文章提出一种在开漏模式下通过硬件自检测、自校准实现高性能I^(2)C(inter-integrated circuit)接口的设计,并给出一种I^(2)C接口自控制实现开漏功能的方法。在传统I^(2)C接口电路的基础上,增加了自检测拉低时钟总线并进行自校准的功能... 文章提出一种在开漏模式下通过硬件自检测、自校准实现高性能I^(2)C(inter-integrated circuit)接口的设计,并给出一种I^(2)C接口自控制实现开漏功能的方法。在传统I^(2)C接口电路的基础上,增加了自检测拉低时钟总线并进行自校准的功能,使得在开漏模式下,硬件能够自动检测到时钟总线在上拉过程中的低电平并进行自校准高电平,在改善通信稳定性的基础上实现了性能提升。考虑到不同的应用场合,增加了开漏使能控制电路,为提高IP的可移植性,I^(2)C接口可自控制开漏功能,支持软件配置,灵活地应用于各种通用输入输出(general-purpose input/output,GPIO)模型中。成品开发板电路测试表明,在系统时钟为120 MHz时,该电路在开漏模式下高速通信中的位速率高达5.98 Mbit/s,在推挽模式下超快速通信中的位速率高达30.00 Mbit/s。 展开更多

In order to design an excellent convertor one must be guided by theory of automatic control. The principle and the method of design, modeling and control for DC DC convertors of EV are introduced. The method of the system response to a unit step function input and the frequency response method are applied to researching the convertor's mathematics model and control characteristic. Experiments show that the designed DC DC convertor's output voltage precision is high, the antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable performance is fast and smooth. 展开更多

A novel nonlinear adaptive control method is presented for a near-space hypersonic vehicle (NHV) in the presence of strong uncertainties and disturbances. The control law consists of the optimal generalized predictive controller (OGPC) and the functional link network (FLN) direct adaptive law. OGPC is a continuous-time nonlinear predictive control law. The FLN adaptive law is used to offset the unknown uncertainties and disturbances in a flight through the online learning. The learning process does not need any offline training phase. The stability analyses of the NHV close-loop system are provided and it is proved that the system error and the weight learning error are uniformly ultimately hounded. Simulation results show the satisfactory performance of the con- troller for the attitude tracking. 展开更多

Robust stabilization for a class of nonlinear uncertain neutral system with time-varying delay is investigated. By applying the Lyapunov stability theorem, an adaptive sliding mode controller (ADSMC) is developed.Based on the sliding mode control technique, the controller can drive the system into a pre-specified sliding hyperplane to obtain the desired dynamic performance. Once the system dynamics reaches the sliding plane, the control system is insensitive to uncertainty. The adaptive technique can overcome the unknown upper bound of uncertainty so that the reaching condition can be satisfied. Furthermore, the controller does not include any delayed state,so such an ADSMC is memoryless. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the validity of the developed memoryless ADSMC and the globally asymptotic stability is guaranteed for the control scheme. 展开更多

Because actuator satu ration can become a problem or even a disaster in flight control system, the con sideration of actuator saturation in the design phase may indeed reduce the degr ee of conservativeness of an flight control system (FCS) and thus noticeably enh ance the performance of the FCS. Deflection limits and rate limits are both cons idered in a new adaptive backstepping FCS design process. The key of the method is that a new control Lyapunov function (CLF) and a control law are chosen when the actuator saturation occurs. This idea results from that there must be a vari ation in the pseudo-control at saturation. The whole progress is a modification of an early presented method: adaptive backstepping control scheme. The stabili ty is proved and verified successfully. The conclusion and some comments about t his method are given in the end. 展开更多

A robust adaptive control approach is presented to improve the performance of the control scheme proposed in the authors' previous work, aiming at producing a low ripple hybrid stepping motor servo drive for precision profile tracking at a low speed. In order to construct a completely integrated control design philosophy to reduce torque ripple and at the same time to enhance tracking performance, the properties of nonlinear uncertainties in the system dynamics are uncovered, and then incorporated into the design of the controller. The system uncertainties concerned with ripple dynamics and other external disturbances are composed of two categories. The first category of uncertainties with linear parameterization arising from the detention effect is dealt with by the wellknown adaptive control method. A robust adaptive method is used to deal with the second category of uncertainties resulting from the non-sinusoidal flux distribution. The μ-modification scheme is used to cease parameter adaptation by the robust adaptive control law, thus ensuring that the trajectory tracking error asymptotically converges to a pre-specified boundary. Experiments are performed with a typical hybrid stepping motor to test its profile tracking accuracy. Results confirm the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

Future manufacturing systems need to cope with frequent changes and disturbances, therefore their control architectures require constant adaptability, agility, stability, self-organization, intelligence, and robustness. Bio-inspired manufacturing system can well satisfy these requirements. For this purpose, by referencing the biological organization structure and the mechanism, a bio-inspired manufacturing cell is presented from a novel view, and then a bio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing model is established based on the ultra-short feedback mechanism of the neuro-endocrine system. A hio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing system coordinated model is also established based on the neuro-endocrine-immunity system (NEIS). Finally, an example based on pheromone communication mechanism indicates that the robustness of the whole manufacturing system is improved by bio-inspired technologies. 展开更多

Conventional techniques to control variations within one plate have been based on preset models and constant automatic position control (APC or pressure feedback automatic gauge control(PAGC).However.because of the rolling force prediction error in the preset models and of the inadequate response speed of dynamic system and of the eccentricity, etc.,the conventional method has not given satisfactory results, the statistics'variations within one plate are in range of 0.25-0.60 mm The authors have developed the techniques to control the variations, which are dynamic intelligent control of hydraulic screwdown system. synchronism control of hydraulic screwdown, eccentricity control method by rotary encoder and the curve of modulus of mill measured automatically, etc., The techniques were fully and successfully industrialized in The Plate Mill of Maanshan Iron and Steel Company and good results that variations are in range of 0.08-0.15min hare been obtained in that mill. 展开更多
