研究了惯性效应和端面倾斜对超高速气膜端面密封稳动态特性的影响.考虑气体惯性效应,建立了气膜端面密封稳动态特性数值分析模型,采用有限差分法求解稳态和微扰雷诺方程,获得端面膜压分布.数值分析了惯性效应和端面倾斜度对开启力、气... 研究了惯性效应和端面倾斜对超高速气膜端面密封稳动态特性的影响.考虑气体惯性效应,建立了气膜端面密封稳动态特性数值分析模型,采用有限差分法求解稳态和微扰雷诺方程,获得端面膜压分布.数值分析了惯性效应和端面倾斜度对开启力、气膜刚度和泄漏率等稳态性能参数以及刚度系数和阻尼系数等动态特性系数的影响规律,并以获得较大刚度系数为目标,获得了螺旋槽关键几何参数的优选值范围.结果表明:在超高速条件下,考虑惯性效应后的干气密封泄漏率显著减小,刚漏比明显增大,而开启力、气膜刚度和动特性系数变化不大;倾斜端面气膜密封相较于平行端面气膜密封具有更佳的低频刚度和高频阻尼. 展开更多

数值分析了斜直线、圆弧线、抛物线和超椭圆曲线等四种经典型线型槽干气密封(DGS)的稳动态特性及适用工况.考虑轴向微扰,建立了干气密封稳、动态特性的数值分析模型,采用有限差分法求解稳态和微扰雷诺方程.提出密封性能参数优化带以表... 数值分析了斜直线、圆弧线、抛物线和超椭圆曲线等四种经典型线型槽干气密封(DGS)的稳动态特性及适用工况.考虑轴向微扰,建立了干气密封稳、动态特性的数值分析模型,采用有限差分法求解稳态和微扰雷诺方程.提出密封性能参数优化带以表征某型线型槽DGS的性能水平,分析不同型线型槽DGS密封性能优化带上边界随压缩数压力比和频率数的变化规律,给出不同工况条件下几种经典型线的最优形状系数优选值.结果表明:通过密封端面型槽型线的合理设计有望大幅提高对数螺旋槽DGS的稳态密封性能,超椭圆槽DGS在高压缩数压力比条件下的气膜刚度和刚漏比,以及在低频条件下的阻尼系数均较对数螺旋槽DGS大幅提升,适用于高速、低压工况,而斜直线槽DGS适用于高压、低速工况;型线形状系数对DGS的稳动态特性影响显著,其最优值与目标函数和工况条件紧密相关. 展开更多

A nonlinear lateral-torsional coupled vibration model of a planetary gear system was established by taking transmission errors,time varying meshing stiffness and multiple gear backlashes into account.The bifurcation diagram of the system's motion state with rotational speed of sun gear was conducted through four steps.As a bifurcation parameter,the effect of rotational speed on the bifurcation properties of the system was assessed.The study results reveal that periodic motion is the main motion state of planetary gear train in low speed region when ns<2 350 r/min,but chaos motion state is dominant in high speed region when ns>2 350 r/min,The way of periodic motion to chaos is doubling bifurcation.There are two kinds of unstable modes and nine unstable regions in the speed region when 1 000 r/min<ns<3 000 r/min. 展开更多

Currently, the flow field of annular seals disturbed by the circular whirl motion of rotors is usually solved using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) to evaluate the five rotordynamic coefficients. The simulations are based on the traditional quasi-steady method. In this work, an improved quasi-steady method along with the transient method was presented to compute the rotordynamic coefficients of a long seal. By comparisons with experimental data, the shortcomings of quasi-steady methods have been identified. Then, the effects of non-uniform incoming flow on seal dynamic coefficients were studied by transient simulations. Results indicate that the long seal has large cross stiffness k and direct mass M which are not good for rotor stability, while the transient method is more suitable for the long seal for its excellent performance in predicting M. When the incoming flow is non-uniform, the stiffness coefficients vary with the eccentric directions. Based on the rotordynamic coefficients under uniform incoming flow, the linearized fluid force formulas, which can consider the effects of non-uniform incoming flow, have been presented and can well explain the varying-stiffness phenomenon. 展开更多
