基于大数据的政府治理现代化特征指标神经系统模型构建

基于某市统计年鉴、“十三五规划”中关于政府经济和资源的相关数据,利用大数据技术对其进行了挖掘研究。通过决策树技术建立了成绩预测模型并对其进行了修正,提取了分类规则。对经济因素、资源因素、环境因素、人口因素等多个因素进行... 基于某市统计年鉴、“十三五规划”中关于政府经济和资源的相关数据,利用大数据技术对其进行了挖掘研究。通过决策树技术建立了成绩预测模型并对其进行了修正,提取了分类规则。对经济因素、资源因素、环境因素、人口因素等多个因素进行了详细分析,得到了各个因素对政府治理现代化的影响,并提出了针对性意见。通过数据测试验证了该BP神经网络模型的准确率高达87.53%。该神经网络模型可以为政府管理和城市化治理设计提供理论依据,推动政府治理走向现代化。 展开更多

Future manufacturing systems need to cope with frequent changes and disturbances, therefore their control architectures require constant adaptability, agility, stability, self-organization, intelligence, and robustness. Bio-inspired manufacturing system can well satisfy these requirements. For this purpose, by referencing the biological organization structure and the mechanism, a bio-inspired manufacturing cell is presented from a novel view, and then a bio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing model is established based on the ultra-short feedback mechanism of the neuro-endocrine system. A hio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing system coordinated model is also established based on the neuro-endocrine-immunity system (NEIS). Finally, an example based on pheromone communication mechanism indicates that the robustness of the whole manufacturing system is improved by bio-inspired technologies. 展开更多

This paper investigates the problem of the model validation in identifying discrete-time-nonlinear dynamic systems by using neural networks with a single hidden layer.Based on the estimation theory,a synthetic error-index(SEI)criterion for the neural network models has been developed.By using the powerful training algorithm of recursive prediction error (RPE),two simulated non-linear systems are studied,and the results show that the synthetic error-index criterion can be used to verify the dynamic neural network models.Furthermore,the proposed technique is much simple in calculation than that of the effective correlation tests.Finally,some problems required by further study are discussed. 展开更多

A nonlinear response model and a linear hydrodynamic model of ship maneuvering motion are also investigated. The maneuverability indices and linear non-dimensional hydrodynamic derivatives in the models are identified by using two-layer feed forward NNs. The stability of parametric estimation is confirmed. Then, the ship maneuvering motion is predicted based on the obtained models. A comparison between the predicted results and the model test results demonstrates the validity of the proposed modeling method. 展开更多

Microglial activation plays an important role in a panel of neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis(MS) and Parkinson's disease(PD),and is a key target for developing therapeutic strategies for these diseases.Ketogenic diet (KD),which is able to inhibit microglial activation in substantia nigra pars compacta of mice,has been shown effective in a mouse model of PD,possibly through increasing D-β-hydroxybutyrate(D-β-HB),a major component of ketone bodies.To verify this,we developed an in vitro model of microglia activation with a microglia line,BV-2,and investigated how D-β-HB have an effect on the LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We found D-β-HB is able to recover the cell viability,and inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators and cytokines such as ROS,nitrite,IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6,which otherwise were increased in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We conclude that the LPS induced BV-2 cells activation is a valid in vitro model of microglia activation.D-β-HB is able to suppress the activation of BV-2 cells, which might account for one of the possible reasons of KD therapy on the PD model. 展开更多

The distribution of the immediate early gene c-fos expression in the mouse central nervous system after subcutaneous injection of Bay K 8644 was observed immunohistochemically. Half an hour after injection, cfos protein (FOS) was expressed in the piriform cortex, sensorimotor cortex, caudate putamen, thalamic paraventricular nucleus and striate cortex,etc. Intense FOS immunoreactive (FOS-ir) cells were seen during 2 ~ 4 h after injection. The restllts suggested that the distribution of FOS-ir ce1ls after subcutaneous injection of Bay K 8644 was coincldent with that of L-type calcium channels in the different areas of the CNS. After Bay K 8644 injection, mice appeared seizure-like behavior. The percentage of cells double-labelled by FOS and CaBP immunoreactivities in the observed regions was about 60. 2~72. 8% in CaBP-ir cells. It suggested that most CaBP-lr cells may have L-type calcium channels. 展开更多
