研究哌嗪连接双季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂[I_(n)(n=14,16)]分别与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)按20:0,19:1,18:2,17:3,16:4,15:5和0:20的摩尔比复配效果。测试了I_(n)/SDS复配体系的表面张力(γ_(CMC))、临界胶束浓度(CMC)和其他表面性能参数(Γ_(... 研究哌嗪连接双季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂[I_(n)(n=14,16)]分别与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)按20:0,19:1,18:2,17:3,16:4,15:5和0:20的摩尔比复配效果。测试了I_(n)/SDS复配体系的表面张力(γ_(CMC))、临界胶束浓度(CMC)和其他表面性能参数(Γ_(max),A_(min),π_(CMC)和pC_(20)),以及I_(n)/SDS复配体系的泡沫性能、润湿性能和乳化性能。结果表明,I_(n)/SDS复配体系表现出明显的协同作用,复配体系比单一组分拥有更低的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、更强的乳化能力以及更好的润湿性能。当n(I_(16)):n(SDS)=17:3时,CMC值最小为4.376×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)。 展开更多

为了减小高精度陀螺仪浮子组件胶接结构的装配应力,保证结构的稳定性,开展了胶接结构参数对其静动态性能的影响研究。建立了陀螺仪浮子组件胶接结构的有限元模型,并分别以剪切应力分布的均匀性和固有频率作为胶接结构静态和动态性能的表... 为了减小高精度陀螺仪浮子组件胶接结构的装配应力,保证结构的稳定性,开展了胶接结构参数对其静动态性能的影响研究。建立了陀螺仪浮子组件胶接结构的有限元模型,并分别以剪切应力分布的均匀性和固有频率作为胶接结构静态和动态性能的表征,研究了胶层厚度、胶层长度、浮筒厚度和胶层形状等对结构静态和动态性能的影响。研究结果表明:在一定范围内增大胶层厚度和长度,并采用抛物线形胶层有助于扩大胶层的优势承载区域,有效改善应力分布的均匀性;合理增大浮筒厚度能使胶接结构的前六阶固有频率下降,且阶数越大,下降幅度越大;胶层厚度对胶接结构动态性能的影响较小。研究结果对陀螺仪组件的设计和研究具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for preparing composite rods of external diameter no larger than 12 mm by directly continuous casting,low melting point materials of lead and tin were selected to prepare composite rods of external diameter 12 mm and inner diameter 8 mm with air pressing core filled continuous casting process.The orthogonal tests consisting of three factors and three levels were designed to investigate the parameters of melting lead temperature,continuous casting speed and air pressure that affect the performance of the composite rods.The results show that melting lead temperature is the most important factor that influences the solid/liquid interface location;continuous casting speed is the most important factor that influences the surface quality and lead and tin inter-diffusion amount;air pressure can improve the surface quality obviously and make the rods easily drawn out,but the surface quality cannot get obvious improvement when the air pressure is above 0.03 MPa.The composite rods have excellent surface quality,obvious intermediate layer,even thick clad,and metallurgical bonding interface under the condition of melting lead temperature of 375 °C,continuous casting speed of 10 mm/min,and air pressure of 0.03 MPa. 展开更多

Structure of the octagon-type ultrasonic motor was proposed and designed so as to allow the motor to drive small actuator. The stator of the motor consisted of the octagon shape elastic body and four rectangular plate ceramics. The four ceramics were attached to outer surfaces of the octagon elastic body. The same phase voltages were applied to the ceramics on horizontal surfaces, and 90° phase difference voltages were applied to the ceramics on vertical surfaces. When the AC voltage with 90° phase difference was applied in ceramics, the elliptical displacement of unimorph bars was generated by generating bending vibration. To find the maximum displacement model that generates elliptical displacement at the centers of the inner surfaces, the finite element analysis program ATILA was used. The analyzed results were compared to the experimental results. As a result, the speed and torque are increased linearly by increasing the input voltage and the speed of motors can be controlled by changing the applied voltages. 展开更多
