With the consideration that the existing threat assessment methods have difficulties in dealing with high dimensional time series target data, a threat assessment method based on self-attention mechanism and gated recurrent unit(SAGRU) is proposed. Firstly, a threat feature system including air combat situations and capability features is established. Moreover, a data augmentation process based on fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) is applied to extract more valuable information from time series situation features. Furthermore, aiming to capture key characteristics of battlefield evolution, a bidirectional GRU and SA mechanisms are designed for enhanced features.Subsequently, after the concatenation of the processed air combat situation and capability features, the target threat level will be predicted by fully connected neural layers and the softmax classifier. Finally, in order to validate this model, an air combat dataset generated by a combat simulation system is introduced for model training and testing. The comparison experiments show the proposed model has structural rationality and can perform threat assessment faster and more accurately than the other existing models based on deep learning.展开更多

To select suitable knowledge graphs for use from many knowledge graphs, quality assessment is particularly important. As an important thing of quality assessment, completeness assessment generally refers to the ratio of the current data volume to the total data volume. When evaluating the completeness of a knowledge graph, it is often necessary to refine the completeness dimension by setting different completeness metrics to produce more complete and understandable evaluation results for the knowledge graph. However, lack of awareness of requirements is the most problematic quality issue. In the actual evaluation process, the existing completeness metrics need to consider the actual application. Therefore, to accurately recommend suitable knowledge graphs to many users, it is particularly important to develop relevant measurement metrics and formulate measurement schemes for completeness. In this paper, we will first clarify the concept of completeness, establish each metric of completeness, and finally design a measurement proposal for the completeness of knowledge graphs.展开更多

In this paper, we will first clarify the concept of completeness, establish each metric of completeness, and finally design a measurement proposal for the completeness of knowledge graphs.

文摘To address the seismic face stability challenges encountered in urban and subsea tunnel construction,an efficient probabilistic analysis framework for shield tunnel faces under seismic conditions is proposed.Based on the upper-bound theory of limit analysis,an improved three-dimensional discrete deterministic mechanism, accounting for the heterogeneous nature of soil media,is formulated to evaluate seismic face stability. The metamodel of failure probabilistic assessments for seismic tunnel faces is constructed by integrating the sparse polynomial chaos expansion method(SPCE)with the modified pseudo-dynamic approach(MPD).The improved deterministic model is validated by comparing with published literature and numerical simulations results, and the SPCE-MPD metamodel is examined with the traditional MCS method.Based on the SPCE-MPD metamodels, the seismic effects on face failure probability and reliability index are presented and the global sensitivity analysis(GSA)is involved to reflect the influence order of seismic action parameters. Finally, the proposed approach is tested to be effective by a engineering case of the Chengdu outer ring tunnel. The results show that higher uncertainty of seismic response on face stability should be noticed in areas with intense earthquakes and variation of seismic wave velocity has the most profound influence on tunnel face stability.

文摘To solve the problem of target damage assessment when fragments attack target under uncertain projectile and target intersection in an air defense intercept, this paper proposes a method for calculating target damage probability leveraging spatio-temporal finite multilayer fragments distribution and the target damage assessment algorithm based on cloud model theory.Drawing on the spatial dispersion characteristics of fragments of projectile proximity explosion,we divide into a finite number of fragments distribution planes based on the time series in space, set up a fragment layer dispersion model grounded in the time series and intersection criterion for determining the effective penetration of each layer of fragments into the target.Building on the precondition that the multilayer fragments of the time series effectively assail the target,we also establish the damage criterion of the perforation and penetration damage and deduce the damage probability calculation model.Taking the damage probability of the fragment layer in the spatio-temporal sequence to the target as the input state variable,we introduce cloud model theory to research the target damage assessment method.Combining the equivalent simulation experiment, the scientific and rational nature of the proposed method were validated through quantitative calculations and comparative analysis.

文摘To solve the problem of risk identification and quantitative assessment for human-computer interaction(HCI)in complex avionics systems,an HCI safety analysis framework based on system-theoretical process analysis(STPA)and cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM)is proposed.STPACREAM can identify unsafe control actions and find the causal path during the interaction of avionics systems and pilot with the help of formal verification tools automatically. The common performance conditions(CPC)of avionics systems in the aviation environment is established and a quantitative analysis of human failure is carried out.Taking the head-up display(HUD)system interaction process as an example,a case analysis is carried out,the layered safety control structure and formal model of the HUD interaction process are established. For the interactive behavior“Pilots approaching with HUD”,four unsafe control actions and35 causal scenarios are identified and the impact of common performance conditions at different levels on the pilot decision model are analyzed. The results show that HUD's HCI level gradually improves as the scores of CPC increase, and the quality of crew member cooperation and time sufficiency of the task is the key to its HCI.Through case analysis,it is shown that STPACREAM can quantitatively assess the hazards in HCI and identify the key factors that impact safety.
文摘This paper presents an investigation on the effect of JPEG compression on the similarity between the target image and the background, where the similarity is further used to determine the degree of clutter in the image.Four new clutter metrics based on image quality assessment are introduced, among which the Haar wavelet-based perceptual similarity index, known as HaarPSI,provides the best target acquisition prediction results. It is shown that the similarity between the target and the background at the boundary between visually lossless and visually lossy compression does not change significantly compared to the case when an uncompressed image is used.In future work, through subjective tests,it is necessary to check whether this presence of compression at the threshold of just noticeable differences will affect the human target acquisition performance.Similarity values are compared with the results of subjective tests of the well-known target Search_2 database, where the degree of agreement between objective and subjective scores, measured through linear correlation, reached a value of 90%.

文摘Forest fire accidents caused by distribution line faults occur frequently, resulting in heavy impacts on people’s safety and social and economic development.Currently, there are few risk assessments for forest fires induced by over-head distribution lines, and existing assessment methods may have difficulties in data acquisition. On this basis,a novel as-sessment framework based on an analytic hierarchy process,a Bayesian network and a Fussel-Vesely importance metric is proposed in this paper. The framework combines field research and historical operation and maintenance data to assess the regional-scale risk of forest fires induced by overhead distribution lines to derive the probability of forest fires and to identify high-risk lines and key hazard events in the assessment region. Finally, taking the southern Anhui region as an ex-ample,the annual fire probability of forest fires induced by overhead distribution lines in the southern Anhui region is 5.88%,and rectification measures are proposed. This study provides management with a complete assessment framework that optimizes the difficulty of data collection and allows for additional targeted corrective measures to be proposed for the entire region and route on the basis of the assessment results.

文摘In recent years, the escalation in accidental explosions has emerged as a formidable threat to tunnel infrastructures. Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct a dynamic performance analysis of the tunnels,to improve the safety and maintain the functionality of underground transport hubs.To this end, this study proposes a dynamic performance assessment framework to assess the extent of damage of shallow buried circular tunnels under explosion hazards.First, the nonlinear dynamic finite element numerical model of soil-tunnel interaction system under explosion hazard was established and validated. Then, based on the validated numerical model,an explosion intensity(EI)considering both explosion equivalent and relative distance was used to further analyze the dynamic response characteristics under typical explosion conditions. Finally, this study further explored the influence of the integrity and strength of the surrounding soil, concrete strength, lining thickness, rebar strength, and rebar rate on the tunnel dynamic performance. Our results show that the dynamic performance assessment framework proposed for shallow circular tunnels fully integrates the coupling effects of explosion equivalent and distance, and is able to accurately measure the degree of damage sustained by these structures under different EI.This work contributes to designing and managing tunnels and underground transport networks based on dynamic performance, thereby facilitating decision-making and efficient allocation of resources by consultants, operators, and stakeholders.
