive and wagon air brakes are introduced, and mathematical models of the pipes, brake valves, reservoirs or chambers, cylinders, etc., are presented.Besides, the dynamic motions of parts in the main valve are considered. The simulation model of the whole air brake system is then formulated, and the solving method based on the finite-difference method is used. New efficient pipe boundary conditions without iterations are developed for brake pipes and branch pipes, which can achieve higher computational efficiency. The proposed approach for simulating the air brake system is validated by comparing with published measured data. Simulation results of different train formations indicate that models that consider the dynamic behavior of brake pipes are recommended for predicting the characteristics of long trains under service braking conditions.展开更多
Objective In recent years,many studies have reported that air pollution is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).The aim of this systematic review and meta・analysis is to summarize the evidence about the as...Objective In recent years,many studies have reported that air pollution is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).The aim of this systematic review and meta・analysis is to summarize the evidence about the association between exposure to air pollution andT2DM in developing countries.Methods The databases,including PubMed,EMBASE and Web of Science,were systematically searched for studies published up to 31 March 2022.Studies about the association between air pollution andT2DM prevalence or incidence in developing countries were included.The odds ratio(OR)was used as effect estimate.We synthesized the included studies in the meta-analysis.Results We included 8 cross-sectional studies and 8 cohort studies,all conducted in developing countries.Meta-analysis of 8 studies on PM_(2.5)(particulate matter ≤2.5 μm in diameter)showed that T2DM prevalence was significantly associated with PM_(2.5)exposure(OR=1.12;95%CI:1.07,1.17;P<0.001).The association between air pollutants andT2DM incidence was not estimated due to the limited relevant studies.Conclusions The exposure to PM_(2.5)would be positively associated with an increased prevalence of T2DM in developing countries.Some effective measures should be taken to reduce air pollutant exposure in people who are vulnerable to diabetes.展开更多

According to simulation and thermodynamic analysis about the partial working processes of the diesel engine, the amount of heat energy, enough to make the fuel self ignite at the end of compression process at different temperatures of coolant and intake air, was calculated. Several HY20 preheating plugs were used to heat up the intake air. Meanwhile, an electronic control system based on 8 bit micro controller unit (MCS 8031) was designed to automatically control the process of heating intake air. According to the various temperatures of coolant and ambient air, one plug or two plugs can automatically be selected to heat intake air. The demo experiment validated that the total system could operate successfully and achieve the scheduled function.展开更多
The homogeneity analysis of multi-airport system can provide important decision-making support for the route layout and cooperative operation.Existing research seldom analyzes the homogeneity of multi-airport system f...The homogeneity analysis of multi-airport system can provide important decision-making support for the route layout and cooperative operation.Existing research seldom analyzes the homogeneity of multi-airport system from the perspective of route network analysis,and the attribute information of airport nodes in the airport route network is not appropriately integrated into the airport network.In order to solve this problem,a multi-airport system homogeneity analysis method based on airport attribute network representation learning is proposed.Firstly,the route network of a multi-airport system with attribute information is constructed.If there are flights between airports,an edge is added between airports,and regional attribute information is added for each airport node.Secondly,the airport attributes and the airport network vector are represented respectively.The airport attributes and the airport network vector are embedded into the unified airport representation vector space by the network representation learning method,and then the airport vector integrating the airport attributes and the airport network characteristics is obtained.By calculating the similarity of the airport vectors,it is convenient to calculate the degree of homogeneity between airports and the homogeneity of the multi-airport system.The experimental results on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system show that,compared with other existing algorithms,the homogeneity analysis method based on attributed network representation learning can get more consistent results with the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system.展开更多
The air cooler is an important equipment in the petroleum refining industry.Ammonium chloride(NH4 Cl)deposition-induced corrosion is one of its main failure forms.In this study,the ammonium salt crystallization temper...The air cooler is an important equipment in the petroleum refining industry.Ammonium chloride(NH4 Cl)deposition-induced corrosion is one of its main failure forms.In this study,the ammonium salt crystallization temperature is chosen as the key decision variable of NH4 Cl deposition-induced corrosion through in-depth mechanism research and experimental analysis.The functional link neural network(FLNN)is adopted as the basic algorithm for modeling because of its advantages in dealing with non-linear problems and its fast-computational ability.A hybrid FLNN attached to a small norm is built to improve the generalization performance of the model.Then,the trained model is used to predict the NH4 Cl salt crystallization temperature in the air cooler of a sour water stripper plant.Experimental results show the proposed improved FLNN algorithm can achieve better generalization performance than the PLS,the back propagation neural network,and the conventional FLNN models.展开更多

文摘An optimum energy saving scheduling strategy of the central air conditioning system in an intelligent building (IB) was proposed. Based on the system analysis a set of models of the central air conditioning system was established. The periodically autoregressive models (PARM) based on genetic algorithms (GA) were used to predict the next day’s cold load. The improved genetic algorithms (IGA) with stochastic real number coding were used to finish the optimum energy saving scheduling of the system. The simulation results for the building of the Liangmahe Plaza show that the proposed strategy can save energy up to about 24 5%.
文摘Chaotic characteristics of traffic flow time series is analyzed to further investigate nonlinear characteristics of air traffic system.Phase space is reconstructed both by time delay which is built through mutual information,and by embedding dimension which is based on false nearest neighbors method.In order to analyze chaotic characteristics of time series,correlation dimensions and the largest Lyapunov exponents are calculated through Grassberger-Procaccia(G-P)algorithm and small-data method.Five-day radar data from the control center in Guangzhou area are analyzed and the results show that saturated correlation dimensions with self-similar structures exist in time series,and the largest Lyapunov exponents are all equal to zero and not sensitive to initial conditions.Air traffic system is affected by multiple factors,containing inherent randomness,which lead to chaos.Only grasping chaotic characteristics can air traffic be predicted and controlled accurately.

文摘In this paper,based on the generalized heat transfer law,an air conditioning system is analyzed with the entropy generation minimization and the entransy theory.Taking the coefficient of performance(denoted as COP) and heat flow rate Qout which is released into the room as the optimization objectives,we discuss the applicabilities of the entropy generation minimization and entransy theory to the optimizations.Five numerical cases are presented.Combining the numerical results and theoretical analyses,we can conclude that the optimization applicabilities of the two theories are conditional.If Qout is the optimization objective,larger entransy increase rate always leads to larger Qout,while smaller entropy generation rate does not.If we take COP as the optimization objective,neither the entropy generation minimization nor the concept of entransy increase is always applicable.Furthermore,we find that the concept of entransy dissipation is not applicable for the discussed cases.
文摘With depletion of shallow deposits,the number of underground mines expected to reach more than 3 km depth during their lifetime is growing.Although surface cooling plants are mostly effective in mine airconditioning,usually secondary cooling units are needed below 2 kmdepth.This need emerges due to the elevated thermal impacts caused by auto-compression of mine air as well as heat emissions from strata and mine machinery.As a result,in cold climates,like Canada,ultra-deep mines need their secondary underground cooling plants running year-round while the intake air must be heated to protect the sensitive machinery and liners from freezing during the winter season.To cool mine air,horizontal bulk-airconditioners with direct spray cooling systems are commonly used due to their high performance.Conventionally,sprayed water in bulk-air-coolers are mechanically circulated and refrigerated in coupled refrigeration plants.This set up can be transformed to a natural cooling/heating process by resurfacing the warm underground bulk-air-cooler spray water for mine air heating on the surface and re-sinking the chilled water for cooling in the underground bulk air coolers.This could significantly cut-down the fossil-fuel consumption in burners for mine air pre-conditioning and refrigeration cost when applicable.This paper presents an anonymous real-life example to study the feasibility of the proposed idea for an ultra-deep Canadian mine.

文摘To ensure flight safety,the complex network method is used to study the influence and invulnerability of air traffic cyber physical system(CPS)nodes.According to the rules of air traffic management,the logical coupling relationship between routes and sectors is analyzed,an air traffic CPS network model is constructed,and the indicators of node influence and invulnerability are established.The K-shell algorithm is improved to identify node influence,and the invulnerability is analyzed under random and selective attacks.Taking Airspace in Eastern China as an example,its influential nodes are sorted by degree,namely,K-shell,the improved K-shell(IKS)and betweenness centrality.The invulnerability of air traffic CPS under different attacks is analyzed.Results show that IKS can effectively identify the influential nodes in the air traffic CPS network,and IKS and betweenness centrality are the two key indicators that affect the invulnerability of air traffic CPS.

文摘An aircraft cabin is a narrow,closed-space environment.To keep the air quality in cabin healthy for passengers,especially during an epidemic such as SARS-CoV-2(or 2019-nCoV)in 2020,a novel aircraft air conditioning system,called the ultra-high-temperature instantaneous sterilization air conditioning system(UHTACS),is proposed.Based on the proposed system,a simulation of the UHT-ACS is analysed in various flight states.In the UHT-ACS,the mixing air temperature of return and bleed air can reach temperature up to 148.8°C,which is high enough to kill bacilli and viruses in 2一8 s.The supply air temperature of the UHT-ACS in a mixing cavity is about 12 C in cooling mode both on the ground and in the air.The supply air temperature is about 42 C in heating mode.Compared with the air conditioning systems(ACS)of traditional aircraft the supply air temperatures of the UHT-ACS in the mixing cavity are in good agreement with those of a traditional ACS with 60%fresh air and 40%return air.Furthermore the air temperature at the turbine outlet of the UHT-ACS is higher than that of a traditional ACS which will help to reduce the risk of icing at the outlet.Therefore the UHT-ACS can operate normally in various flight states.

文摘The ammonium salt corrosion is a typical failure mode for the hydrogenation reaction effluent air cooler(REAC) system. In order to investigate the corrosion characteristics in the REAC system, numerical simulations were performed by using the mixture model, the heating transfer model, and the particles tracking model. The results show that the differences between the temperature and the velocity at each cross section of the first-row and second-row tubes are small. The inertia of the particles plays an important role in the particle’s deposition, and the smaller particles distribute more uniformly in the air cooler. However, for larger particles, they prefer falling from the inner side of the vertical elbow, and preferentially depositing at the inlet header and pipes before saturation. In the heat exchanger tubes, the particle deposition number is larger in the second-row tubes than that in the first-row tubes, and the high-risk tubes mainly concentrate on the middle and right side of the air cooler. The kinetic parameters of the particles are in accordance with the blocking-prone position in many real operating conditions.
文摘The air traffic management system(ATM)has the task of ensuring safe,orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic.The ATM system architecture is very much dependent on the concept of operations(ConOps).Over the years the evolution in ConOps has resulted in changes in the ATM′s physical architecture,improving its physical infrastructure,increasing the levels of automation and making operational changes to improve air traffic flow,to cope with increasing demand for air travel.However,what is less clear is the impact of such changes in ConOps on the ATM′s functional architecture.This is vital for ensuring optimality in the implementation of the physical architecture components to support the ATM functions.This paper reviews the changes in the ConOps over the years,proposes a temporally invariant ATM functional model,and discusses some of the main key technologies expected to make significant improvements to the ATM system.

文摘With the increase of mining depth, more and deeper coal mines are limited by heat disaster. The cooling energy in deep mine cooling system comes from mine water inrush or ground cooling tower, but we cannot adopt the two methods because mine water inrush in many old coal mines in China is limited. What is more, the cooling pipelines cannot be put in narrow pit-shaft. To settle the problem above, according to the characteristics of Zhangxiaolou Coal Mine, this paper adopts the deep mine return air as the cooling energy for deep mine cooling system. In addition, we carried out cite test to extract cold energy from return air. Through monitoring the water quantity, water temperature of cooling system and air temperature, we got the thermodynamic equilibrium parameters during the cooling energy acquisition analysis and the effect of cooling system that the temperature and humidity on working face are respectively reduced to 8-12 ℃ and 8-15% through cooling. This research offers experimental reference for deep mine cooling which lacks cooling energy.

文摘Air brake systems are critical equipment for railway trains, which affects the running safety of the trains significantly. To study air braking characteristics of long freight trains, an approach for simulating air brake systems based on fuid dynamics theory was proposed. The structures and working mechanisms of locomotive and wagon air brakes are introduced, and mathematical models of the pipes, brake valves, reservoirs or chambers, cylinders, etc., are presented.Besides, the dynamic motions of parts in the main valve are considered. The simulation model of the whole air brake system is then formulated, and the solving method based on the finite-difference method is used. New efficient pipe boundary conditions without iterations are developed for brake pipes and branch pipes, which can achieve higher computational efficiency. The proposed approach for simulating the air brake system is validated by comparing with published measured data. Simulation results of different train formations indicate that models that consider the dynamic behavior of brake pipes are recommended for predicting the characteristics of long trains under service braking conditions.
文摘Objective In recent years,many studies have reported that air pollution is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).The aim of this systematic review and meta・analysis is to summarize the evidence about the association between exposure to air pollution andT2DM in developing countries.Methods The databases,including PubMed,EMBASE and Web of Science,were systematically searched for studies published up to 31 March 2022.Studies about the association between air pollution andT2DM prevalence or incidence in developing countries were included.The odds ratio(OR)was used as effect estimate.We synthesized the included studies in the meta-analysis.Results We included 8 cross-sectional studies and 8 cohort studies,all conducted in developing countries.Meta-analysis of 8 studies on PM_(2.5)(particulate matter ≤2.5 μm in diameter)showed that T2DM prevalence was significantly associated with PM_(2.5)exposure(OR=1.12;95%CI:1.07,1.17;P<0.001).The association between air pollutants andT2DM incidence was not estimated due to the limited relevant studies.Conclusions The exposure to PM_(2.5)would be positively associated with an increased prevalence of T2DM in developing countries.Some effective measures should be taken to reduce air pollutant exposure in people who are vulnerable to diabetes.
文摘In order to improve the cold start performance of heavy duty diesel engine, electronically controlling the preheating of intake air by flame was researched. According to simulation and thermodynamic analysis about the partial working processes of the diesel engine, the amount of heat energy, enough to make the fuel self ignite at the end of compression process at different temperatures of coolant and intake air, was calculated. Several HY20 preheating plugs were used to heat up the intake air. Meanwhile, an electronic control system based on 8 bit micro controller unit (MCS 8031) was designed to automatically control the process of heating intake air. According to the various temperatures of coolant and ambient air, one plug or two plugs can automatically be selected to heat intake air. The demo experiment validated that the total system could operate successfully and achieve the scheduled function.

文摘The homogeneity analysis of multi-airport system can provide important decision-making support for the route layout and cooperative operation.Existing research seldom analyzes the homogeneity of multi-airport system from the perspective of route network analysis,and the attribute information of airport nodes in the airport route network is not appropriately integrated into the airport network.In order to solve this problem,a multi-airport system homogeneity analysis method based on airport attribute network representation learning is proposed.Firstly,the route network of a multi-airport system with attribute information is constructed.If there are flights between airports,an edge is added between airports,and regional attribute information is added for each airport node.Secondly,the airport attributes and the airport network vector are represented respectively.The airport attributes and the airport network vector are embedded into the unified airport representation vector space by the network representation learning method,and then the airport vector integrating the airport attributes and the airport network characteristics is obtained.By calculating the similarity of the airport vectors,it is convenient to calculate the degree of homogeneity between airports and the homogeneity of the multi-airport system.The experimental results on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system show that,compared with other existing algorithms,the homogeneity analysis method based on attributed network representation learning can get more consistent results with the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system.

文摘The air cooler is an important equipment in the petroleum refining industry.Ammonium chloride(NH4 Cl)deposition-induced corrosion is one of its main failure forms.In this study,the ammonium salt crystallization temperature is chosen as the key decision variable of NH4 Cl deposition-induced corrosion through in-depth mechanism research and experimental analysis.The functional link neural network(FLNN)is adopted as the basic algorithm for modeling because of its advantages in dealing with non-linear problems and its fast-computational ability.A hybrid FLNN attached to a small norm is built to improve the generalization performance of the model.Then,the trained model is used to predict the NH4 Cl salt crystallization temperature in the air cooler of a sour water stripper plant.Experimental results show the proposed improved FLNN algorithm can achieve better generalization performance than the PLS,the back propagation neural network,and the conventional FLNN models.
