For segmented detectors,surface flatness is critical as it directly influences both energy resolution and image clarity.Additionally,the limited adjustment range of the segmented detectors necessitates precise benchmark construction.This paper proposes an architecture for detecting detector flatness based on channel spectral dispersion.By measuring the dispersion fringes for coplanar adjustment,the final adjustment residual is improved to better than 300 nm.This result validates the feasibility of the proposed technology and provides significant technical support for the development of next-generation large-aperture sky survey equipment. 展开更多

Synthesis of modified D401 chelating resin and its adsorption properties for Pb^(2+) 被引量:2

A novel chelating resin with sulfonic group was synthesized by chemical modification of D401 resin with sulphonation reaction and characterized by FT-IR spectrometry. The adsorption properties of the novel chelating resin for Pb2+ were studied by batch adsorption, and the adsorption process was analyzed from thermodynamics and kinetics aspects. The adsorption mechanism of Pb2+ on the modified D401 chelating resin was discussed by FT-IR spectrometry. Experimental results show that in the Pb2+ concentration range of 200-400 mg/L, the adsorption capacities of the modified D401 chelating resin for Pb2+ increase by 77%-129%, and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model is more suitable for the equilibrium adsorption data. Adsorption is an endothermic process that runs spontaneously. Kinetic analysis shows that the adsorption rate is mainly governed by liquid film diffusion. The best pH value under adsorption condition is 4-5. The saturated resin can be regenerated by 3 mol/L nitric acid, and the adsorption capacity remains stable after five consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles. The maximal static saturated adsorption capacity of the resin is 206 mg/g at 333 K in the Pb2+ concentration range of 200-400 mg/L. The modified D401 chelating resin is an efficient adsorbent for the removal of Pb2+ from its single-metal ion solution. 展开更多

Characterization of tricalcium phosphate solubilization by Stenotrophomonas maltophilia YC isolated from phosphate mines 被引量:1

The phosphate solubilizing characteristics of a strain YC, which was isolated from phosphate mines (Hubei, China), were studied in National Botanical Research Institute’s phosphate (NBRIP) growth medium containing tricalcium phosphate (TCP) as sole phosphorus (P) source. The strain YC is identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (S. maltophilia) based upon the results of morphologic, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequences analysis. The results show that the strain S. maltophilia YC can solubilize TCP and release soluble P in NBRIP growth medium. A positive correlation between concentration of soluble P and population of the isolate and a negative correlation between concentration of soluble P and pH in the culture medium are observed from statistical analysis results. Moreover, gluconic acid is detected in the culture medium by HPLC analysis. It indicates that the isolate can release gluconic acid during the solubilizing experiment, which causes acidification of the culture medium and then TCP solubilization. S. maltophilia YC has a maximal TCP solubilizing capability when using maltose as carbon source and ammonium nitrate as nitrogen source, respectively, in NBRIP growth medium. 展开更多

Polyfunctional aziridine/polyester microcapsules as control-release waterborne cross-linker were synthesized by multiple emulsion-solvent evaporation method. The results show that,a lower surface free energy with shell polyester is more favourable for the formation of microcapsules. Full encapsulating microcapsules are synthesized with the polyester with a surface free energy of 34.5 mJ/m2. Shell-to-core feeding mass ratio has a significant influence on the morphology and core content of the resulting microcapsules. Well defined spherical microcapsules with uniform shell thickness and core content at around 22% are produced at a shell-to-core mass ratio of 1:1. When 2.5% of colloid stabilizer is used,hollow spherical microcapsules are obtained. A high solvent evaporation rate results in wrinkling and porosity of the microcapsules,and an evaporation rate equivalent to solvent elimination in about 2 h provides a uniform rate of surface hardening. The characterization of the microcapsules by SEM and FTIR demonstrates that polyfunctional aziridine is encapsulated at the centre of the microcapsule. The microcapsules synthesized can be broken at a high shear rate. 展开更多

Three new ferrocene (Fc) based receptors with pyridyl moiety, named methyl-6- ferrocenoylacetyl-2-pyridine carboxylate (FcLl), 1,1'-(2,6-bispyridyl)bis-3-ferrocenyl-l,3-propanedione (FcL2), ferrocenecarboxaldehyde-2,6-dipicolinoyhydrazone (FcL3) were synthesized, and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-Vis spectra, 1H and 13C NMR. The electrochemical properties and ion sensing properties of FcL1, FcL2 and FcL3 were also investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry in ethanol solution with 0.1 mol/L LiC104 as the supporting electrolyte. The E~ values of the receptors increase with the scanning rate increasing at high scanning rate, and Ipa/Ipo approaches unity, indicating that the redox reaction is basically reversible. Their recognition performances to different metal cations such as Cd(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Hg(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Zn(II) show that the FcL1 is responsive to Cu(II) with the maximum electrochemical shift of the FcL1 for Cu(II)of about 72.0 mV, whereas the FcL2 is responsive to Cu(II) and Mn(II) with shift of 102 mV and 109 mV, respectively, and the FcL3 is responsive to Hg(II) and Mn(II) with the shift of 53.0 mV and 54.0 mV, respectively. All the results show that these receptors may have potential applications in electrochemical sensor technology, material science, and molecular devices. 展开更多

Niobium(V) ethoxide(Nb(OEt)5) was synthesized by electrochemical reaction of ethanol with niobium plate as the sacrificial anode,stainless steel as the cathode and tetraethylammonium chloride(TEAC) as the conductive additive.The condensates were isolated by vacuum distillation under 5 kPa.The product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectra,Raman spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectra.The results indicate that the product is niobium ethoxide.Thermal properties of niobium ethoxide were analysed by TG/DTG.Vapour pressure was calculated from the Langmuir equation and the enthalpy of vaporization was calculated from the vapour pressure-temperature data using the Clausius-Clapeyron equation.The concentrations of impurity metallic elements in the sample were detected by ICP-MS.It is shown that the purity can reach 99.997%.The volatility and purity of the niobium ethoxide ensure that it could be a good precursor for chemical vapor deposition and atomic layer deposition of niobium oxide layers. 展开更多

In order to selectively separate chalcopyrite from pyrite,the effect of organic depressant lignosulfonate calcium(LSC) on the flotation separation of chalcopyrite from pyrite was investigated by flotation tests. The depression mechanism was studied by Fourier-transform-infrared(FTIR) analysis. The flotation tests of single mineral show that LSC can depress the flotation of pyrite in a certain pH range,but it has little effect on chalcopyrite flotation. Flotation separation of a mixture of chalcopyrite and pyrite can be completed to obtain a copper concentrate grade up to 24.73% with a recovery of 80.36%. IR analysis shows that LSC and butyl xanthate compete in absorption on pyrite surface,and there exists an LSC characteristic peak on pyrite surface. There is little adsorption of LSC on chalcopyrite. 展开更多

Carbon dioxide reforming of methane over bimetallic catalysts of Pt-Ru/γ-Al_2O_3 for thermochemical energy storage 被引量:3

The reaction of CO2 reforming of CH4 has been investigated with y-A1203-supported platinum and ruthenium bimetallic catalysts, with the specific purpose of thermochemical energy storage. The catalysts were prepared by using the wetness impregnation method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by a series of physico-chemical characterization techniques such as BET surface area, thermo-gravimetric (TG), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In addition, the amount of carbon deposits on the surface of the catalysts and the type of the carbonaceous species were discussed by TG. It was found that the bimetallic Pt-Ru/7-A1203 catalysts exhibit both superior catalytic activity and remarkable stability by comparison of monometallic catalysts. During the 500 h stability test, the bimetallic catalyst showed a good performance at 800 ~C in CO2 reforming of CH4, exhibiting an excellent anti-carbon performance with the mass loss of less than 8.5%. The results also indicate that CO2 and CH4 have quite stable conversions of 96.0 % and 94.0 %, respectively. Also, the selectivity of the catalysts is excellent with the products ratio of CO/H2 maintaining at 1.02. Furthermore, it was found in TEM images that the active carbonaceous species were formed during the catalytic reaction, and well-distributed dot-shaped metallic particles with a relatively uniform size of about 3 nm as well as amorphous carbon structures were observed. Combined with BET, TG, TEM tests, it is concluded that the selected bimetallic catalysts can work continuously in a stable state at the high temperature, which has a potential to be utilized for the closed-loop cycle of the solar thermochemical energy storage in future industry applications. 展开更多

In order to choose the appropriate reference surface on the machined surface roughness of Si Cp/Al composites, the cutting experiments of Si Cp/Al composites were carried out, and the machined surface topography was measured by OLS3000 Confocal laser scanning microscope. The 3D measured data of machined surface topography were analyzed by the area power spectrum density. The result shows that the texture of machined surface topography in milling of Si Cp/Al composites is almost isotropic. This is the reason that the values of Rq at different locations on the same machined surface are obviously different. Through the comparison of performance of different filtering methods, the robust least squares reference surface can be used to extract the surface roughness of SiC p/Al composites effectively. 展开更多

Magnesium oxysulfate (MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2·2H2O) flake powders with an average diameter of 2 ~tm and a thickness of 0.052 μm were prepared using magnesium sulfate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials by hydrothermal synthesis process. The composition, morphology and structural features of the hydrothermal products were examined with X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The experimental results indicate that in the conditions of n(NaOH)/n(MgSO4) of 1.25, the dosage of w(Na3PO4) crystal additives of 1.0% w(MgSO4), stirring for 5 h at 180 ℃, the morphology of MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2·2H2O products is flaky and laminar, which is a kind of complex magnesium singlecrystal. The recycling of MgSO4 mother liquor was also investigated to make a full use of the materials and reduce disposal. The results prove that there is no adverse effect on the yield and purity of the products. 展开更多
