In this work,an algorithm based on kernel-k nearest neighbor(KNN) matching of road traffic spatial characteristics is presented to estimate road traffic states. Firstly, the representative road traffic state data were extracted to establish the reference sequences of road traffic running characteristics(RSRTRC). Secondly, the spatial road traffic state data sequence was selected and the kernel function was constructed, with which the spatial road traffic data sequence could be mapped into a high dimensional feature space. Thirdly, the referenced and current spatial road traffic data sequences were extracted and the Euclidean distances in the feature space between them were obtained. Finally, the road traffic states were estimated from weighted averages of the selected k road traffic states, which corresponded to the nearest Euclidean distances. Several typical links in Beijing were adopted for case studies. The final results of the experiments show that the accuracy of this algorithm for estimating speed and volume is 95.27% and 91.32% respectively, which prove that this road traffic states estimation approach based on kernel-KNN matching of road traffic spatial characteristics is feasible and can achieve a high accuracy.展开更多
The selective laser melting(SLM)processed aluminum alloys have already aroused researchers’attention in aerospace,rail transport and petrochemical engineering due to the comprehensive advantages of low density,good c...The selective laser melting(SLM)processed aluminum alloys have already aroused researchers’attention in aerospace,rail transport and petrochemical engineering due to the comprehensive advantages of low density,good corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance.In this paper,an Al-14.1Mg-0.47Si-0.31Sc-0.17Zr alloy was fabricated via SLM.The characteristics of single track at different process parameters,and the influence of hatch spacing on densification,microstructural features and tensile properties of block specimens were systematically studied.The hatch spacing has an influence on the overlap ratio of single track,and further affects the internal forming quality of printed specimen.At a laser power of 160 W and scanning speed of 400 mm/s,the densification of block specimen increased first and then decreased with the increase of hatch spacing.The nearly full dense specimen(98.7%)with a tensile strength of 452 MPa was fabricated at a hatch spacing of 80μm.Typical characteristics of dimple and cleavage on the tensile fracture of the AlMgSiScZr alloy showed the mixed fracture of ductility and brittleness.展开更多

While, many relative studies were based on Markov chain, not MRF, and using Markov chain model for 3D reservoir stochastic simulation has always been the difficulty in reservoir stochastic simulation. MRF was proposed to simulate type variables(for example lithofacies) in this work. Firstly, a Gibbs distribution was proposed to characterize reservoir heterogeneity for building 3-D(three-dimensional) MRF. Secondly, maximum likelihood approaches of model parameters on well data and training image were considered. Compared with the simulation results of MC(Markov chain), the MRF can better reflect the spatial distribution characteristics of sand body.展开更多
