The color reaction of Cadmium(Ⅱ) with 3,3′,5,5′-TBDP B DAA has been studied.The results show that in Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH buffer medium of pH10~11 and in the presence of Tween 80,Cadmium(Ⅱ) reacts with 3,3′,5,5′-TBD...The color reaction of Cadmium(Ⅱ) with 3,3′,5,5′-TBDP B DAA has been studied.The results show that in Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH buffer medium of pH10~11 and in the presence of Tween 80,Cadmium(Ⅱ) reacts with 3,3′,5,5′-TBDP B DAA to form a purplish red complex with molar ratio of 1∶2.The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 520nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.98×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer’s law can be applicable in the range of 0~25μg/25ml Cd(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of Cadmium(Ⅱ) in vegetable,rice and other biological samples with satisfactory results.展开更多
