Red Pine seedlings were grown in the potted soils with different acidity (pH=4.5,5.5,6.5,7.5,8.0) to investigate their physiological responses to soil pH,and futher to evaluate the soil pH feasibility. Dramatic physiological responses of Red Pine seedlings were detected under various soil pH treatments. Under soil pH 5.5,the seedling foliages grew best,with the lowest malondialdehyde content,ion leakage and soluble substance content,and the highest carotinoid content and antioxidant enzyme activities;With soil pH 7.5 and 8.0 treatments,the seedling needles developed poorest,with greater membrane lipid peroxidation and lower antioxidant enzyme activities,and the greater cell membrane injury and soluble substance content. Results suggested that Red Pine seedlings was mostly adapt to soil with pH of 5.5,followed by soils with pH of 4.5 and 6.5,and could hardly adapted to soil with pH of 7.5 and higher. 展开更多

目的研究浅表吸脂术治疗腹壁多脂松垂症的效果。方法 80例腹壁多脂松垂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组患者采用浅表吸脂术进行治疗,对照组患者采用腹壁成形术进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果... 目的研究浅表吸脂术治疗腹壁多脂松垂症的效果。方法 80例腹壁多脂松垂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组患者采用浅表吸脂术进行治疗,对照组患者采用腹壁成形术进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果经治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率为90.0%(36/40),明显高于对照组的67.5%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.0504, P=0.0139<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率为10.0%(4/40),明显低于对照组的45.0%(18/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.2884,P=0.0005<0.05)。结论浅表吸脂术治疗腹壁多脂松垂症的临床疗效显著,手术简单易行,无需住院,痛苦小,恢复快,能够显著减少并发症的发生,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。 展开更多

The effect of seed oil of Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) on the rats' blood-fat and its anti-ageing function was stud-ied for appraising the efficacy of the seed oil of Korean pine. Sixty experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (half males and half females in each group) as normal control group, high fat diet control group, and three groups (Group 1 Group 2, Group 3) that were fed with feedstuff with the contents of the seed oil of 2.0g/(kgd-1), 4.0g/(kgd-1) and 8.0g/(kgd-1), respec-tively. The indexes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and anti-oxidation capacity (AOC) were measured by Reagent Kit method. It was found that the seed oil of the Korean pine could reduce the content of triglyc-eride and improve SOD as well as GSH-PX activity in serum. These indexes of the rats in Group 2 fed with Korean pine seed oil of 4.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the significant level and those of rats in Group 3 fed with the seed oil of 8.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the extremely significant level. The results indicated the seed oil of Korean pine had function of regulating the level of blood-fat and anti-ageing. 展开更多

In this paper two set of GFRP specimens are manufactured and tested to investigate the relaxation behaviour under cyclic loading in the longitudinal and transversel direction. The relaxation of GFRP unidirectional laminates is evident for both cyclic loadings. Under longitudinal cyclic loading the relaxation is dependent on the number of loading cycles. Under transverse loading the relaxation depends on the loading cycles as well as the time of loading. Two expressions are set up to describe the relaxation for the longitudinal and transverse loading, and the predictions agree well with the experimental data. 展开更多

Experiments of ultrasonic-associated extraction and hot water extraction of water soluble polysaccharides from defatted Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) were conducted in Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China. The factors affecting extraction yield and content, such as extracting temperature, extracting time, the ratio of water to defatted kernel and concentration of ethanol were analyzed under specific condition. The optimal extracting parameters for ultrasound-associated extraction were determined as the ultrasonic temperature 70℃, the ratio of defatted kernel to water 1:20, the extracting time 40 min, and ethanol concentration 80%. Under such extraction conditions, the yield of water soluble polysaccharide was 3.65% and the average content of polysaccharide was 45.38% in the raw polysaccharides which gained in the experiment. Both extraction yield and content of polysaccharides extracted with ultrasound-associated extraction were higher than that with hot water extraction. The study demonstrates that ultrasound is a reliable and extremely effective tool for the fast extraction of water soluble polysaccharide of Korean pine kernel. 展开更多
