Recently we have developed two Q-TOF-MS analytical systems titled as “ESI-TOF-MS detector of HPLC”, which have promising features and arrive at the coordinative level compared with the congener overseas production. The ESI-Orthogonal Acceleration-Reflecting-TOF mass spectrometry can detect the lysozyme sample concentration below 1 pmol/μL under the optimized conditions. The mass range of these instruments is from 50 to 6000dahon with a general ESI interface to the HPLC. The optimal mass resolution exceeds 6000(FWHM)and the signal/noise ratio of Reserpine (10 ng/L) is greater than 100.展开更多
目的:评价高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC-ELSD)黄七胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器;柱压11.2~12.3 MPa;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:室温。理论塔板数...目的:评价高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC-ELSD)黄七胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器;柱压11.2~12.3 MPa;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:室温。理论塔板数以黄芪甲苷峰计算应不低于4 000;峰拖尾因子为1.02。结果:HPLC-ELSD法精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率良好。黄芪甲苷对照品进样量在1.0528~10.528μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=7)。结论:高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定黄七胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量是可行的。展开更多
