组织社会学认为,组织理性与组织使命密切相关:二者相一致能促进组织完成使命,实现目标;相反,二者相悖则会阻挠和破坏组织完成使命,远离目标。当前,中国大学出现了组织理性背离使命的现象,表现为大学自治虚化、学术权力弱化和社会责任淡... 组织社会学认为,组织理性与组织使命密切相关:二者相一致能促进组织完成使命,实现目标;相反,二者相悖则会阻挠和破坏组织完成使命,远离目标。当前,中国大学出现了组织理性背离使命的现象,表现为大学自治虚化、学术权力弱化和社会责任淡化,给步入大众化阶段的中国高等教育造成了不良影响。大学组织理性回归于大学使命应从三个方面入手:一是在政府层面上,要深化教育体制改革,落实和扩大大学自治权,从制度上为大学组织理性回归提供保障;二是在大学层面上,要坚守大学精神和大学理念,摆正行政权力和学术权力的关系,克服现存的行政化现象;三是在社会层面上,要大力倡导和培育崇尚科学、尊重知识、尊重人才的思想文化,使之真正成为全社会的"共享观念"。 展开更多

从政策设置的初衷出发,解析1+X证书制度试点运行过程中的异化行为及其组织行动逻辑。研究发现,试点培训评价组织在市场逻辑下,存在重准入轻过程、重收益轻质量、做大市场而非赋能教育的现象;而试点院校在科层逻辑下,体现为强调申报忽略... 从政策设置的初衷出发,解析1+X证书制度试点运行过程中的异化行为及其组织行动逻辑。研究发现,试点培训评价组织在市场逻辑下,存在重准入轻过程、重收益轻质量、做大市场而非赋能教育的现象;而试点院校在科层逻辑下,体现为强调申报忽略证书筛选、考虑成本设卡申报数量、应付考证缺乏融通的选择性执行行为。最终,1+X证书制度的校企双方合作目标双重异化,合作结构权力失衡,合作关系合而未“和”。提出三方面优化策略:建立“规范”,利用合法性机制扩散范例;平衡权力,通过差异性资源互赖促进协同;奖优驱劣,设计经济激励机制纠偏提质。 展开更多

乡村治理有效是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。既有研究在探讨如何实现乡村治理有效问题时往往将研究重点置于如何形塑乡村社会中国家与社会、行政与自治的关系,而较少关注到乡村社会内部的组织关系对乡村治理有效性的影响。基于"行... 乡村治理有效是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。既有研究在探讨如何实现乡村治理有效问题时往往将研究重点置于如何形塑乡村社会中国家与社会、行政与自治的关系,而较少关注到乡村社会内部的组织关系对乡村治理有效性的影响。基于"行为-组织-治理"的分析框架和苏南YL村的田野调查发现:在集体理性的驱动下,村级组织公共理性行为和经济理性行为为村集体造就了巨大的经济财富,并构建了"政经不分"的管理体制。但由于该体制下的利益分配主要基于以村籍制度为基础的产权确认,导致村民自治的封闭性和排他性,无法有效回应变化中的乡村治理需求并对乡村治理有效性提出挑战。这时,集体理性导向下的组织理性加速了村级组织结构的重塑与功能分化,实现了农村社区的"政经分离"和乡村治理转型,主要表现为经济组织的职能归位和乡村治理产业化转型、社区组织的结构变迁和乡村治理的服务化转型、多元组织的共建共治与乡村治理的协同化转型,由此探索出一条实现乡村治理有效的理想进路。 展开更多

High-entropy alloy composites(HEACs)have attracted significant attention due to their exceptional mechanical properties and chemical stability.By adjusting the content of reinforcing particles in the high-entropy alloy and by employing advanced additive manufacturing techniques,high-performance HEACs can be fabricated.However,there is still considerable room for improvement in their performance.In this study,CoCrFeMnNi HEA powders were used as the matrix,and NiCoFeAlTi high-entropy intermetallic powders were used as the high-entropy reinforcement(HER).CoCrFeMnNi/NiCoFeAlTi HEACs were fabricated using selective laser melting technology.The study results indicate that after aging,the microstructure of HEACs with HER exhibits Al-and Ti-rich nano-oxide precipitates with an orthorhombic CMCM type structure system.After aging at 873 K for 2 h,HEACs with HER achieved excellent overall mechanical properties,with an ultimate tensile strength of 731 MPa.This is attributed to the combined and synergistic effects of precipitation strengthening,dislocation strengthening,and the high lattice distortion caused by high intragranular defects,which provide a multi-scale strengthening and hardening mechanism for the plastic deformation of HEACs with HER.This study demonstrates that aging plays a crucial role in controlling the precipitate phases in complex multi-element alloys. 展开更多

Wire-arc additive manufacture(WAAM)has great potential for manufacturing of Al-Cu components.However,inferior mechanical properties of WAAM deposited material restrict its industrial application.Inter-layer cold rolling and thermo-mechanical heat treatment(T8)with pre-stretching deformation between solution and aging treatment were adopted in this study.Their effects on hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed and compared to the conventional heat treatment(T6).The results show that cold rolling increases the hardness and strengths,which further increase with T8 treatment.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 513 MPa and yield stress(YS)of 413 MPa can be obtained in the inter-layer cold-rolled sample with T8 treatment,which is much higher than that in the as-deposited samples.The cold-rolled samples show higher elongation than that of as-deposited ones due to significant elimination of porosity in cold rolling;while both the T6 and T8 treatments decrease the elongation.The cold rolling and pre-stretching deformation both contribute to the formation of dense and dispersive precipitatedθ′phases,which inhibits the dislocation movement and enhances the strengths;as a result,T8 treatment shows better strengthening effect than the T6 treatment.The strengthening mechanism was analyzed and it was mainly related to work hardening and precipitation strengthening. 展开更多

Ti-6Al-4V specimens were fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)to study the effect of thermal treatment on the phase transformation,elemental diffusion,microstructure,and mechanical properties.The results show that vanadium enriches around the boundary ofαphases with increasing annealing temperature to 973 K,andα′phases transform intoα+βat 973 K.The typicalα′martensite microstructure transforms to fine-scale equiaxed microstructure at 973 K and the equiaxed microstructure significantly coarsens with increasing annealing temperature to 1273 K.The SLM Ti-6Al-4V alloy annealed at 973 K exhibits a well-balanced combination of strength and ductility((1305±25)MPa and(37±3)%,respectively). 展开更多

The solidification microstructure,fracture morphologies,and mechanical properties of an Al-18Si alloy and alloys modified with Al-5Ti and Al-3P master alloys were investigated using an optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,and an electronic universal testing machine.The results show that additions of Al-5Ti and Al-3P have significant effects on the size and area fraction of the primary Si and the mechanical properties of the Al-18Si alloy.Compared to the Al-18Si alloy modified with 0.6 wt%Al-5Ti at 850°C,when the Al-18Si alloy was modified with 0.3 wt%Al-5Ti and 0.5 wt%Al-3P at the same temperature,the average size of the primary Si decreased from 39 to 14μm and the area fraction increased from 9.5%to 11.6%.The biggest influencing factor on the tensile strength and elongation of the Al-18Si alloy is the addition of Al-3P,followed by the modification temperature and the addition of Al-5Ti.At a modification temperature of 850°C,the tensile strength and elongation of the Al-18Si alloy modified with 0.3 wt%Al-5Ti+0.5 wt%Al-3P increased by 19.6%and 88.6%,respectively compared to that of the Al-18Si alloy modified with 0.6 wt%Al-5Ti. 展开更多

In the present work,paraffin phase change material is used as quenchant for the heat treatment of 42CrMo4 alloy and compared with water,air,and CuO doped paraffin.The samples were prepared based on ASTM E 8M-98 standard for tensile test and then heated up to 830°C,kept for 4 h in an electric resistance furnace and then quenched in the mentioned media.Elastic modulus,yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,elongation,and modulus of toughness were determined according to the obtained stress?strain curves.Moreover,the hardness and microstructural evolution were investigated after the heat treatment at different media.The samples quenched in paraffin and CuO-doped paraffin are higher in ultimate tensile strength(1439 and 1306 MPa,respectively)than those quenched in water(1190 MPa)and air(1010 MPa).The highest hardness,with a value of HV 552,belonged to the sample quenched in CuO-doped paraffin.The microstructural studies revealed that the non-tempered steel had a ferrite/pearlite microstructure,while by quenching in water,paraffin and CuO-doped paraffin,ferrite/martensite microstructures were achieved.It is also observed that using the air as quenchant resulted in a three-phase bainite/martensite/ferrite microstructure. 展开更多

In this paper,the 2.6 vol%TiBw/Ti6Al4V composites with network architecture were fabricated by hot press sintering(HPS)at 1100℃ for 1 h,and the quantitative relationships between phases and heat treatment temperatures were established.The results showed that the volume fraction phases changed linearly with a range of solution temperature(930-1010℃)and aging temperature(400-600℃).Moreover,the composites with equiaxed microstructure were obtained due to the static recrystallization after solution treated at 950℃ for 1 h and aging treated at 600℃ for 12 h.The ultimate high temperature tensile strengths were 772,658,392 and 182 MPa,and the elongations were 9.1%,12.5%,28.6%and 35.3%at 400,500,600 and 700℃,respectively.In addition,fractured morphology analysis indicated the excellent strengthening effect of TiBw at a temperature below 600℃.However,the strengthening effect was significantly reduced due to the debonding of matrix and TiBw at 700℃ and caused the cracks to propagate along the grain boundary. 展开更多

Mechanical properties and microstructures of Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy after solution treatments were investigated by means of optical microscopy (OM), tensile test, hardness measurement and electrical conductivity test, differential scanning calorimetric (DSC), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transition electron microscopy (TEM), respectively The results show that both tensile strength and hardness increase first and then decrease with temperature at constant holding time of 30 min with maximum strength and hardness appearing at 520 ℃. Tensile strength, hardness and elongation of samples treated at 520 ℃ for 30 min are 566 MPa (σb), 512 MPa (σ0.2), HB 148 and 8.23% (δ), respectively. There are certain amount of fine T1 (AI2CuLi) phase dispersing among AI substrates according to TEM images. This may result in mixed fracture morphology with trans-granular and inter-granular delamination cracks observed in SEM images. 展开更多
