The optimized conditions are: CO 2 pressure 30 MPa, temperature 50 ℃, solid to entrainer ratio 1∶5(g/mL), CO 2 flow rate 10 kg/h, separation pressure 5.5 MPa temperature 40 ℃. Results showed that the flavonoids yield obtained by supercritical CO 2 extraction was 2.2 times that obtained by common solvent extraction method.展开更多
