“国家—社会”结构是影响社会工作发展机制选择的重要变量。“小政府”结构下的社会具有较强的自我修复力,能自动消化部分社会弱小者问题,为社会工作组织自下而上的专业化发展提供有利的社会土壤。“大政府”结构下的社会工作事务则统... “国家—社会”结构是影响社会工作发展机制选择的重要变量。“小政府”结构下的社会具有较强的自我修复力,能自动消化部分社会弱小者问题,为社会工作组织自下而上的专业化发展提供有利的社会土壤。“大政府”结构下的社会工作事务则统一纳入行政管理范畴,具有权威导向。“嵌入性”发展是中国社会工作本土化发展的特色,也是中国特定“国家—社会”结构的产物。该生成机制具有内在合理性,但受传统政策工具路径依赖等影响,社会工作专业性发展不足。为此,本文提出应以“国家—社会”关系调整为突破口寻求破解社会工作“嵌入性”发展困境的有效路径。 展开更多

城市化进程中的县域与已经基本完成城市化的城市在公共安全治理上存在诸多不同之处,无法搬用城市公共安全治理模式。可从整体性治理理论出发,构建县域公共安全治理的“结构—机制—资源”分析框架。运用此框架对S省J市Y县公共安全治理... 城市化进程中的县域与已经基本完成城市化的城市在公共安全治理上存在诸多不同之处,无法搬用城市公共安全治理模式。可从整体性治理理论出发,构建县域公共安全治理的“结构—机制—资源”分析框架。运用此框架对S省J市Y县公共安全治理案例进行综合分析后发现,县域公共安全治理存在治理结构不均衡、治理机制混合性、治理资源短缺等整体性不足的表现。基于对现有问题的分析,县域公共安全治理应从以下方面进行整体性改进:总体国家安全观的日常化、党的统领制度化、治理过程的连续化、治理资源的整合化、治理技术的智能化。 展开更多

Bonding mechanism of X10CrNi18-8 with Ni/Al_2O_3 composite ceramic by pressureless infiltration 被引量:7

Abstract: An alloy steel/alumina composite was successfully fabricated by pressureless infiltration of X10CrNil8-8 steel melt on 30% (mass fraction) Ni-containing alumina based composite ceramic (Ni/Al2O3) at 1 600 ℃. The infiltration quality and interfacial bonding behavior were investigated by SEM, EDS, XRD and tensile tests. The results show that there is an obvious interfacial reaction layer between the alloying steel and the Ni/Al2O3 composite ceramic. The interfacial reactive products are (FexAly)3O4 intermetallic phase and (AlxCry)2O3 solid solution. The interracial bonding strength is as high as about 67.5 MPa. The bonding mechanism of X10CrNi 18-8 steel with the composite ceramic is that Ni inside the ceramic bodies dissolves into the alloy melt and transforms into liquid channels, consequently inducing the steel melt infiltrating and filling in the pores and the liquid channels. Moreover, the metallurgical bonding and interfacial reactive bonding also play a key role on the stability of the bonding interface. 展开更多

The microstructures and growth process characteristics precipitation-crystallization method were investigated by SEM, TEM of spherical Ni(OH)2 particles synthesized by the aqueous and XRD, and their growth mechanism was discussed. With the reaction beginning and continuing, amorphous Ni(OH)2 nano-crystallites grow up to spherical micron-particles with radially arranged crystallites. The nucleation, crystallization and re-crystallization led by Ostwald ripening simultaneously take place through the whole growth processes. With the course from reversible aggregation to irreversible agglomeration, the Ni(OH)2 particles tend to grow according to the template growth model: the growth on the crystallite templates stretching in the radius directions is free and quick, while the growth rate for crystallites in other directions is confined due to lower monomers concentration and tends to dissolve So it is only the radially arranged crystallites that predominate in the particle and lead to characteristic microstructures. 展开更多

Considering the compliance control problem of a hexapod robot under different environments, a control strategy based on the improved adaptive control algorithm is proposed. The model of robot structure and impedance control is established. Then, the indirect adaptive control algorithm is derived. Through the analysis of its parameters, it can be noticed that the algorithm does not meet the requirements of the robot compliance control in a complex environment. Therefore, the fuzzy control algorithm is used to adjust the adaptive control parameters. The satisfied system response can be obtained based on the adjustment in real time according to the error between input and output. Comparative experiments and analysis of traditional adaptive control and the improved adaptive control algorithm are presented. It can be verified that not only desired contact force can be reached quickly in different environments, but also smaller contact impact and sliding avoidance are guaranteed, which means that the control strategy has great significance to enhance the adaptability of the hexapod robot. 展开更多

The microstructures of... The electronic packaging shell with high silicon carbide aluminum-base composites was prepared by semi-solid thixoforming technique. The flow characteristic of the Si C particulate was analyzed. The microstructures of different parts of the shell were observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy, and the thermophysical and mechanical properties of the shell were tested. The results show that there exists the segregation phenomenon between the Si C particulate and the liquid phase during thixoforming, the liquid phase flows from the shell, and the Si C particles accumulate at the bottom of the shell. The volume fraction of Si C decreases gradually from the bottom to the walls. Accordingly, the thermal conductivities of bottom center and walls are 178 and 164 W·m-1·K-1, the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE) are 8.2×10-6 and 12.6×10-6 K-1, respectively. The flexural strength decreases slightly from 437 to 347 MPa. The microstructures and properties of the shell show gradient distribution. 展开更多
