目的:探究规范化H2H(Hospital To Home)营养管理模式在鼾症患儿加速康复中的应用效果。方法:便利选取云南省某三级综合医院儿科住院手术的92例鼾症患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组予以常规营养管理模式,研究...目的:探究规范化H2H(Hospital To Home)营养管理模式在鼾症患儿加速康复中的应用效果。方法:便利选取云南省某三级综合医院儿科住院手术的92例鼾症患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组予以常规营养管理模式,研究组予以规范化H2H营养管理模式,对比两组患儿的营养状况及护理满意度。结果:研究组较对照组的营养状况好,护理满意度评分高(P<0.05)。结论:在鼾症患儿手术治疗后的加速康复护理中,运用规范化H2H营养管理模式,可使患儿获得个体化、针对性的营养护理指导,使得患儿的体格发育和营养状况得到较大的改善,有利于患儿的身心健康,同时可获得较好的护理满意度,值得进一步推广应用。展开更多

This compound has one-dimensional anionic chains containing four-membered rings built from corner-sharing linked alternating ZnO4 tetrahedra and HPO3 pseudo pyramids. The zinc hydrogen phosphite chains are interacted with the templates of diprotonated piperazine by N—H…O hydrogen bond.
