On the premise of the rigidity of protein-protein docking, by the method of molecular dynamic simulation, we search the protein-protein interface conformations of the complexes which grounded on the rigid docking. Since the interaction of the amino acid was taken into account, to a certain extent, the complex conformations are more perfect.展开更多
目的探讨Borealin在口腔鳞状上皮细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及与Ki-67增殖指数的关系。方法采用免疫组化LSAB法检测20例正常口腔黏膜组织和111例手术切除OSCC组织中Borealin及Ki-67的表达,分析其与OSCC临床病...目的探讨Borealin在口腔鳞状上皮细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及与Ki-67增殖指数的关系。方法采用免疫组化LSAB法检测20例正常口腔黏膜组织和111例手术切除OSCC组织中Borealin及Ki-67的表达,分析其与OSCC临床病理特征的关系。结果 Borealin在OSCC中高表达(52/111),在正常口腔黏膜中低表达(0/20),差异有统计学意义( P <0.01);Borealin在OSCC中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关( P <0.05);Borealin与Ki-67的表达具有相关性( P <0.01)。结论 Borealin表达对判断OSCC的增殖、转移及恶性程度有重要意义,有望成为OSCC新的诊断标志物和治疗靶点。展开更多
