含多分支配电网拓扑结构复杂,传统算法常忽略分支,测距精度受到影响。为此,提出基于投入并联小电阻的含多分支配电网单相接地故障行波测距方法。首先,检测故障零模、线模波到达首端的时间差,投入消弧线圈处并联小电阻,利用并联小电阻产... 含多分支配电网拓扑结构复杂,传统算法常忽略分支,测距精度受到影响。为此,提出基于投入并联小电阻的含多分支配电网单相接地故障行波测距方法。首先,检测故障零模、线模波到达首端的时间差,投入消弧线圈处并联小电阻,利用并联小电阻产生的零模波到达首端的时刻,以及零模波到达故障点后折、反射产生的线模波到达首、末端的时刻,消除零模波波速影响。其次,定义故障判别系数,判断故障发生在主干线路或分支上,根据故障所在区段精确计算故障距离,并根据混合线路的特点对故障判别系数进行修正以适应混合线路。最后,在PSCAD仿真平台上对所述方法进行验证,结果表明所提方法可判断故障区段,精确定位故障点且耐受过渡电阻能力和抗同步误差能力强。 展开更多

When the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)system is running,there will be a condition that does not require power output for a short time.In order to achieve zero power output under low power consumption,it is necessary to consider the diversity of control targets and the complexity of dynamic models,which brings the challenge of high-precision tracking control of the stack output power and cathode intake flow.For system idle speed control,a modelbased nonlinear control framework is constructed in this paper.Firstly,the nonlinear dynamic model of output power and cathode intake flow is derived.Secondly,a control scheme combining nonlinear extended Kalman filter observer and state feedback controller is designed.Finally,the control scheme is verified on the PEMFC experimental platform and compared with the proportion-integration-differentiation(PID)controller.The experimental results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can realize the idle speed control of the fuel cell system and achieve the purpose of zero power output.Compared with PID controller,it has faster response speed and better system dynamics. 展开更多

In order to improve the filter accuracy for the nonlinear error model of strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) alignment, Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is presented for simulation with stationary base and moving base of SINS alignment. Simulation results show the superior performance of this approach when compared with classical suboptimal techniques such as extended Kalman filter in cases of large initial misalignment. CIFER software is used to identify steering and roll dynamics of a container ship. In this software, advanced features such as the Chirp-Z transform(CZT) and composite window optimization are applied to the time history of steering and roll dynamics to extract high quality frequency responses. From the extracted frequency responses, two linear transfer functions of Nomoto model are fitted for yaw and roll dynamics of the vessel. Based on the identified Nomoto model, a PID heading controller and a Kalman filter observer are constructed. The simulation results of heading controller for line of sight(LOS) waypoint guidance show excellent tracking of pilot inputs in the presence of wave induced motions and forces. 展开更多
