Advancements in energetic metal-organic frameworks, alkali and alkaline earth metal salts, and transition metal complexes: Predictive models for detonation velocity, heat, and pressure

Recent advancements have led to the synthesis of various new metal-containing explosives,particularly energetic metal-organic frameworks(EMOFs),which feature high-energy ligands within well-ordered crystalline structures.These explosives exhibit significant advantages over traditional compounds,including higher density,greater heats of detonation,improved mechanical hardness,and excellent thermal stability.To effectively evaluate their detonation performance,it is crucial to have a reliable method for predicting detonation heat,velocity,and pressure.This study leverages experimental data and outputs from the leading commercial computer code to identify suitable decomposition pathways for different metal oxides,facilitating straightforward calculations for the detonation performance of alkali metal salts,and metal coordination compounds,along with EMOFs.The new model enhances predictive reliability for detonation velocities,aligning more closely with experimental results,as evi-denced by a root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.68 km/s compared to 1.12 km/s for existing methods.Furthermore,it accommodates a broader range of compounds,including those containing Sr,Cd,and Ag,and provides predictions for EMOFs that are more consistent with computer code outputs than previous predictive models. 展开更多

A pre-reduction sintering process with flue gas recirculation(PSP_(fsg)-FGR)was developed to mitigate alkalis harm to the blast furnace and reduce the flue gas emission in the whole ironmaking process.The results indicated that the pre-reduction sintering process(PSP)can effectively remove 58.02%of K and 30.68%of Na from raw mixtures and improve yield and tumbler index to 74.40%and 68.69%,respectively.Moreover,PSP was conducive to reducing NO_(x) and SO_(2)emissions and simultaneously increasing CO content in flue gas.Circulating CO-containing flue gas to sintering bed effectively recycled CO and further improved K and Na removal ratio to 74.11%and 32.92%,respectively.Microstructural analysis revealed that the pre-reduced sinter mainly consisted of magnetite,wustite and a small quantity of metallic iron,and very few silicate glass phase was also formed.This process can simultaneously realize alkali metal elements removal as well as flue gas emission reduction from the integrated ironmaking process. 展开更多

A process was proposed to convert and separate selenium and arsenic in copper anode slime(CAS) by low-temperature alkali fusion process.Central composite design was employed to optimize the effective parameters,in which Na OH/CAS mass ratio,fusion temperature and fusion time were selected as variables,and the conversion ratio of selenium and arsenic as responses.Second-order polynomial models of high significance and 3D response surface plots were constructed to show the relationship between the responses and the variables.Optimum area of >90% selenium conversion ratio and >90% arsenic conversion ratio was obtained by the overlaid contours at Na OH/CAS mass ratio of 0.65-0.75,fusion temperature of 803-823 K and fusion time of 20-30 min.The models are validated by experiments in the optimum area,and the results demonstrate that these models are reliable and accurate in predicting the fusion process. 展开更多

In this work,a novel alcohol alkali hydrolysis method was explored for the preparation of terephthalic acid(TPA)from waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET).First,a series of single factor experiments on the depolymerization rate of waste PET bottles and the yield of TPA were conducted to determine the optimized experimental conditions,in terms of reaction time,reaction temperature,dosage of ethylene glycol and sodium bicarbonate,amount of distilled water and stirring rate.Then IR spectra and elemental analysis were carried out for the characterization of obtained product.Under optimal experimental conditions,over 98%PET can be depolymerized into the target product(TPA)and the purity and yield of TPA are over 97%and 94%,respectively.Both the experimental and analytical results support a feasible process for the preparation of TPA from waste PET.It is expected that this alcohol alkali hydrolysis method can promise an effective way for the sustainable recycling of waste PET. 展开更多

The wettability,surfactivity and the correlation between wettability and surfactivity of sodium diethylhexylphosphate,sodium diethylhexyl polyoxyethylene phosphate and their complex in NaOH solutions were studied.A complex alkali resistant phosphate surfactant with good permeability was prepared.The wettability of surfactants was investigated by measuring the immersion time,sinking time and capillary effects of nature cotton grey fabric in NaOH solutions.The surfactivity of the surfactants was characterized by measuring the surface tension.The effect of the complex on the surface appearance of cotton grey fabric was also investigated with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) .The results show that all the surfactants exhibit good wettability for cotton grey fabric in 0.5-5.0 mol/L of NaOH solutions,the complex system exhibits better wettability in 5.0-7.0 mol/L of NaOH solutions,in comparison with either corresponding single surfactant component employed,and wettability is well correlative with the surfactivities of the surfactant.SEM images indicate that the cotton grey fabric is well wetted by the alkaline surfactant solution and the quality of fabric is improved. 展开更多

Solubility of Nb 2O 5 and leaching behaviors of Nb and Ta from niobite in KOH solution have been investigated in order to develop an alkali hydrothermal leaching process of Nb and Ta. The solubility of Nb 2O 5 was measured in the range of 40 ℃ to 200 ℃ at various molar ratios of K 2O to Nb 2O 5 ( n (K 2O)/ n (Nb 2O 5)). It has been found that Nb 2O 5 shows the maximum solubility at the solution composition of n (K 2O)/ n (Nb 2O 5)=4/3 at a given temperature; the rise of temperature increases the solubility of Nb 2O 5 below 120 ℃, but decreases it above 120 ℃. The leaching behaviors of Nb and Ta were studied in the range of 150 ℃ to 250 ℃ and 0.1 MPa to 5 MPa. With the rise of temperature, the leaching degree increases when the leaching temperature is below 200 ℃, but it decreases when the leaching temperature is above 200 ℃. The maximum leaching degree is about 90% at 200 ℃. It was proved that the alkali hydrothermal leaching process is effective for the recovery of Nb and Ta from niobite concentrate. 展开更多

Ca-bentonite can be converted into zeolites A through hydrothermal alkaline treatment by varying the synthetic parameters. This study focuses on the effect of initial Si/Al molar ratio, NaOH concentration on the type of formed zeolite A. The Ca-bentonite (China, Fuxin)were mixed with an aqueous NaOH solution, Al(OH)3 powder and hydrothermally treated at about 90 ℃,12 h. Different types of zeolites (zeolite X, P, and A),sodalite were synthesized after the treatment. Zeolites were characterized and quantified by means of XRD and SEM analysis. Zeolite A predominantly formed with 0.5≤Si/Al≤2.0 was produced and zeolite X, P formed with Si/Al>2.0 under the 2.2mol/LNaOH concentration; Sodalite was also formed under high NaOH molarities. In this study, RNA-sequencing technology... Saline-alkaline stress can dramatically inhibit plant growth and limit crop production. Wild soybean (Glycine soja) is a crop that adapts well to such environmental stresses. In this study, RNA-sequencing technology was used to analyze the transcriptome profles of G. soja roots subjected to 50 mmol·L^-1 NaHCO3 and 150 mmol·L^-1 NaCl treatments. Totally, 2 125 differentially-expressed genes (DEGs) after NaCl treatment and 1 839 DEGs after NaHCO3 treatment were identifed. The top 14 DEGs revealed by RNA-seq were analyzed using qRT-PCR (quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction). Gene ontology (GO) annotation showed that most of DEGs under salt and alkali stresses were enriched in "metabolic process", "catalytic activity" and "binding" terms. To search for transcription factors (TFs) among DEGs, the data were screened against TF database PlantTFDB, and it was found that fve TF families, Apetala2/ethylene-responsive element binding proteins (AP2-EREBP), V-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog (MYB), WRKYGQK and Zinc fnger motif (WRKY), NAM, ATAF1/2, CUC1/2 (NAC) and Cys2/His2 (C2H2) were involved in salt stress response. Other fve TF families, NAC, WRKY, MYB, AP2-EREBP and bZIP were involved in response to alkali stress. These two stress treatments shared NAC, WRKY, AP2-EREBP and MYB, and the only two different TFs were bZIP and C2H2. Forty-eight MYB TFs were differentially expressed under salt and alkali stresses, and most of them were up-regulated. This study provided useful information for further investigation of DEGs and TFs in response to saline and alkaline stresses and helped in understanding the molecular basis of the response of G. soja to saline and alkaline stresses. 展开更多

Alkali metal(Li, Na, K) doped ZnO powders were synthesized by solid-state reaction at different calcination temperatures and holding time. Effects of holding time and K sources on the infrared emissivity of ZnO were investigated. The structure and surface morphologies of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The UV-Vis absorption and infrared emissivities were investigated by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer and an infrared emissometer, respectively. XRD patterns confirm the wurtzite structure of the as prepared samples with single phase. Smooth grain surfaces are detected in all doped ZnO samples, while ZnO:Li and ZnO:Na present the aggregation of grains. The redshifts in the optical band-gap are observed in K-, Na-, and Li-doped ZnO with the values 3.150, 3.144, and 3.142 eV. Due to better crystalline quality, ZnO:K shows a lower emissivity than others. The emissivity of K-doped ZnO decreases to the minimum value(0.804), at 1200 °C and holding 2 h. Compared with KNO3 as K source, K2CO3 doped ZnO has lower emissivities. 展开更多

The effects of alkali oxides (Na2O and K2O addition on both the sintering behavior and dielectric properties of Ca-AI-B-Si-O glass/Al2O3 composites were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the increasing amount of alkali oxides in the glass causes the decrease of [SiO4], which results in the decrease of the continuity of glass network, and leads to the decrease of the softening temperature Tf of the samples and the increasing trend of crystallization. And that deduces corresponding rise of densification, dielectric constant, dielectric loss of the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) materials and the decrease of its thermal conductivity. By contrast, the borosilicate glass/A1203 composites with 1.5% (mass fraction) alkali oxides sintered at 875 ℃ for 30 rain exhibit better properties of a bulk density of 2.79 g/cm3, a porosity of 0.48%, a 2 value of 2.28 W/(m.K), a er value of 7.82 and a tand value of 9.1 × 10-4 (measured at 10 MHz). 展开更多

A new technology of treating molybdenum residues by simultaneous ultrafine milling and alkali leaching was put forward to recover molybdenum from metallurgical residues. The effects of residue size, milling time, solid content, n (Na 2CO 3)/ n (Mo) and slurry pH value on molybdenum leaching rate were investigated. The results indicate that a simpler process, lower slurry temperature, 50% shorter treating time, 60% decrease of Na 2CO 3 content and 15% increase of molybdenum leaching rate can be obtained by the new technology compared with the traditional process. The leaching kinetic equation was determined, and calculation of active energy ( E =56.2 kJ/mol) shows that the leaching process of molybdenum residues by simultaneous ultrafine milling and alkali leaching is controlled by chemical reaction. Potential exists for the new process to form the basis for an economically viable, environmentally friendly process to recover valuable elements from residues. 展开更多

Based on deep analysis of ASP/oil emulsions flow behavior characteristic,a mathematical description of non-Newtonian emulsion was developed,and variation of rheological behaviors along the percolation flow direction was given.The effects of emulsions rheological behavior on oil recovery were quantity researched by a 2-D positive rhythm profile geological model.The result shows that the high viscosity and reduction of water phase permeability by emulsification can improve low-middle layer flow rate and enhance sweep efficiency,and the enhancement degree is related with emulsification degree.The study result can be used as reference for scheme design and production performance forecast during ASP flooding. 展开更多

Variation of alkaline characteristics in bauxite residue under phosphogypsum amendment

Aiming at alkaline problem of bauxite residue,this work focused variation of alkaline characteristics in bauxite residue through phosphogypsum treatment.The results demonstrated that the pH of bauxite residue reduced from initial 10.83 to 8.70 when 1.50 wt%phosphogypsum was added for 91 d.The removal rates of free alkali and exchangeable sodium were 97.94%and 75.87%,respectively.Meanwhile,significant positive correlations(P<0.05)existed between pH and free alkali,exchangeable sodium.The effect of free alkali composition was CO3^2–>OH^–>AlO2^–>HCO3^–.In addition,alkaline phase decreased from 52.81%to 48.58%and gypsum stably presented in bauxite residue which continuously provided Ca^2+to inhibit dissolution of combined alkali.Furthermore,phosphogypsum promoted formation of macroaggregate structure,increased Ca^2+,decreased Na+and Al^3+on the surface of bauxite residue significantly,ultimately promoting soil formation in bauxite residue. 展开更多

随着社会经济快速发展,我国人口、资源、环境的矛盾与日俱增,可持续发展的压力越来越大。与耕地一样,盐碱地作为以盐类集积为主要特征的土地资源,不仅承载着污染净化、生物资源、生物多样性、全球碳库、自然文化遗产、景观旅游等重要功... 随着社会经济快速发展,我国人口、资源、环境的矛盾与日俱增,可持续发展的压力越来越大。与耕地一样,盐碱地作为以盐类集积为主要特征的土地资源,不仅承载着污染净化、生物资源、生物多样性、全球碳库、自然文化遗产、景观旅游等重要功能,也是人类赖以生存的重要农业生产资料。盐碱地治理是以减少作物逆境胁迫、作物健康及其高产优质为主要目标,对于国家粮食安全、生态环境安全、人类健康具有十分重要的意义。近几十年来,历经几代人的努力,我国科技工作者已基本厘清了盐碱地治理理论体系,并建立了符合我国国情的盐碱地治理技术模式。但是,由于盐碱地类型复杂多样,盐碱化程度不同、治理措施多元化等原因,我国尚未建立起分类分区,精准治理,兼顾高水平与低成本的高效治理方法,更没有建立起盐碱地治理及其长效管理的技术与服务体系框架。本文在论述盐碱地概念的基础上,重点介绍盐碱地主要障碍因子、盐碱地治理基本理论与技术方法、盐碱地治理效果判别标准以及盐碱地农业生产的主要模式,阐述盐碱地治理主要问题及展望,以期启发人们对盐碱地的科学认识,强化盐碱地治理技术的应用与实践,结合现代农业新成果,更好地推动盐碱地农业的发展。 展开更多

土壤盐碱化是农业生产和生态环境建设面临的重大问题之一。随着我国滨海地区的快速发展,土地资源愈发紧缺,改良利用滨海盐碱地的需求日益迫切,相关研究成果不断丰富。然而,现有针对滨海盐碱地改良技术的综述研究多以物理、化学等基于学... 土壤盐碱化是农业生产和生态环境建设面临的重大问题之一。随着我国滨海地区的快速发展,土地资源愈发紧缺,改良利用滨海盐碱地的需求日益迫切,相关研究成果不断丰富。然而,现有针对滨海盐碱地改良技术的综述研究多以物理、化学等基于学科的分类方式划分改良技术,难以指导实际工程中改良技术的选择和应用。因此,文章旨在系统梳理现有滨海盐碱地改良技术,总结更易于实践的技术分类方式,以指导实际工程应用。文章通过系统收集和筛选我国滨海盐碱地改良相关研究文献,综合对比和总结不同改良技术的优劣性及适用范围,依据其调控改良目标进行技术分类,并选取不同条件下高效改良方案进行案例分析。研究结果表明:(1)滨海盐碱地主要成因为成土盐分高、土壤理化性质差、毛细返盐作用强;(2)滨海盐碱地改良技术可根据调控改良目标划分为淋滤除盐技术、土壤理化性质改良技术、抑制返盐技术、生物改良技术四类;(3)淋滤除盐与土壤理化性质改良技术在滨海地区应用最广泛,抑制返盐技术多用于高盐地区,生物改良技术应根据盐分水平的不同选择适宜的植物品种,在轻度盐碱化土壤中,适宜种植耐盐作物从而兼顾生态与经济效益。基于对改良技术的总结分析,文章提出了滨海盐碱地针对性改良技术体系构建、滨海盐碱土改良过程中水资源的高效与安全利用、加强多学科交叉的滨海盐碱地改良技术方法研究及滨海盐碱地改良的长效性管理等研究方向,以期为滨海盐碱地的高效治理及可持续利用提供参考。 展开更多

滨海盐碱地绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对土壤有机碳积累及组分的影响 被引量:2

为了明确绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对改良盐碱地的作用,本研究采用田间试验探索了滨海盐碱地绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对土壤有机碳积累及组分的影响。小区试验设置了6个处理:裸地+免耕(CK),裸地+常规耕作15 cm深(T1),裸地+粉垄耕作30 cm深(T2),种植苕... 为了明确绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对改良盐碱地的作用,本研究采用田间试验探索了滨海盐碱地绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对土壤有机碳积累及组分的影响。小区试验设置了6个处理:裸地+免耕(CK),裸地+常规耕作15 cm深(T1),裸地+粉垄耕作30 cm深(T2),种植苕子并离田+常规耕作15 cm深(T3),种植苕子并还田+常规耕作翻压15 cm深(T4),种植苕子并还田+粉垄耕作30 cm深(T5)。通过采集种植一季玉米后0~20 cm土壤样品,测定了土壤样品基本理化性状,分析了水稳性团聚体、团聚体有机碳的变化,土壤有机碳积累及组分的变化特征。结果表明,与CK相比,种植绿肥并翻压可显著促进盐碱地土壤有机碳的积累,提高土壤有机碳含量,改善土壤有机碳组成。与CK相比,T5处理土壤容重明显降低,土壤碱解氮含量、有机质含量、有机碳含量及有机碳储量均显著提高,其中,土壤有机碳含量提高幅度达到32.9%;土壤可溶性有机碳含量、易氧化有机碳含量、微生物生物量碳含量显著提高;>2.000 mm、0.251~2.000 mm粒级土壤团聚体重量百分数提高,而0.050~0.250 mm、<0.050 mm粒级土壤团聚体重量百分数降低。T5处理提高了水稳性团聚体中有机碳含量及团聚体中有机碳贡献率。由此可见绿肥粉垄耕作耦合可以显著提高滨海盐碱地土壤有机碳及活性组分含量,有效提升土壤水稳性大团聚体比例以及土壤团聚体中有机碳含量及其有机碳贡献率。因此,该耕作方式在滨海盐碱地上推广应用,可促进土壤有机碳的积累,从而达到改善滨海盐碱地土壤碳封存,提高滨海盐碱地土壤耕地质量的目的。 展开更多
