分析比较了纯质制冷剂在竖管及水平管内的局部换热系数的各种计算公式及计算方法,筛选出了与实验吻合较好的计算公式,计算结果表明,在冷凝过程中沿程局部换热系数变化很大,而且受壁温的影响很大,因此用分段计算的方法更为准确.

Copper electrolyte was purified by copper arsenite that was prepared with As2O3.And electrolysis experiments of purified electrolyte were carried out at 235 and 305 A/m2,respectively.The results show that the yield of copper arsenite is up to 98.64% when the molar ratio of Cu to As is 1.5 in the preparation of copper arsenite.The removal rates of Sb and Bi reach 74.11% and 65.60% respectively after copper arsenite is added in electrolyte.The concentrations of As,Sb and Bi in electrolyte nearly remain constant during electrolysis of 13 d.The appearances of cathode copper obtained at 235 and 305 A/m2 are slippery and even,and the qualification rate is 100% according to the Chinese standard of high-pure cathode copper(GB/T467-97). 展开更多

The vectorial structure of cosine-Gaussian beams (cGBs) is investigated in the far field regime based on the vector plane wave spectrum and the method of stationary phase. The energy flux densities of TE or TM term and the ratio of the energy flux of TE or TM term in the whole beam are demonstrated. It is found that the spot configurations of the energy flux densities associated with the TE and TM terms depend on the polarization angle and the beam parameter of the incident cGB. And the far field may be entirely transverse magnetic or transverse electric under appropriate polarization angle and beam parameter. 展开更多

High purity (99.999% or 5N, mass fraction) indium (In) was obtained through vacuum distillation using a 2N (99%) In as input material under a dynamic vacuum of 5 Pa. The glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS) was applied for the analysis of input material and the distilled indium. The results indicate that high-volatile impurities namely Cd, Zn, T1 and Pb can be removed from the indium matrix at the low fraction stage of 1 223 K for 120 min; Low-volatile impurities such as Fe, Ni, Cu, Sn can be reduced at the high fraction stage of 1 323 K for 120 min. The separation coefficient ,8i and activity coefficient Yi of impurities are calculated according to the experiments to fill the inadequate data of the thermodynamics. 展开更多

Purification and characterization of extracellular chitinase from a novel strain Aspergillus fumigatus CS-01

Twelve samples derived from different locations in south central area of China are treated by enrichment and spread-plate technique for initial screening. Seven chitinase-producing strains are isolated. The chitinase present in the culture supematant of strain CS-01 possesses the maximum activity of 0.118 U/mL. Analysis of the morphological feature and the ITS rDNA sequence reveals that strain CS-01 belongs to Aspergillus fumigatus. Production of the chitinase is regulated by a inducible way and the maximum activity appears at 36 h in colloidal chitin culture. Purification of the chitinase is carried out by salting out, gel filtrate chromatography and anion exchange chromatography sequentially. Native-PAGE and SDS-PAGE indicate that the chitinase from A. fumigatus CS-01 is a monomer with the relative molecular mass estimated to be 4.50 × 10^4. Its maximum activity appears at pH 5 and 55 ℃. The chitinase is stable at pH 4.0-7.5 and below 45 ℃. 展开更多
