In this paper,a conventional soliton(CS)mode-locked erbium-doped fiber(EDF)laser was de-veloped using MAX phase material(MAX-PM)Nb_(4)AlC_(3)as a saturable absorber(SA).First,the liquid phase exfoliation(LPE)method was utilized to prepare Nb_(4)AlC_(3)nanosheets,and then a piece of tapered fiber was adopted to fabricate Nb_(4)AlC_(3)-SA.It was found that the saturation intensity and modulation depth of the Nb_(4)AlC_(3)-SA are 2.02 MW/cm^(2)and 1.88%.Based on the Nb_(4)AlC_(3)-SA,a conventional soliton(CS)mode-locked EDF laser was achieved.The central wavelength,pulse duration,and pulse repetition rate were found to be 1565.65 nm,615.37 fs,and 24.63 MHz,respectively.The performance is competitive and particularly superior in terms of pulse duration.This study fully confirms that Nb_(4)AlC_(3)possesses marvellous nonlinear saturable absorption properties and opens new possibilities for further research on air-stable ultrafast photon-ic devices. 展开更多

Fluid structure interaction for circulation valve of hydraulic shock absorber 被引量:6

Based on the working principle and the damping characteristic of hydraulic shock absorber, a fluid structure interaction method was presented, which was used to analyze the microcosmic and high-frequency processing mechanism of fluid structure interaction between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber. The fluid mesh distortion was controlled by the CEL language, and the fluid struc^tre interaction mathematical model was established. The finite element model was established by ANSYS CFX software and was analyzed by dynamic mesh technique. The local sensitive computational area was meshed by prismatic grid, which could reduce the negative volume problem during the simulation. The circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber were simulated and analyzed under the condition of sinusoidal inlet velocity loads. Flow characteristic and dynamics characteristic were obtained. The pressure distribution and the displacement of circulation value were obtained, and the acceleration curve of circulation valve was simulated and analyzed. The conformity of the final simulation results with the experimental datum indicates that this method is accurate and reliable to analyze the dynamics characteristic between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber, which can provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing hydraulic shock absorber in the future. 展开更多

The electromagnetic parameters of these flower-like Ni were measured with vector network analyzer at 2-18 GHz frequency and the reflection losses (RL) with different sample thicknesses were calculated. The results indicate that the flower-like nickel-wax composites with the sample thickness less than 2 mm show excellent absorbing ability. This result is expected to play a guiding role in the preparation of the highly efficient absorber. 展开更多

This paper gives an overview of the research at Institute of Acoustics, Tongji University, on functional absorbers and experience acquired in practical applications over the past three decades. Experiments and analysis of the absorption characteristics of three different geometrical forms of functional absorbers, i.e., panels, cubes and tubes, were conducted with different arrangements. The resulting esthetical effects are illustrated with pictures. Several non-fiber materials are used to compose functional absorbers with advantages both in acoustic properties and in architectural features. Cost effectiveness analysis is also given in order to provide design guidelines. 展开更多

The article deals with the motion of the breech block carrier and the weapon casing of an automatic weapon mounted on a flexible carriage and the base of the weapon.Earlier works,which did not consider the dynamic properties of the base of the weapon,did not allow to reconcile the calculated and experimental results of the weapon casing displacement when shooting from firing rests.For the analysis of the motion of individual parts,the methods of mathematical modelling and firing experiments using a high-speed camera were chosen.Calculations show the best accord with experiment when modelling the system with 4 degrees of freedom.The oscillation of the system regarding the movement of the breech block carrier and the weapon casing was investigated under changed conditions of rate of fire,the use of a muzzle brake and different types of shock absorbers.The velocities and displacements of the weapon casing and the breech block carrier at different values of the impulse of the gases to the breech block carrier were determined. 展开更多

In order to discover the causes of the abnormal noise of shock absorbers, it is necessary to identify the operating characteristics of the shock absorbers. A micro-process model for operation of the hydraulic shock absorber was presented. A novel concept, which describes the process of hydraulic shock absorber by dividing it into smaller steps, was proposed. The dynamic model and the differential equations were established. The results of numerical simulation agree well with data obtained from the vibrostand test, indicating that the collision between the piston and the oil, the alternation of static friction and sliding friction acted between the piston and the cylinder, and the adherence between valve plate and piston result in impact on the piston head near the top dead center and the bottom dead center. Ultimately, the impact excites the high-frequency vibration of the piston structure, which can generate the abnormal noise in the hydraulic shock absorber after its transfer. And the maximum vibration acceleration on the piston head and the abnormal noise increase with the increase of the gap between the oil and piston rod head, the maximum static friction force and the adhering function, respectively. 展开更多

An ultrawideband reflectionless metamaterial absorber(MA)is proposed by replacing the metallic ground with the complementary split-ring resonator(CSRR)structure.The proposed MA exhibits-10 d B reflectivity spectrum from 1 GHz to 20 GHz,which maintains more than 90%absorption from 1.5 GHz to20 GHz.Furthermore,it achieves angle stability for TE and TM polarization at oblique incident angles up to 40°and 65°,respectively.To achieve broadband absorption spectrum,we have adopted a single-layer high-impedance surface(HIS)loaded with a double-layer magnetic material(MM)structure.To further realize the RCS reduction into a lower frequency range,we have employed the scattering cancellation technology into the traditional metallic ground.Finally,we have fabricated a sample exhibiting the 10 d B RCS reduction from 1 GHz to 20 GHz with a thickness of 10 mm.Measurement and simulation results confirm that the proposed MA exhibits excellent comprehensive performance,making it suitable for many practical applications. 展开更多

Multi-objective optimization(MOO)for the microwave metamaterial absorber(MMA)normally adopts evolutionary algo-rithms,and these optimization algorithms require many objec-tive function evaluations.To remedy this issue,a surrogate-based MOO algorithm is proposed in this paper where Kriging models are employed to approximate objective functions.An efficient sampling strategy is presented to sequentially capture promising samples in the design region for exact evaluations.Firstly,new sample points are generated by the MOO on surro-gate models.Then,new samples are captured by exploiting each objective function.Furthermore,a weighted sum of the improvement of hypervolume(IHV)and the distance to sampled points is calculated to select the new sample.Compared with two well-known MOO algorithms,the proposed algorithm is vali-dated by benchmark problems.In addition,two broadband MMAs are applied to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

Several task-specific ionic liquids(TSILs) with weak alkalinity have been designed based on tetraalkyl-ammonium cation and L-alanine anion([N<sub>2222</sub>][L-Ala]) for the CO<sub>2</sub> absorption.[N<sub>2222</sub>][L-Ala]has been chosen as a green and efficient activator for methyldiethanolamine(MDEA).The densities,viscosities and absorption properties of the equimolar[N<sub>2222</sub>][L-Ala]-MDEA blended absorbents were investigated.Low viscosity and density values support the idea that blended absorbents are preferred in the industrial applications.[N<sub>2222</sub>][L-Ala]-MDEA behave similarly to the aqueous counterparts but offer more advantages,such as large absorption capacities,fast absorption rate and relatively low damage to the environment. 展开更多

Microwave absorbing properties of high titanium slag

Microwave absorbing properties of high titanium slag were investigated by using microwave cavity perturbation technique. High titanium slag containing more than 90% TiO2 was prepared by carbothermal reduction of ilmenite. The temperature rise curve of high titanium slag in microwave heating process was obtained. Crystalline compounds of high titanium slag before and after microwave irradiation were obtained and characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Effects of particle size of high titanium slag anal mixtures of high titanium slag with different mass fractions of V2o5 on microwave absorbing properties were investigated systematically. The results show that high titanium slag has good microwave absorption property; untreated high titanium slag mainly consists of crystalline compounds of anatase and iron titanium oxide, while the microwave-irradiation treated one is mainly composed of crystalline compounds of rutile and irgn titanium oxide. Synthetic anatase is transformed completely into rutile at about 1 050 ℃ for 20 min under microwave irradiation. High frequency shift and low amplitude of voltage make high titanium slag an ideal microwave absorbent. 180 μm of particle size and 10% mass fraction of V2O5 are found to be the optimum conditions for microwave absorption. 展开更多

The absorber has two near-unity absorptions near 0.502 THz and 0.942 THz and both are related to the LC resonance of the eSRR. The results show that the designed terahertz absorber is an excellent electromagnetic wave concentrator. The electromagnetic waves are firstly converged into the spacer and the eSRR layer and are then significantly absorbed. 展开更多

Arising from the proposed Transmission Line(TL) model for ERR and wire structure, a TL model for a metamaterial absorber is proposed. The S-parameters obtained by this TL model demonstrate the same shapes as the simulation. An investigation of the TL model and average absorption power densities shows that the metamaterial absorber does not simply convert the electromagnetic wave into thermal energy, but concentrate the electromagnetic wave into a small space where it is finally absorbed. This suggests that the metamaterial absorber can be applied to solar cells for the purpose of light trapping. 展开更多

玉米芯作为玉米生产加工过程中产生的副产物,具有产量高、来源广、成本低等特点,但废弃玉米芯的潜在价值没有得到充分的利用,随意的丢弃或焚烧造成了严重的资源浪费与环境污染。为了实现废弃玉米芯的高值化利用和碳基复合微波吸收材料... 玉米芯作为玉米生产加工过程中产生的副产物,具有产量高、来源广、成本低等特点,但废弃玉米芯的潜在价值没有得到充分的利用,随意的丢弃或焚烧造成了严重的资源浪费与环境污染。为了实现废弃玉米芯的高值化利用和碳基复合微波吸收材料的低成本制备,本研究以废弃玉米芯为载体,采用简单的湿化学浸渍法和碳热还原工艺制备Fe_(x)O_(y)/C复合吸波材料。通过优化焙烧温度和前驱体溶液浓度来探究不同磁性组分及其负载量对复合材料性能的影响。采用XRD、Raman、SEM、BET、VNA多种表征方法对复合材料的物相演变规律、微观形貌、吸波性能进行分析。结果表明,在引入适量的磁性组分时,能有效提高复合材料的吸波性能,Fe/C复合材料仍保持了玉米芯天然的三维孔道结构,比表面积可达126.97 m^(2)/g,孔径为5.40 mm,有助于入射电磁波的多重反射和损耗。当负载量过大时,导致复合材料阻抗失配,不利于吸波性能的优化。其中,FCC-0.3-700和FCC-0.3-900均表现出优异的微波吸收性能,FCC-0.3-700在涂层厚度为2.0 mm时,最低反射损耗值(RLmin)达到−41.4 dB,对应的有效吸收带宽(EAB)达到5.6 GHz;FCC-0.3-900在8.4 GHz处的RLmin达到−41.7 dB,涂层厚度为1.5 mm时EAB达到4.5 GHz。Fe_(x)O_(y)/C复合材料优异的吸波性能得益于玉米芯中的固定碳被部分消耗产生的缺陷能够增强入射电磁波的多重散射和反射,这些缺陷还可以提供偶极位点进而产生偶极极化,有利于电磁波的衰减。此外,Fe_(3)O_(4)、Fe颗粒均匀的负载于废弃玉米芯孔道内或分散在其碎片间,形成大量的有效界面,增强了界面极化。同时,Fe_(x)O_(y)/C复合材料中的石墨碳与Fe_(3)O_(4)、Fe颗粒形成的导电网络也可以极大地促进导电损耗。本研究制备的材料不仅符合电磁波吸收材料“薄、轻、宽、强”的发展特点,而且开辟了废弃玉米芯的高值化与功能化利用新途径。 展开更多

高速列车端部的吸能结构在碰撞事故中具有至关重要的作用,为保护乘客提供了最后的安全保障。在一般情况下,吸能结构通过其自身的塑性变形来耗散碰撞冲击能量,然而,这种方式可能导致试验研究的重复性较差,同时,也存在冲击力不稳定性问题... 高速列车端部的吸能结构在碰撞事故中具有至关重要的作用,为保护乘客提供了最后的安全保障。在一般情况下,吸能结构通过其自身的塑性变形来耗散碰撞冲击能量,然而,这种方式可能导致试验研究的重复性较差,同时,也存在冲击力不稳定性问题,为此,本文提出一种新型金属/碳纤维混合摩擦吸能结构(HFEAS),该结构由轴瓦、防爬装置、预紧螺栓、内管铁、摩擦板和摩擦金属/CFRP管组成。利用MM3000摩擦试验机测定样件摩擦因数,基于试验结果并结合复合材料的损伤特性,建立混合摩擦吸能结构的有限元模型,对有限元模型进行试验验证,研究不同结构参数对其耐撞性的影响。通过采用GRSM方法进行多目标优化,确定该新型摩擦吸能结构撞击力学参数的最优参数配置,并基于试验设计移动最小二乘法建立摩擦管直径D、螺栓预紧力F和钢铁层厚度t关于能量吸收(EA)、比能量吸收(SEA)和初始峰值(PCF)的响应面模型。采用多目标遗传算法对其力学参数进行优化,通过多目标优化的帕累托前沿得到该摩擦吸能结构的最优参数配置。研究结果表明:螺栓预紧力F对HFEAS的影响最大;当F从1 000 N增加到10 000 N时,峰值力增加了7倍,平台力增加了10倍。混合摩擦吸能结构将复合材料的轻量化与摩擦学特性相结合,为吸能结构的改进和发展提供了新的方向。 展开更多

本文以尿素、甘蔗渣、膨润土为原料,丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,加入交联剂和引发剂,利用微波法合成尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂。采用SEM和FT-IR对其进行表征,并进行了性能研究,对比研究了尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂和甘蔗渣/膨... 本文以尿素、甘蔗渣、膨润土为原料,丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,加入交联剂和引发剂,利用微波法合成尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂。采用SEM和FT-IR对其进行表征,并进行了性能研究,对比研究了尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂和甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂的吸水与保水性能,探讨了尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂在水中和土壤中的缓释性能,并进一步研究了缓释动力学。结果显示:条形状的甘蔗渣粉末均匀的分散在单体中,尿素-甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂表面有针状晶体为尿素,说明尿素和甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂复合到一起。红外光谱进一步说明尿素和甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂复合到一起。尿素含量对甘蔗渣/膨润土基高吸水树脂本身的吸水和保水性能几乎没有影响;在水中,三种不同尿素含量的树脂,变化基本一致,在2 h内缓释率都较低,8 h后释放基本达到平衡,缓释率都在90%以上。在土壤中,不同尿素含量的树脂每日缓释率较为均匀,7 d累计缓释率超过90%,缓释基本平衡,表明该树脂具有较好的控释/缓释效果,释放过程的动力学更符合Weibull模型,且b>1,表明释放过程受复杂机制支配。 展开更多

吸能支护是地下岩体工程领域中用于提高围岩稳定性和避免冲击地压等灾害发生的一种重要的防治技术。吸能支护技术的核心原理是通过特定的结构设计,使支护体系在岩体发生位移或变形时能够有效吸收或消耗能量,从而减少由冲击载荷引发的工... 吸能支护是地下岩体工程领域中用于提高围岩稳定性和避免冲击地压等灾害发生的一种重要的防治技术。吸能支护技术的核心原理是通过特定的结构设计,使支护体系在岩体发生位移或变形时能够有效吸收或消耗能量,从而减少由冲击载荷引发的工程破坏和事故。吸能锚杆是吸能支护的一种常见形式,此技术通过锚杆将表面围岩与深部稳定岩体相结合,并在围岩内部产生预应力吸收或耗散能量从而避免矿山灾害的发生。吸能锚杆这种柔性支护方式适用于多种环境的巷道支护,现已被广泛应用于矿山灾害的防治。综述自1968年以来30余种具有代表性意义的吸能锚杆设计方式,以结构和材料2大类型为切入点进行划分,着重分析8种典型吸能锚杆的工作原理与设计优势,并以此指出现有吸能锚杆支护在应用中存在的安全性与智能性等方面的不足。结合前人研究成果与目前深部矿井支护高强度与智能化等需求,提出一种智能预警负泊松比结构吸能锚杆。该锚杆利用负泊松比吸能结构实现增阻效果,具有双向恒阻吸能与双向监测预警等特性,能够满足复杂的非线性软岩巷道强阻支护、可视化预警等需求,有助于加快支护体系一体化,促进安全、智慧矿山的发展。最后,对吸能锚杆支护设备的优化革新趋势进行了展望。 展开更多

巷道冲击地压是一种高应力煤岩突然释放能量的动力灾害,支护装备往往受到过载冲击而失效致灾。为提高巷道液压支架的吸能抗冲能力,构建顶板来压作用下立柱-吸能构件耦合冲击模型,揭示吸能构件与立柱耦合作用下吸能构件最优阻力模式,以... 巷道冲击地压是一种高应力煤岩突然释放能量的动力灾害,支护装备往往受到过载冲击而失效致灾。为提高巷道液压支架的吸能抗冲能力,构建顶板来压作用下立柱-吸能构件耦合冲击模型,揭示吸能构件与立柱耦合作用下吸能构件最优阻力模式,以液压立柱乳化液压力最大波动幅值、立柱缸筒应力峰值、吸能量为评价指标,分析单吸能构件、组合吸能构件阻力特性对立柱抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明,增阻模式是巷道液压支架吸能构件的最优阻力模式:在立柱底端安装增阻吸能构件,其吸能量相比安装恒阻吸能构件增加9.29%,且不增大缸筒应力峰值,同时,可以降低大能量冲击过程中硬撞击产生的冲击力;立柱上、下两端安装增阻吸能构件,相比上、下两端安装恒阻吸能构件,乳化液压力最大波动幅值降低9.79%,缸筒内壁应力峰值降低了13.83 MPa,吸能量增加5.65%。研究成果为巷道防冲液压支架吸能构件的设计提供了理论依据。 展开更多
