目的探索对比中、外抗生素领域近5年研究热点和前沿。方法运用文献计量可视化软件Citespace,对比分析《中国抗生素杂志》与《Jounal of Antibiotics》(日本)(下文简称《J Antibiotics》)两刊近5年刊载文量、影响因子、文献关键词知识图...目的探索对比中、外抗生素领域近5年研究热点和前沿。方法运用文献计量可视化软件Citespace,对比分析《中国抗生素杂志》与《Jounal of Antibiotics》(日本)(下文简称《J Antibiotics》)两刊近5年刊载文量、影响因子、文献关键词知识图谱,探索抗生素领域中、外文文献关注热点和前沿,寻找国内刊物与国际刊物载文区别以及探索《中国抗生素杂志》的发展之路。结果两刊载文量均处于呈逐年下降并趋于稳定;《中国抗生素杂志》近5年影响因子逐步提升,《J Antibiotics》相对稳定;关键词共现和聚类分析显示两刊共同关注热点是“耐药性”,《中国抗生素杂志》载文热点是抗生素药物研究成果与临床研究成果相结合,及中药在感染性疾病上的应用以及国内抗生素药物的质量控制;《J Antibiotics》则以抗生素类新药剂、天然产物药物研发等基础研究论文为主。结论抗生素领域发展前沿主要是耐药性的探究以及应对此问题的新药及新的治疗方法的研发。在保持现有载文特色的基础上,《中国抗生素杂志》期待能够更多地报道抗生素和天然产物药物领域的基础研究成果。展开更多

Owing to outstanding hydrophilicity and ionic interaction,layered double hydroxides(LDHs)have emerged as a promising carrier for high performance catalysts.However,the synthesis of new specialized catalytic LDHs for d...Owing to outstanding hydrophilicity and ionic interaction,layered double hydroxides(LDHs)have emerged as a promising carrier for high performance catalysts.However,the synthesis of new specialized catalytic LDHs for degradation of antibiotics still faces some challenges.In this study,a CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH composite catalyst was synthesized using a hydrothermal coprecipitation method.Comprehensive characterization reveals that the surface of MgAl-LDH is covered with nanometer CoFe_(2)O_(4) particles.The specific surface area of CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH is 82.84 m^(2)·g^(-)1,which is 2.34 times that of CoFe_(2)O_(4).CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH has a saturation magnetic strength of 22.24 A·m^(2)·kg^(-1) facilitating efficient solid-liquid separation.The composite catalyst was employed to activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for the efficient degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH).It is found that the catalytic performance of CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH significantly exceeds that of CoFe_(2)O_(4).The maximum TCH removal reaches 98.2%under the optimal conditions([TCH]=25 mg/L,[PMS]=1.5 mmol/L,CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH=0.20 g/L,pH 7,and T=25℃).Coexisting ions in the solution,such as SO_(4)^(2-),Cl-,H_(2)PO_(4)^(-),and CO_(3)^(2-),have a negligible effect on catalytic performance.Cyclic tests demonstrate that the catalytic performance of CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH remains 67.2%after five cycles.Mechanism investigations suggest that O_(2)^(•-)and ^(1)O_(2) produced by CoFe_(2)O_(4)/MgAl-LDH play a critical role in the catalytic degradation.展开更多

The catalyst Fe-Ce/bentonite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. It is found that Fe and Ce intercalate into the silicate layers of bentonite successfully. Tetracycline was removed by heterogeneous photo-Fenton reaction using the catalyst in this work. The effects of different reaction systems, hydrogen peroxide concentration, initial pH, catalyst dosage, UV power and introduction of different anions on degradation were investigated in details. The stability of catalyst was investigated through recycling experiment. The results show that removal rate of tetracycline is 98.13% under the conditions of 15 mmol/L H202, 0.50 g/L catalyst dosage, initial pH 3.0, 11 W UV lamp power and 60 min reaction time. However, the removal rate decreases after adding some anions. The hydroxyl radical plays an important role in heterogeneous photo-assisted Fenton degradation of tetracycline. The catalyst is very stable and can be recycled many times.展开更多

Background and objectives:Lung cancer(LC)is the leading cause of cancer death.Patients treated with chemotherapy are at risk of developing chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia(FN),a potentially life-threatening co...Background and objectives:Lung cancer(LC)is the leading cause of cancer death.Patients treated with chemotherapy are at risk of developing chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia(FN),a potentially life-threatening complication.The aims of this study were(1)to characterize FN admissions of patients with LC in a pulmonology department,and(2)to determine associations between patient profiles,first-line antibiotic failure(FLAF)and mortality.Methods:Retrospective observational case-series,based on the analysis of medical records of LC patients that required hospitalization due to chemotherapy-induced FN.Results:A total of 42 cases of FN were revised,corresponding to 36 patients,of which 86.1%were male,with a mean age of 66.71±9.83 years.Most patients had a performance status(PS)equal or less than 1,and metastatic disease was present in 40.5%(n=17).Respiratory tract infections accounted for 42.9%(n=18)of FN cases,and multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was the most isolated agent.The mortality rate was 16.7%(n=7),and the FLAF was 26.2%(n=11).Mortality was associated with a PS≥2(P=0.011),infection by a Gram-negative agent(P=0.001)and severe anemia(P=0.048).FLAF was associated with longer hospitalizations(P=0.020),PS≥2(P=0.049),respiratory infections(P=0.024),and infection by a Gram-negative(P=0.003)or multidrug-resistant agent(P=0.014).Conclusions:Lower PS,severe anemia,and infections by Gram-negative or multi-resistant agents seem to be associated with worse outcomes in FN patients.展开更多

Initially, the soil sampl...This study aimed to investigate the production of some metabolites (i.e., antibiotics, amylases and cellulases) of terrestrial actinomycetes isolated from medicinal plant rhizosphere soils. Initially, the soil samples were collected from Camellia sinensis (L) Okuntze., Peuraria mirifca Airy Shaw Suvatabandhua., Ananus comosus Merr., Elephantopus scaber Linn., Orthosiphon grandiforus Bolding., Jatropha multifda Linn. and Senna siamea. To screen and isolate actinomycetes, the soil samples were pretreated by air-drying and subsequent heat incubation. The bacterial isolates exhibiting actinomycetes features were then randomly screened for their production of amylases, cellulases and antibiotics. It was found that 130 isolates (from 136) could produce amylases; 40 (from 107) produced cellulases; and seven (from 45) exhibited antimicrobial activity. The data of this study were preliminary, and yet demonstrated a rich diversity of rhizo-actinomycetes from medicinal plants. Besides, these organisms could be an untapped source for discovering of biotechnologically useful metabolites.展开更多
