产业融合、区域差异与地区服务型装备制造业发展——对东北地区与京津冀、长三角的一项比较研究 被引量:11

制造业生产的服务化是新经济时代的一个重要特征。东北地区在新经济时代要打破发展路径锁定,通过产业融合,发展服务型装备制造业是重要手段。从制造业的服务融合与转型升级两个维度探讨服务融合促进装备制造业转型的作用机理。基于容量... 制造业生产的服务化是新经济时代的一个重要特征。东北地区在新经济时代要打破发展路径锁定,通过产业融合,发展服务型装备制造业是重要手段。从制造业的服务融合与转型升级两个维度探讨服务融合促进装备制造业转型的作用机理。基于容量耦合系数模型,运用比较分析法,对比分析2005-2017年间东北地区与京津冀、长三角地区装备制造业与生产性服务业的综合发展水平、耦合协调程度及模式。结果表明:产业自身发展的平稳性、产业间发展速度的均衡性影响产业融合水平,东北两产业间发展速度失衡,耦合协调呈现先升后降的多阶段特征;装备制造业与生产性服务业子行业融合的差异影响融合结构的先进性,京津冀与长三角产业融合主要由传统生产性服务业向现代生产性服务业转移,而东北装备制造业与传统生产性服务业的融合日渐式微,与现代生产性服务业的融合普遍需要提升;产业链高端的现代生产性服务业优先于产业链低端的传统生产性服务业实现融合模式的转型。建议从调整产业结构、完善产业政策、降低东北地区的服务内置化程度着手,带动产业融合促进装备制造业转型升级。 展开更多

感应式无线电能传输系统中,非接触变压器存在错位等多种工况,引起耦合系数等参数大范围变化,影响系统特性。为了建立错位条件下非接触变压器的耦合系数模型,文中基于场路结合的分析方法,分析磁通耦合特性,给出了非接触变压器的"感... 感应式无线电能传输系统中,非接触变压器存在错位等多种工况,引起耦合系数等参数大范围变化,影响系统特性。为了建立错位条件下非接触变压器的耦合系数模型,文中基于场路结合的分析方法,分析磁通耦合特性,给出了非接触变压器的"感应盲点"求解方法;并结合其耦合系数的变化规律,建立非接触变压器错位条件下耦合系数的计算模型。基于磁场分布的特点,进一步提出副边多绕组的新型非接触变压器结构。采用优化后的变压器结构,设计制作了60 W输出的非接触变换器,耦合系数的计算结果和实际测试结果一致,证明了所提"感应盲点"分析方法与耦合系数计算模型的正确性,验证了优化后的新型非接触变压器具有良好的错位自适应能力。 展开更多

To provide a seepage-stress coupling constitutive model that can directly describe the seepage-stress coupling relationship, a series of one-dimensional seepage-stress coupling tests on two kinds of soft rock (argillaceous siltstone and brown mudstone) were performed by using an MTS-815.02 tri-axial rock mechanics test system, with which the stress-strain curves according to the seepage variation were obtained. Based on the experimental results and by employing Hooke's law, the formulation of the coefficient of strain-dependent permeability was presented and introduced to establish a coupling model. In addition, the mathematical expression and the incremental formulation for coupling model were advanced, in which five parameters that can be respectively determined by using the experimental results were included. The calculated results show that the proposed coupling model is capable of simulating the stress-strain relationship with considering the seepage-stress coupling in the nonlinear elastic stage of two kinds of soft rock. 展开更多

Mathematical model for coupled reactive flow and solute transport during heap bioleaching of copper sulfide 被引量:6

Based on the momentum and mass conservation equations, a comprehensive model of heap bioleaching process is developed to investigate the interaction between chemical reactions, solution flow, gas flow, and solute transport within the leaching system. The governing equations are solved numerically using the COMSOL Multiphysics software for the coupled reactive flow and solute transport at micro-scale, meso-scale and macro-scale levels. At or near the surface of ore particle, the acid concentration is relatively higher than that in the central area, while the concentration gradient decreases after 72 d of leaching. The flow simulation between ore particles by combining X-ray CT technology shows that the highest velocity in narrow pore reaches 0.375 m/s. The air velocity within the dump shows that the velocity near the top and side surface is relatively high, which leads to the high oxygen concentration in that area. The coupled heat transfer and liquid flow process shows that the solution can act as an effective remover from the heap, dropping the highest temperature from 60 to 38 ℃. The reagent transfer coupled with solution flow is also analyzed. The results obtained allow us to obtain a better understanding of the fundamental physical phenomenon of the bioleaching process. 展开更多

The structural-acoustic coupling model for isotropic thin elastic plate was extended to honeycomb sandwich plate(HSP) by applying Green function method.Then an equivalent circuit model of the weakly-strongly coupled system was proposed.Based on that,the estimation formulae of the coupled eigenfrequency were derived.The accuracy of the theoretical predictions was checked against experimental data,with good agreement achieved.Finally,the effects of HSP design parameters on the system coupling degree,the acoustic cavity eigenfrequency,and sound pressure response were analyzed.The results show that mechanical and acoustical characteristics of HSP can be improved by increasing the thickness of face sheet and reducing the mass density of material. 展开更多
