华北油田拥有抽油机井5 000余口,目前的管理模式存在两方面的问题:一是对于已安装智慧油田组件的抽油机井,在数据远程传输通道中断的情况下,功图计量分析系统无法对抽油机井产量进行实时计量;二是对于无网络覆盖的边远抽油机井,目前无... 华北油田拥有抽油机井5 000余口,目前的管理模式存在两方面的问题:一是对于已安装智慧油田组件的抽油机井,在数据远程传输通道中断的情况下,功图计量分析系统无法对抽油机井产量进行实时计量;二是对于无网络覆盖的边远抽油机井,目前无法实现远程数字化管控。为此,展开了基于智能终端设备的功图计量分析系统研究,旨在利用智能终端设备的便捷性和可移动性,有效解决以上两方面问题。考虑到智能终端设备硬件存储及运算能力的限制,创新性地提出采用地面功图载荷线法确定有效泵冲程的新思路,建立了一种基于地面功图的功图算产模型,该模型运算简单、精度较高,且易于编程实现,在现场具有较高的应用价值。在华北油田某工区随机选取了8口抽油机井,利用上述模型对其产量进行了计算,计算结果表明,计算产量与真实产量的平均相对误差为5.1%,小于10%的行业标准,满足工程应用要求。 展开更多

On the basis of analysis and selection of factors influencing operation cost of coal resources development, fuzzy set method and artificial neural network (ANN) were adopted to set up the classification analysis model of coal resources. The collected samples were classified by using this model. Meanwhile, the pattern recognition model for classifying of the coal resources was built according to the factors influencing operation cost. Based on the results achieved above, in the light of the theory of information diffusion, the calculation model for operation cost of coal resources development has been presented and applied in practice, showing that these models are reasonable. 展开更多

It is important to study the methane transport phenomenon in a longwall panel under descensional ventilation conditions. In this paper the gob area is divided into a number of nodes to represent the rectangular percolating elements. The connections between nodes (elements) become branches,so that a network can be formed. Using the mechanics of porous media fluid flow, the mathematical model of air and gas flows has been established. Based on the existing ground pressure theories,the porosity of the inhomogeneous porous media in the gob can be given. In computer simulation it is considered that air pressure and temperature are functions of position ; air density, viscosity, and natural ventilation pressure are functions of temperature,pressure and methane concentration,and the resistance varies with air density and viscosity. Finally,the calculation results are given to show the differences between ascensional and descensional ventilation methods. 展开更多
