The factors significantly affecting the separation and determination have been investigated in borate buffer in the presence of a little glycerol. The mechanism of the separation was discussed. The method has been used to determine fructose, glucose and sucrose in apple juice samples with satisfactory results. Recoveries of fructose, glucose and sucrose were 101.7%, 100.4% and 97.4% respectively, in 5 determinations.展开更多
