The objective of this incubation study was to comprehensively evaluate the effects of organic fertilizer and biochar,both individually and in combination,on soil respiration dynamics,key enzyme activities and the conc...The objective of this incubation study was to comprehensively evaluate the effects of organic fertilizer and biochar,both individually and in combination,on soil respiration dynamics,key enzyme activities and the concentrations of various organic carbon components in degraded mollisol.This study used a completely randomized factorial design with three application rates of organic fertilizer(M0:0,M1:13.64 g·kg^(-1),M2:27.27 g·kg^(-1))and biochar(C0:0,C1:1.36 g·kg^(-1),C2:2.73 g·kg^(-1)),resulting in nine treatments with four replicates each.Soil CO_(2) flux,organic carbon fractions including the total,active and microbial biomass carbon,and enzyme activities(sucrase,catalase and polyphenol oxidase)were measured over 120 days.Results indicated that the factors and their interactions significantly influenced all measured parameters.Soil respiration peaked at day 15,with M1C2 treatment exhibiting a rate of 10.90-fold higher than the control.The concentrations of the total,active and microbial biomass organic carbon reached maximum values on days 60,30 and 80,respectively.Notably,M2C1 treatment yielded the highest total organic carbon(86.35%increase)and microbial biomass carbon(17.84%increase).Enzyme activities were significantly enhanced,with the highest catalase activity observed for M0C2 treatment(10.14%increase).These results demonstrated that the co-application of organic fertilizer and biochar was a effective strategy for improving soil biological health and promoting carbon sequestration in degraded mollisol.The treatment combining a high rate of organic fertilizer with a low rate of biochar(M2C1)was identified as the most promising amendment strategy for fertility restoration.展开更多

But there has been little attention paid to the objective of minimizing activities' cost with the resource constraints that is a critical sub-problem in partner selection of construction supply chain management because the capacities of the renewable resources supplied by the partners will effect on the project scheduling. Its mathematic model is presented firstly, and analysis on the characteristic of the problem shows that the objective function is non-regular and the problem is NP-complete following which the basic idea for solution is clarified. Based on a definition of preposing activity cost matrix, a heuristic algorithm is brought forward. Analyses on the complexity of the heuristics and the result of numerical studies show that the heuristic algorithm is feasible and relatively effective.展开更多

The activities of plasma Alkaline Phosphatase (AKP), Acid Phosphatase (ACP), Choline Esterace (CHE), Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase (GOT) and Glutamatepyruvate Transaminase (GPT) were determined and then their correlations with fiber digestibility and the apparent digestibility of Ca, R Met and Cys were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of AKP took on a significant downtrend as the increasing of Leymus chinensis proportion (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the AKP activity and the digestibility of crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) (P〈0.05). However, there was a significant positive correlation between the AKP activity and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〈0.05). Moreover, the activities of the other five enzymes had no significant correlation with the digestibility of CF, NDF, ADF, and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〉0.05).展开更多
Activities of space materials science research in China have been continuously supported by two main national programs.One is the China Space Station(CSS)program since 1992,and the other is the Strategic Priority Prog...Activities of space materials science research in China have been continuously supported by two main national programs.One is the China Space Station(CSS)program since 1992,and the other is the Strategic Priority Program(SPP)on Space Science since 2011.In CSS plan in 2019,eleven space materials science experimental projects were officially approved for execution during the construction of the space station.In the SPP Phase Ⅱ launched in 2018,seven pre-research projects are deployed as the first batch in 2018,and one concept study project in 2019.These pre-research projects will be cultivated as candidates for future selection as space experiment projects on the recovery of scientific experimental satellites in the future.A new apparatus of electrostatic levitation system for ground-based research of space materials science and rapid solidification research has been developed under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.In order to promote domestic academic activities and to enhance the advancement of space materials science in China,the Space Materials Science and Technology Division belong to the Chinese Materials Research Society was established in 2019.We also organized scientists to write five review papers on space materials science as a special topic published in the journal Scientia Sinica to provide valuable scientific and technical references for Chinese researchers.展开更多

Firstly,the demonstration test(3000 ton/a)results using a novel catalyst Co/SiO2 with egg-shell structure and the strategies for this catalyst preparation based on the issues from the mass transfer of produced wax from F-T synthesis will be discussed. Recent progresses on C2-oxygenate synthesis from syngas over a Rh/SiO2 catalyst and a 10 thousands ton/a demonstration test facility in China will be built in 2010 will be reported in the second section. A naphtha and diesel distillate which cut off the heavier end of S-F-A distribution direct synthesis with low methane selectivity from syngas over a Co/AC1 catalyst and a 10000 ton/a demonstration test with a bubble column slurry reactor will be talked about in this speech. A high α-alcohols of C2-C18 direct synthesis with more than 50 wt% selectivity and low methane and methanol selectivities from syngas over a Co2C/AC2 catalyst,a 3000 ton/a demonstration test with a bubble column slurry reactor and the primary fundamental understandings will be detailedly discussed in the forth section. Suaeda salsa an annual herb of Chenopodiaceae Suaeda well accepted as both a folk medicinal and food plant.In the current study,the extraction of total flavonoids from S.salsa and the in vitro antioxidant,hypoglycemic...Suaeda salsa an annual herb of Chenopodiaceae Suaeda well accepted as both a folk medicinal and food plant.In the current study,the extraction of total flavonoids from S.salsa and the in vitro antioxidant,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities of the extracts were investigated.The total flavonoids was extracted by refluxing with ethanol and the selection and optimization of main experimental parameters were carried out using single factor experiments combined with central composite design-response surface methodology(CCD-RSM).The total flavonoids extracted from S.salsa were tested for hydroxyl and oxygen radical scavenging activity,and inhibitory activities againstα-amylase and lipase in vitro.Results revealed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids were as following:liquid-tosolid ratio,31.40:1;ethanol concentration,83.12%;reflux temperature,90℃,and reflux time,128.40 min.Under these optimized conditions,the predicted and actual values of total flavonoids yield were 0.896%and 0.932%,respectively.The in vitro antioxidant tests revealed that the total flavonoids could scavenge hydroxyl and oxygen radicals and showed inhibitory activity againstα-amylase and lipase.The optimal extraction conditions obtained in this experiment are simple to perform and have good reproducibility.The results have demonstrated that the total flavonoids from S.salsa can be used as a potential source of natural antioxidant,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic ingredients,which provides new pharmacological basis for the development of S.salsa.展开更多

The optimization conditions of ...A reliable ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method combined with HPLC-UV for quantification of eight active alkaloids in fruits of Macleaya cordata (Willd) R. Br. was developed. The optimization conditions of UAE were obtained by using Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology. Chromatography was carried out using a Kromasil C18 column by gradient elution with 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution for HPLC-UV. All calibration curves showed good linear correlation coefficients (R^2〉0.999 6) and recoveries (from 97.3% to 104.9%) were acceptable. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method was employed to test the antioxidant activity of the extract from the samples. The proposed method was successfully applied to quantifying eight components in nine samples of M.cordata, and significant variations of alkaloid contents and antioxidant aetivity of the samples from different habitats were demonstrated. It presents a powerful proof for the selection of the best sources to extract eight kinds of alkaloids.展开更多

Both ethanol extracts and water extracts had high ability of 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging, 2, 2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)(ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP). The ethanol extract of Sichuan pepper showed the highest ability of DPPH radical scavenging. The extract with the highest ABTS radical scavenging effect was that of ethanol extract of cinnamon. Both ethanol and water extracts of cinnamon possessed the high ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) with the values of 4 541.87 and 1 134.52 μmol of Fe(Ⅱ)/g. The extracts with high hydroxyl radical-mediated deoxyribose degradation were all the ethanol extracts as follows: cinnamon, bay leaf, Sichuan pepper, star anise and fennel. The extracts with high antioxidant activities also had the high contents of the phenols. The study indicated that these spices might be potentially be used as natural antioxidants in food.展开更多
Through the pot experiment, the effects of different cropping patterns of soybean and maize seedlings on rhizosphere soil urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase activities and microbial biomass carbon (MB...Through the pot experiment, the effects of different cropping patterns of soybean and maize seedlings on rhizosphere soil urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase activities and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and nitrogen (MBN) were studied. Six treatments of soybean-soybean, soybean-maize, soybean-mixed, maize-soybean, maize-maize and maize-mixed were conducted in pots. Results showed that catalase activity and invertase activity of maize-maize were the highest and significantly different from those of the other treatments except maize-soybean; soil polyphenol oxidase activity of soybean-maize was the highest, and reached significant level among the other treatments, but there was no significant difference of urease activity among treatment soils; MBC of maize-maize soil and MBN of maize-mixed soil reached the highest and significant levels compared with other treatments; MBC and C/N ratio had positive and very significant correlations with soil catalase activity and invertase activity, respectively. Therefore, different cropping patterns could affect rhizosphere soil enzyme activities and soil MBC and MBN, which influenced soil carbon and nitrogen mineralization.展开更多
The fresh leaves and oven dried leaves from three varieties of black currant (Brodtrop,liangye,Risager)were analysed for the total contents of flavonoids by spectrophotometric methods in terms of rutin equivalent.In ...The fresh leaves and oven dried leaves from three varieties of black currant (Brodtrop,liangye,Risager)were analysed for the total contents of flavonoids by spectrophotometric methods in terms of rutin equivalent.In addition,antioxidant activities of different addition amounts of extracts of black currant (Brodtrop)leaves in lard were measured by the Oven-Storage Test,and compared with the synthetic antioxidants.The results showed the contents of the flavonoids were very rich in the leaves of three varieties from black currant.Among them the leaves of Brodtrop had the highest contents of flavonoids followed by liangye and Risager.The total contents of flavonoids in fresh leaves reach 231 70 mg/100 g,170 01 mg/100 g and 78 07 mg/100 g respectively.In the same circumstance the oven dried leaves were 397 82 mg/100 g,275 89 mg/100 g and 169 73 mg/100 g.The extracts of the leaves from Brodtrop exhibited strong antioxidant activities on lard,which increased with the addition amount of the flavonoid extracts.The antioxidant activities decreased in the order of 0 02% quercetin >0 02% BHT(butylated hydroxy toluene)>0 40% extracts>0 20% extracts>0 10% extracts>0 05% extracts>0 02% extracts>control.展开更多
The effects of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources on the soil microbial biomass carbon,dissolved organic carbon and related enzyme activities were studied by the simulation experiment of rice straw retur...The effects of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources on the soil microbial biomass carbon,dissolved organic carbon and related enzyme activities were studied by the simulation experiment of rice straw returning to the field,and the mechanism of the decomposition of rice straw returning to the field was discussed.Completely randomized experiment of the two factors of the three levels was designed,and a total of nine treatments of indoor soil incubation tests were conducted.Full amount of rice straw was applied to the soil in this simulation experiment and different amounts of brown sugar and urea were added in the three levels of 0(no carbon source and nitrogen source),1(low levels of carbon and nitrogen sources)and 2(high levels of carbon and nitrogen sources),respectively.The results showed that the addition of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources to the rice straw could increase the soil carbon content.Compared with T0N0,the microbial biomass carbon of T2N2 was increased significantly by 170.48%;the dissolved organic carbon content of T1N2 was significantly increased by 58.14%and the free humic acid carbon contents of T0N2,T1N1 and T2N0 were significantly increased by 56.16%and 45.55%and 47.80%,respectively;however,there were no significant differences among those of treatments at later incubation periods.The addition of different carbon and nitrogen sources could promote the soil enzyme activities.During the incubation period,all of the soil enzyme activities of adding sugar and urea were higher than those of T0N0 treatment.Therefore,the addition of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources to rice straw returning could improve soil microbial biomass carbon content,dissolved organic carbon and soil enzyme activities.展开更多

The model was applied to the systems such as KCl H 2O NaCl, MCl H 2O M′Cl 2 (M represents Na and K, M′ represents Ca and Ba) and KCl H 2O NaCl BaCl 2 with satisfying results. The interchange energies of the studied component pairs between water and salts have also been determined by the corresponding binary aqueous solutions.展开更多

文摘Suaeda salsa an annual herb of Chenopodiaceae Suaeda well accepted as both a folk medicinal and food plant.In the current study,the extraction of total flavonoids from S.salsa and the in vitro antioxidant,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities of the extracts were investigated.The total flavonoids was extracted by refluxing with ethanol and the selection and optimization of main experimental parameters were carried out using single factor experiments combined with central composite design-response surface methodology(CCD-RSM).The total flavonoids extracted from S.salsa were tested for hydroxyl and oxygen radical scavenging activity,and inhibitory activities againstα-amylase and lipase in vitro.Results revealed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids were as following:liquid-tosolid ratio,31.40:1;ethanol concentration,83.12%;reflux temperature,90℃,and reflux time,128.40 min.Under these optimized conditions,the predicted and actual values of total flavonoids yield were 0.896%and 0.932%,respectively.The in vitro antioxidant tests revealed that the total flavonoids could scavenge hydroxyl and oxygen radicals and showed inhibitory activity againstα-amylase and lipase.The optimal extraction conditions obtained in this experiment are simple to perform and have good reproducibility.The results have demonstrated that the total flavonoids from S.salsa can be used as a potential source of natural antioxidant,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic ingredients,which provides new pharmacological basis for the development of S.salsa.

文摘A reliable ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method combined with HPLC-UV for quantification of eight active alkaloids in fruits of Macleaya cordata (Willd) R. Br. was developed. The optimization conditions of UAE were obtained by using Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology. Chromatography was carried out using a Kromasil C18 column by gradient elution with 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution for HPLC-UV. All calibration curves showed good linear correlation coefficients (R^2〉0.999 6) and recoveries (from 97.3% to 104.9%) were acceptable. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method was employed to test the antioxidant activity of the extract from the samples. The proposed method was successfully applied to quantifying eight components in nine samples of M.cordata, and significant variations of alkaloid contents and antioxidant aetivity of the samples from different habitats were demonstrated. It presents a powerful proof for the selection of the best sources to extract eight kinds of alkaloids.

文摘The antioxidant activities and the total phenolic contents of the water and/or ethanol extracts of the nine selected culinary spices from China were systematically investigated. Both ethanol extracts and water extracts had high ability of 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging, 2, 2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)(ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP). The ethanol extract of Sichuan pepper showed the highest ability of DPPH radical scavenging. The extract with the highest ABTS radical scavenging effect was that of ethanol extract of cinnamon. Both ethanol and water extracts of cinnamon possessed the high ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) with the values of 4 541.87 and 1 134.52 μmol of Fe(Ⅱ)/g. The extracts with high hydroxyl radical-mediated deoxyribose degradation were all the ethanol extracts as follows: cinnamon, bay leaf, Sichuan pepper, star anise and fennel. The extracts with high antioxidant activities also had the high contents of the phenols. The study indicated that these spices might be potentially be used as natural antioxidants in food.

文摘Through the pot experiment, the effects of different cropping patterns of soybean and maize seedlings on rhizosphere soil urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase activities and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and nitrogen (MBN) were studied. Six treatments of soybean-soybean, soybean-maize, soybean-mixed, maize-soybean, maize-maize and maize-mixed were conducted in pots. Results showed that catalase activity and invertase activity of maize-maize were the highest and significantly different from those of the other treatments except maize-soybean; soil polyphenol oxidase activity of soybean-maize was the highest, and reached significant level among the other treatments, but there was no significant difference of urease activity among treatment soils; MBC of maize-maize soil and MBN of maize-mixed soil reached the highest and significant levels compared with other treatments; MBC and C/N ratio had positive and very significant correlations with soil catalase activity and invertase activity, respectively. Therefore, different cropping patterns could affect rhizosphere soil enzyme activities and soil MBC and MBN, which influenced soil carbon and nitrogen mineralization.
文摘The fresh leaves and oven dried leaves from three varieties of black currant (Brodtrop,liangye,Risager)were analysed for the total contents of flavonoids by spectrophotometric methods in terms of rutin equivalent.In addition,antioxidant activities of different addition amounts of extracts of black currant (Brodtrop)leaves in lard were measured by the Oven-Storage Test,and compared with the synthetic antioxidants.The results showed the contents of the flavonoids were very rich in the leaves of three varieties from black currant.Among them the leaves of Brodtrop had the highest contents of flavonoids followed by liangye and Risager.The total contents of flavonoids in fresh leaves reach 231 70 mg/100 g,170 01 mg/100 g and 78 07 mg/100 g respectively.In the same circumstance the oven dried leaves were 397 82 mg/100 g,275 89 mg/100 g and 169 73 mg/100 g.The extracts of the leaves from Brodtrop exhibited strong antioxidant activities on lard,which increased with the addition amount of the flavonoid extracts.The antioxidant activities decreased in the order of 0 02% quercetin >0 02% BHT(butylated hydroxy toluene)>0 40% extracts>0 20% extracts>0 10% extracts>0 05% extracts>0 02% extracts>control.

文摘The effects of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources on the soil microbial biomass carbon,dissolved organic carbon and related enzyme activities were studied by the simulation experiment of rice straw returning to the field,and the mechanism of the decomposition of rice straw returning to the field was discussed.Completely randomized experiment of the two factors of the three levels was designed,and a total of nine treatments of indoor soil incubation tests were conducted.Full amount of rice straw was applied to the soil in this simulation experiment and different amounts of brown sugar and urea were added in the three levels of 0(no carbon source and nitrogen source),1(low levels of carbon and nitrogen sources)and 2(high levels of carbon and nitrogen sources),respectively.The results showed that the addition of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources to the rice straw could increase the soil carbon content.Compared with T0N0,the microbial biomass carbon of T2N2 was increased significantly by 170.48%;the dissolved organic carbon content of T1N2 was significantly increased by 58.14%and the free humic acid carbon contents of T0N2,T1N1 and T2N0 were significantly increased by 56.16%and 45.55%and 47.80%,respectively;however,there were no significant differences among those of treatments at later incubation periods.The addition of different carbon and nitrogen sources could promote the soil enzyme activities.During the incubation period,all of the soil enzyme activities of adding sugar and urea were higher than those of T0N0 treatment.Therefore,the addition of different amounts of carbon and nitrogen sources to rice straw returning could improve soil microbial biomass carbon content,dissolved organic carbon and soil enzyme activities.

文摘In order to calculate the activity coefficients of water in aqueous solution of metal electrolytes, a simplified model predicting them in ternary or multicomponent solutions with common anions from the activity data of water of the corresponding binary systems has been developed based on an assumption that the electrolytes in the solution are treated as independent particles instead of their ion forms, and the interaction of the salt( i ) salt( j ) pair in the solution is assumed to be much weaker than that of water salt pair due to the common anions of both of salts. The model was applied to the systems such as KCl H 2O NaCl, MCl H 2O M′Cl 2 (M represents Na and K, M′ represents Ca and Ba) and KCl H 2O NaCl BaCl 2 with satisfying results. The interchange energies of the studied component pairs between water and salts have also been determined by the corresponding binary aqueous solutions.
