采用I&P&Q、Q&P和I&Q&P热处理工艺,研究不同配分机制对含Cu低碳高强钢组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,实验钢经I&P&Q处理后,Cu、Mn配分使得马氏体板条粗大,板条形貌模糊,板条间含有大量块状马氏体,抗拉强度... 采用I&P&Q、Q&P和I&Q&P热处理工艺,研究不同配分机制对含Cu低碳高强钢组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,实验钢经I&P&Q处理后,Cu、Mn配分使得马氏体板条粗大,板条形貌模糊,板条间含有大量块状马氏体,抗拉强度较高,伸长率和强塑积较低;经Q&P工艺中C配分处理,得到的马氏体板条较致密,板条形貌较清晰,存在少量的块状马氏体,其抗拉强度略微降低,伸长率升高,强塑积提高;经I&Q&P工艺处理,由于C、Cu、Mn等3种元素配分的综合作用,马氏体板条清晰,只存在极少量的块状马氏体,部分马氏体板条断裂,其残余奥氏体量达12.4%,强塑积达到27 213MPa·%,综合力学性能最佳。 展开更多

Aptamers are a type of single-chain oligonucleotide that can combine with a specific target.Due to their simple preparation,easy modification,stable structure and reusability,aptamers have been widely applied as biochemical sensors for medicine,food safety and environmental monitoring.However,there is little research on aptamer-target binding mechanisms,which limits their application and development.Computational simulation has gained much attention for revealing aptamer-target binding mechanisms at the atomic level.This work summarizes the main simulation methods used in the mechanistic analysis of aptamer-target complexes,the characteristics of binding between aptamers and different targets(metal ions,small organic molecules,biomacromolecules,cells,bacteria and viruses),the types of aptamer-target interactions and the factors influencing their strength.It provides a reference for further use of simulations in understanding aptamer-target binding mechanisms. 展开更多

In order to improve the resource allocation mechanism of artificial immune recognition system(AIRS) and decrease the memory cells,a fuzzy logic resource allocation and memory cell pruning based AIRS(FPAIRS) is proposed.In FPAIRS,the fuzzy logic is determined by a parameter,thus,the optimal fuzzy logics for different problems can be located through changing the parameter value.At the same time,the memory cells of low fitness scores are pruned to improve the classifier.This classifier was compared with other classifiers on six UCI datasets classification performance.The results show that the accuracies reached by FPAIRS are higher than or comparable to the accuracies of other classifiers,and the memory cells decrease when compared with the memory cells of AIRS.The results show that the algorithm is a high-performance classifier. 展开更多
