软模法磁性有序介孔炭的合成与表征

以三嵌段共聚物为软模,间苯二酚-甲醛为炭前躯体,硝酸铁为铁源合成了磁性有序介孔炭,用XRD、氮气吸附、磁性测试等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明,当硝酸铁与间苯二酚摩尔比为0.025、0.05及0.10时得到的介孔炭具有有序性,随着铁质量分数... 以三嵌段共聚物为软模,间苯二酚-甲醛为炭前躯体,硝酸铁为铁源合成了磁性有序介孔炭,用XRD、氮气吸附、磁性测试等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明,当硝酸铁与间苯二酚摩尔比为0.025、0.05及0.10时得到的介孔炭具有有序性,随着铁质量分数的增加,有序性降低,比表面积、孔容都相应减小。基本磁化曲线结果表明,随着铁质量分数的增加,饱和磁化强度随之增加(0.01~0.10 emu/g),材料具有较好的磁性,容易从溶液中分离,表现出良好的分离性能。为磁性有序介孔炭的优化合成及磁性分离应用提供科学依据。 展开更多

高频医用超声成像技术因其高空间分辨率而被广泛应用于人体组织的精细结构观察,其中高频超声换能器的核心材料是1-3型压电复合材料。采用软模板法直接烧结了锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电微柱阵列,进而制备PZT/环氧1-3型压电复合材料,并对其进行了... 高频医用超声成像技术因其高空间分辨率而被广泛应用于人体组织的精细结构观察,其中高频超声换能器的核心材料是1-3型压电复合材料。采用软模板法直接烧结了锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电微柱阵列,进而制备PZT/环氧1-3型压电复合材料,并对其进行了微观结构观察和电学性能表征。材料微观结构完整,机电耦合系数达到0.64。采用此复合材料制备了中心频率为20 MHz的高频超声换能器。采用脉冲回波法对换能器进行了性能和声场测试,并利用其对人体皮肤进行了超声成像,换能器的插入损耗、带宽分别为13.1 dB和84.2%。结果表明,软模法制备的1-3型压电复合材料能使高频超声换能器兼具低插入损耗和大带宽,这为高性能高频医用超声换能器提供了一种低成本、高效率的商业化制备方法。 展开更多

To investigate the differences and the development trends of the 400 kA aluminum reduction cell, four representative cells were deeply analyzed. By using numerical simulation methods in ANSYS software, the structure parameters were firstly compared, and then three-dimensional models of electric-magnetic-flow field were built and solved with finite element method(FEM). The comparison of the structures reveals that the cell bodies are similar while the current flow path and distribution ratio of bus bars are different. It appears that most of the current(70%-80%) in side A are used as the magnetic field compensation current and flow through two ends. The numerical simulation results indicate that the distributions of magnetic fields are different but all satisfy with the magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) stabilization, and the flow patterns are all two or multi vortexes with appropriate velocities. The comparison shows that all studied cells can satisfy with the physical field requirement, and the commercial applications also verify that the 400 kA cells have become the product of the mature and world's leading technology. 展开更多

In order to enhance measuring precision of the real complex electromechanical system,complex industrial system and complex ecological & management system with characteristics of multi-variable,non-liner,strong coupling and large time-delay,in terms of the fuzzy character of this real complex system,a fuzzy least squares support vector machine(FLS-SVM) soft measurement model was established and its parameters were optimized by using adaptive mutative scale chaos immune algorithm.The simulation results reveal that fuzzy least squares support vector machines soft measurement model is of better approximation accuracy and robustness.And application results show that the relative errors of the soft measurement model are less than 3.34%. 展开更多

Particle size distributions of obtained samples from several sampling campaigns were determined and raw data were mass balanced before being used in simulation studies.After determination of breakage function,selection function,Bond work index,residence time distribution parameters,and Whiten's model parameters for air separators and diaphragms between the two compartments of tube ball mills,performance of the circuits was simulated for given throughputs and feed particle size distribution.Whiten's model parameters were determined by GA(genetic algorithm) toolbox of MATLAB software.Based on implemented models for modeling and simulation,optimization of circuits was carried out.It increased nearly 10.5% and 15.8% in fresh feed capacity input to each tube ball mill.In addition,circulating load ratios of circuits are modified to 118% and 127% from low level of 57% and 22%,respectively,and also cut points of air separators are adjusted at 30 and 40 μm from high range of 53 and 97 μm,respectively.All applications helped in well-operation and energy consumption reduction of equipments. 展开更多

Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ring's position is asymmetrical.All of these cause that the ring's dimensions cannot be measured directly.Through analyzing the relationships among the dimensions of ring blanks,the positions of rolls and the ring's inner and outer diameter,the soft measurement model of ring's dimensions is established based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN).A mass of data samples are obtained from VHRR finite element(FE) simulations to train and test the soft measurement NN model,and the model's structure parameters are deduced and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the soft measurement system of ring's dimensions is established and validated by the VHRR experiments.The ring's dimensions were measured artificially and calculated by the soft measurement NN model.The results show that the calculation values of GA-RBFNN model are close to the artificial measurement data.In addition,the calculation accuracy of GA-RBFNN model is higher than that of RBFNN model.The research results suggest that the soft measurement NN model has high precision and flexibility.The research can provide practical methods and theoretical guidance for the accurate measurement of VHRR process. 展开更多
