Lithium-air batteries(LABs)are regarded as a next-generation energy storage option due to their relatively high energy density.The cyclic stability and lifespan of LABs are mainly influenced by the formation and decomposition of lithium-based oxides at the air cathode,which not only lead to a low cathode catalytic efficiency but also restrict the electrochemical reversibility and cause side reaction problems.Carbon materials are considered key to solving these problems due to their conductivity,functional flexibility,and adjustable pore structure.This paper considers the research progress on carbon materials as air cathode catalytic materials for LABs,focusing on their structural characteristics,electrochemical behavior,and reaction mechanisms.Besides being used as air cathodes,carbon materials also show potential for being used as protective layers for metal anodes or as anode materials for LABs. 展开更多

Modeling optimal air traffic rights resource allocation

International freedom of the air(traffic rights)is a key resource for airlines to carry out international air transport business.An efficient and reasonable traffic right resource allocation within a country between airlines can affect the quality of a country’s participation in international air transport.In this paper,a multi-objective mixed-integer programming model for traffic rights resource allocation is developed to minimize passenger travel mileages and maximize the number of traffic rights resources allocated to hub airports and competitive carriers.A hybrid heuristic algorithm combining the genetic algorithm and the variable neighborhood search is devised to solve the model.The results show that the optimal allocation scheme aligns with the principle of fairness,indicating that the proposed model can play a certain guiding role in and provide an innovative perspective on traffic rights resource allocation in various countries. 展开更多

Reversible solid oxide cell(RSOC)is a new energy conversion device with significant applications,especially for power grid peaking shaving.However,the reversible conversion process of power generation/energy storage poses challenges for the performance and stability of air electrodes.In this work,a novel high-entropy perovskite oxide La_(0.2)Pr_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Sm_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3−δ)(HE-LSCF)is proposed and investigated as an air electrode in RSOC.The electrochemical behavior of HE-LSCF was studied as an air electrode in both fuel cell and electrolysis modes.The polarization impedance(Rp)of the HE-LSCF electrode is only 0.25Ω·cm^(2) at 800℃ in an air atmosphere.Notably,at an electrolytic voltage of 2 V and a temperature of 800℃,the current density reaches up to 1.68 A/cm^(2).The HE-LSCF air electrode exhibited excellent reversibility and stability,and its electrochemical performance remains stable after 100 h of reversible operation.With these advantages,HE-LSCF is shown to be an excellent air electrode for RSOC. 展开更多

The use of artificial intelligence(AI)has increased since the middle of the 20th century,as evidenced by its applications to a wide range of engineering and science problems.Air traffic management(ATM)is becoming increasingly automated and autonomous,making it lucrative for AI applications.This paper presents a systematic review of studies that employ AI techniques for improving ATM capability.A brief account of the history,structure,and advantages of these methods is provided,followed by the description of their applications to several representative ATM tasks,such as air traffic services(ATS),airspace management(AM),air traffic flow management(ATFM),and flight operations(FO).The major contribution of the current review is the professional survey of the AI application to ATM alongside with the description of their specific advantages:(i)these methods provide alternative approaches to conventional physical modeling techniques,(ii)these methods do not require knowing relevant internal system parameters,(iii)these methods are computationally more efficient,and(iv)these methods offer compact solutions to multivariable problems.In addition,this review offers a fresh outlook on future research.One is providing a clear rationale for the model type and structure selection for a given ATM mission.Another is to understand what makes a specific architecture or algorithm effective for a given ATM mission.These are among the most important issues that will continue to attract the attention of the AI research community and ATM work teams in the future. 展开更多

The operating environment of the diesel engine air path system is complex and may be affected by external random disturbances.Potentially leading to faults.This paper addresses the fault-tolerant control problem of the diesel engine air path system,assuming that the system may simultaneously be affected by actuator faults and external random disturbances,a disturbance observer-based sliding mode controller is designed.Through the linear matrix inequality technique for solving observer and controller gains,optimal gain matrices can be obtained,eliminating the manual adjustment process of controller parameters and reducing the chattering phenomenon of the sliding mode surface.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation analysis. 展开更多

The study aims to explore the damage characteristics and protection technologies of liquid-filled structures under high-speed projectile impact.A series of penetration impact experiments were conducted by focusing on different air layer configurations.By using high-speed camera and dynamic measurement systems,the effects of air layers on the projectile penetration,pressure wave propagation,cavitation evolution,and structural dynamic responses were analyzed.The results showed that the rarefaction wave reflected from the air-liquid interface significantly reduced the peak and specific impulse of the initial pressure wave,thereby diminishing the impact load on the structure.Additionally,the compressibility of air layers also attenuated the cavitation extrusion load.Both front and rear plates exhibited superimposed deformation modes,i.e.,local deformation or petal fracture with global deformation.Air layers effectively mitigated global deformation.However,when the air layer was positioned on the projectile's trajectory,it split the water-entry process and velocity attenuation of the projectile into two relatively independent phases.And the secondary water entry pressure wave caused more severe local deformation and petal fractures on the rear plate. 展开更多

Flow field characteristics in high-speed train cabin:Negative effect of non-vertical air supply

Ventilation systems are critical for improving the cabin environment in high-speed trains,and their interest has increased significantly.However,whether air supply non-verticality deteriorates the cabin air environment,and the flow mechanism behind it and the degree of deterioration are not known.This study first analyzes the interaction between deflection angle and cabin flow field characteristics and ventilation performance.The results revealed that the interior temperature and pollutant concentration decreased slightly with increasing deflection angle,but resulted in significant deterioration of thermal comfort and air quality.This is evidenced by an increase in both draught rate and non-uniformity coefficient,an increase in the number of measurement points that do not satisfy the micro-wind speed and temperature difference requirements by about 5% and 15%,respectively,and an increase in longitudinal penetration of pollutants by a factor of about 5 and the appearance of locking regions at the ends of cabin.The results also show that changing the deflection pattern only affects the region of deterioration and does not essentially improve this deterioration.This study can provide reference and help for the ventilation design of high-speed trains. 展开更多

Beyond-visual-range(BVR)air combat threat assessment has attracted wide attention as the support of situation awareness and autonomous decision-making.However,the traditional threat assessment method is flawed in its failure to consider the intention and event of the target,resulting in inaccurate assessment results.In view of this,an integrated threat assessment method is proposed to address the existing problems,such as overly subjective determination of index weight and imbalance of situation.The process and characteristics of BVR air combat are analyzed to establish a threat assessment model in terms of target intention,event,situation,and capability.On this basis,a distributed weight-solving algorithm is proposed to determine index and attribute weight respectively.Then,variable weight and game theory are introduced to effectively deal with the situation imbalance and achieve the combination of subjective and objective.The performance of the model and algorithm is evaluated through multiple simulation experiments.The assessment results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method in BVR air combat,indicating its potential practical significance in real air combat scenarios. 展开更多

In the field of calculating the attack area of air-to-air missiles in modern air combat scenarios,the limitations of existing research,including real-time calculation,accuracy efficiency trade-off,and the absence of the three-dimensional attack area model,restrict their practical applications.To address these issues,an improved backtracking algorithm is proposed to improve calculation efficiency.A significant reduction in solution time and maintenance of accuracy in the three-dimensional attack area are achieved by using the proposed algorithm.Furthermore,the age-layered population structure genetic programming(ALPS-GP)algorithm is introduced to determine an analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area,considering real-time requirements.The accuracy of the polynomial model is enhanced through the coefficient correction using an improved gradient descent algorithm.The study reveals a remarkable combination of high accuracy and efficient real-time computation,with a mean error of 91.89 m using the analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area solved in just 10^(-4)s,thus meeting the requirements of real-time combat scenarios. 展开更多

A new air distribution pattern,air curtain jet ventilation was presented.The ventilation or airflow patterns and the air velocity produced by air curtain jet were investigated in detail.To identify the airflow characteristics of this novel air curtain jet ventilation system,a full-scale room was used to measure the jet velocity with a slot-ventilated supply device,with regards to the airflow fields along the vertical wall as well as on the horizontal floor zones.The airflow fields under three supply air velocities,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 m/s,were carried out in the full-scale room.The experimental results show the velocity profiles of air distribution,the airflow fields along the attached vertical wall and the air lake zones on the floor,respectively.The current experimental research is helpful for heating,ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) engineers to design better air distribution in rooms. 展开更多

在环缝-喷孔对撞式喷注模型发动机上,采用H2/O2热射流切向喷注的起爆方式,进行了H2/Air组合的连续旋转爆震试验,试验成功起爆并实现了爆震波的持续旋转传播。切向喷注的热射流并没有直接诱导形成旋转爆震波,从点火到形成稳定传播的旋转... 在环缝-喷孔对撞式喷注模型发动机上,采用H2/O2热射流切向喷注的起爆方式,进行了H2/Air组合的连续旋转爆震试验,试验成功起爆并实现了爆震波的持续旋转传播。切向喷注的热射流并没有直接诱导形成旋转爆震波,从点火到形成稳定传播的旋转爆震波之间存在时间间隔。对高频信号的时频分析结果表明,在该试验工况下,旋转爆震波的传播过程非常稳定,其传播频率为5.5~5.95 kHz,平均传播频率为5.75 kHz,对应的平均传播速度为1716.4m/s,为理论预测值的91.14%。在没有测量高频压力的情况下开展了长程试验,结果表明,连续旋转爆震波也可以在更长的时间范围内稳定工作。 展开更多

目前GRAPES-3DVar(全球\区域同化预报系统)使用的AIRS云检测方案只能够检测出完全晴空时的视场资料,对于受到云污染的视场,所有通道资料全部被剔除。研究表明有云视场当中的云顶以上资料对数值预报的影响更加重要,研究也更加有意义。因... 目前GRAPES-3DVar(全球\区域同化预报系统)使用的AIRS云检测方案只能够检测出完全晴空时的视场资料,对于受到云污染的视场,所有通道资料全部被剔除。研究表明有云视场当中的云顶以上资料对数值预报的影响更加重要,研究也更加有意义。因此,文章借鉴McNally和Watts云检测方案,结合GRAPES-3DVar系统和仪器特征,建立了一种适合于GRAPES-3DVar模式的晴空通道检测方案。该方案不但可以检测出完全晴空的视场资料,同时也可以检测出有云视场当中不受云影响的云顶以上通道资料;另外,还可以求出云顶高度,判断出高、中和低云。然后,将AIRS观测资料分别用晴空视场检测方案和晴空通道检测方案进行云检测,从结果分析看,晴空视场检测方案可以检测出的晴空资料占总资料的9.14%,而晴空通道检测方案检测出的晴空资料达到了34.86%,是传统云检测方案的3.8倍,大大增加了资料的使用度。 展开更多

2002年5月发射的Aqua是美国地球观测系统中的第2颗卫星EOS-2(Earth Observing System),它携带的大气红外探测仪AIRS(Atmospheric Infrared Sounder)是目前国际上最先进的超高光谱分辨率红外大气垂直探测仪。1200的光谱分辨率和全球覆盖... 2002年5月发射的Aqua是美国地球观测系统中的第2颗卫星EOS-2(Earth Observing System),它携带的大气红外探测仪AIRS(Atmospheric Infrared Sounder)是目前国际上最先进的超高光谱分辨率红外大气垂直探测仪。1200的光谱分辨率和全球覆盖能力使其可以观测全球大气状态及其变化。对其超高光谱分辨率资料的处理和应用的研究既有科学意义,又有实用价值。利用AIRS实际观测资料反演大气温度,本文使用的是便于处理大数据量的统计反演方法中的特征向量法,计算回归系数使用的是AIRS观测辐射值和T213数值预报分析场。本文从通道个数、地形及地表发射率影响、增加预报因子、国外同类产品比较等4个方面进行了大气温度反演试验研究。研究结果表明:(1)在利用超高光谱分辨率仪器进行反演时,合理选择通道是非常必要的;(2)AIRS反演的大气温度在对流层顶和中上层具有较高的精度,在对流层低层,尤其是近地面反演精度不够理想;(3)增加地表温度,地表发射率和地形3个预报因子,可以提高近地面的反演精度;(4)文中反演的大气温度精度与国外同类产品精度基本一致。 展开更多

在环缝-喷孔对撞式喷射的H2/Air连续旋转爆震模型发动机上实现双波自持。详细分析了连续旋转爆震波以双波模态自持传播的典型波形特征和时域、频域特征。测量了模型发动机工作在双波形模态下所产生的一维推力,讨论了比冲等推力性能。时... 在环缝-喷孔对撞式喷射的H2/Air连续旋转爆震模型发动机上实现双波自持。详细分析了连续旋转爆震波以双波模态自持传播的典型波形特征和时域、频域特征。测量了模型发动机工作在双波形模态下所产生的一维推力,讨论了比冲等推力性能。时频特性和推力积分表明:出口背压为大气压时,在空气流量786.6g·s-1,氢气流量20g·s-1,当量比为0.8733的工况下,模型发动机以平均传播频率10.5809k Hz,平均传播速度1578.9m·s-1的双波模态稳定工作超过650ms。产生可靠的有效推力约808.5N。以火箭模式计算,有效排气速度为1002.3m·s-1,总比冲为102.3s;以冲压模式计算,有效排气速度(氢气消耗率)为40425m·s-1,燃料比冲为4125s,所消耗氢气的单位面积质量流率为13404g·m-2·s-1,单位推力为1027.8m·s-1。相比于单波模态,双波模态使得燃烧室内压力更为均匀,高频推力曲线振荡幅值小。爆震波头个数增多有利于推力稳定。 展开更多

基于大气红外探测器L1B红外高光谱辐射观测资料,结合中分辨率成像光谱仪(moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer,MODIS)云产品数据,利用通用大气辐射传输模式(combined atmospheric radiative transfer model,CART),根据... 基于大气红外探测器L1B红外高光谱辐射观测资料,结合中分辨率成像光谱仪(moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer,MODIS)云产品数据,利用通用大气辐射传输模式(combined atmospheric radiative transfer model,CART),根据模式模拟和AIRS实际观测亮温的亮温差,研究从AIRS红外波段1 070~1 135cm^-1高光谱数据反演卷云的光学厚度和云顶高度。将反演的卷云光学厚度与云顶高度作为输入参数模拟计算650~1 150cm^-1波段卷云大气顶的辐射亮温谱,并将模拟值与AIRS观测亮温谱进行了对比分析。将反演的卷云光学厚度和云顶高度和AIRS的760通道(900.56cm^-1,11.1μm)的亮温以及MODIS卷云反射率进行了对比分析。最后将反演的卷云云顶高度和MODIS云顶高度进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:反演所使用的650~1 150cm^-1波段模式模拟和观测亮温谱吻合得很好,说明CART可以较好的模拟AIRS亮温谱。反演的卷云参数与AIRS在大气窗口区的760通道(900.56cm^-1,11.1μm)的亮温的分布满足低亮温对应较大的卷云光学厚度和高云顶高度。反演的卷云参数和MODIS卷云的反射率分布满足高卷云光学厚度和云顶高度对应高卷云反射率。反演的卷云云顶高度和MODIS的卷云云顶高度之间线性相关系数相对较高,且都在8.5~11.5km的概率较高,两者的概率分布趋势一致。说明CART可以用于反演卷云的性质,反演结果具有一定的可靠性。 展开更多

为了分析台风这类强对流诱发平流层重力波的过程,本文利用中尺度数值模式WRF-ARW(V3.5)和卫星高光谱红外大气探测器AIRS数据对2011年第9号强热带气旋"梅花"的重力波特征进行了分析.首先,针对模式输出的垂直速度场资料的分析表明,台... 为了分析台风这类强对流诱发平流层重力波的过程,本文利用中尺度数值模式WRF-ARW(V3.5)和卫星高光谱红外大气探测器AIRS数据对2011年第9号强热带气旋"梅花"的重力波特征进行了分析.首先,针对模式输出的垂直速度场资料的分析表明,台风在对流层各个方向上几乎都具有诱发重力波的能量,而在平流层内则呈现出只集中于台风中心以东的半圆弧状波动,且重力波到达平流层后其影响的水平范围可达1000km.此外,平流层波动与对流层雨带在形态、位置以及尺度上均具有一定的相似性.其次,对风场的分析结果表明,不同高度上波动形态的差异主要是由于重力波垂直上传的过程中受到了平流层向西传的背景风场以及风切变的调制作用,揭示了重力波逆着背景流垂直上传的特征.随后,基于FFT波谱分析的结果表明,"梅花"诱发的平流层重力波水平波长中心值达到了1000km,周期在15~25h,垂直波长主要在8~12km.最后,利用AIRS观测资料分析了平流层30~40km高度上的大气波动,得到了与数值模拟结果相一致的半圆弧状波动.对比结果也验证了WRF对台风诱发平流层重力波的波动形态、传播方向、不同时刻扰动强度的变化以及影响范围的模拟效果.此外,也揭示了多资料的结合对比有助于更加全面地了解台风诱发平流层重力波的波动特征. 展开更多
