The present paper deals with the problem of nonparametric kernel density estimation of the trend function for stochastic processes driven by fractional Brownian motion of the second kind.The consistency,the rate of convergence,and the asymptotic normality of the kernel-type estimator are discussed.Besides,we prove that the rate of convergence of the kernel-type estimator depends on the smoothness of the trend of the nonperturbed system. 展开更多

滑坡-碎屑流运动沿程冲切铲刮作用对滑坡运动性态(如速度、体积、物质组成等)具有重要影响,如何更好的进行模拟是滑坡动力过程分析的重要技术难题。在室内滑坡-碎屑流物理模型试验的基础上,采用三维颗粒流程序(PFC3D)对滑坡-碎屑流运动... 滑坡-碎屑流运动沿程冲切铲刮作用对滑坡运动性态(如速度、体积、物质组成等)具有重要影响,如何更好的进行模拟是滑坡动力过程分析的重要技术难题。在室内滑坡-碎屑流物理模型试验的基础上,采用三维颗粒流程序(PFC3D)对滑坡-碎屑流运动过程中对松散基底物质的冲切铲刮效应进行数值模拟,重点分析滑坡方量和滑落高度、基底厚度和强度以及地形坡度等因素的影响。结果表明:随着滑坡方量与滑落高度的增大,铲刮能量增加、铲刮作用时间延长,从而增强了铲刮效应;基底厚度的减小与地形坡度的增加均会引起基底物质稳定性降低,从而在同等条件下更易于被冲切铲刮;颗粒离散元方法是滑坡运动模拟分析的一种有效手段,模拟结果对于更好的理解滑坡运动冲切铲刮效应具有重要意义。 展开更多

To provide a suitable model for AUV simulation and control purposes, a general nonlinear dynamic model including a novel thruster hydrodynamics model was derived. Based on the modeling method, the "AUV-XX" simulation platform was established to carry out fundamental tests on its motion characteristics, stability, and controllability. A motion control strategy consisting of both position and speed control in a horizontal plane was designed for different task assignments of underwater vehicles. Combined control of heave and pitch was adopted to compensate for the reduction of vertical tunnel thrusters when the vehicle is moving at a high speed. An improved S-surface controller based on the capacitor plate model was developed with flexible gain selections made possible by different forms of restricting the error and changing the rate of the error. Simulation results show that the derived general mathematical model together with simulation platform can provide a test bed for fundamental tests of motion control. Additionally, the capacitor plate model S-surface control shows a good performance in guiding the vehicle to achieve the desired position and speed with sufficient accuracy. 展开更多

Air traffic controllers face challenging initiatives due to uncertainty in air traffic.One way to support their initiatives is to identify similar operation scenes.Based on the operation characteristics of typical busy area control airspace,an complexity measurement indicator system is established.We find that operation in area sector is characterized by aggregation and continuity,and that dimensionality and information redundancy reduction are feasible for dynamic operation data base on principle components.Using principle components,discrete features and time series features are constructed.Based on Gaussian kernel function,Euclidean distance and dynamic time warping(DTW)are used to measure the similarity of the features.Then the matrices of similarity are input in Spectral Clustering.The clustering results show that similar scenes of trend are not ideal and similar scenes of modes are good base on the indicator system.Finally,actual vertical operation decisions for area sector and results of identification are compared,which are visualized by metric multidimensional scaling(MDS)plots.We find that identification results can well reflect the operation at peak hours,but controllers make different decisions under the similar conditions before dawn.The compliance rate of busy operation mode and division decisions at peak hours is 96.7%.The results also show subjectivity of actual operation and objectivity of identification.In most scenes,we observe that similar air traffic activities provide regularity for initiatives,validating the potential of this approach for initiatives and other artificial intelligence support. 展开更多
