含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺薄膜的高频沿面放电特性 被引量:6

用于高频电力变压器匝间绝缘的聚酰亚胺,因沿面放电而易发生绝缘失效,利用硅氧结构进行改性是有效的解决方法。该文研究高频电应力下含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺薄膜的沿面放电特性,通过向聚酰亚胺中引入5%等效摩尔含量的纳米SiO2粒子(SiO2-PI)... 用于高频电力变压器匝间绝缘的聚酰亚胺,因沿面放电而易发生绝缘失效,利用硅氧结构进行改性是有效的解决方法。该文研究高频电应力下含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺薄膜的沿面放电特性,通过向聚酰亚胺中引入5%等效摩尔含量的纳米SiO2粒子(SiO2-PI)和二硅氧烷GAPD(GAPD-PI),与纯聚酰亚胺(PI)一起进行沿面绝缘强度和全寿命沿面放电特性测试,并结合电阻率、紫外-可见光谱、SEM等测试技术开展比较分析。结果表明:在针-板电极的高频沿面放电中,电晕易向前发展,闪络破坏性更大,正半周比负半周放电更为剧烈,极性反转处放电强度大。放电幅值先出现波动而后到达峰值,单位时间内放电次数持续上升,密集放电比重逐渐增加。含硅氧结构改性聚酰亚胺的沿面绝缘强度均有所提升,其中GAPD-PI更好。SiO2-PI前期的放电幅值与次数与PI相近,密集放电多于PI,但PI发展迅速,后期放电的剧烈程度超过SiO2-PI。进一步研究给出材料改性对高频沿面放电特性的影响机制:放电前期,电阻率影响较大,大电阻率会抑制沿面放电发展;放电中后期,陷阱密度、深度的增加导致放电剧烈程度增加,此时光能影响较大,吸收光能一方面使材料电荷转移络合作用增强,另一方面减轻了光能对放电的促进作用。同时,材料化学结构也对沿面放电特性产生较大影响。 展开更多

K-B-Al体系对磷矿熔融特性及玻璃结构的影响

为解决磷尾矿的堆积问题,以磷尾矿和低品位磷矿为主要原料,以B_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)、KCl等为助剂,通过热法加工实现磷尾矿及中低品位磷矿的活化并制备玻璃肥料。通过单因素和响应曲面实验探究了K-B-Al体系对磷尾矿体系熔融特性的影响... 为解决磷尾矿的堆积问题,以磷尾矿和低品位磷矿为主要原料,以B_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)、KCl等为助剂,通过热法加工实现磷尾矿及中低品位磷矿的活化并制备玻璃肥料。通过单因素和响应曲面实验探究了K-B-Al体系对磷尾矿体系熔融特性的影响,结合X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)探讨了助剂添加对熔融产物元素活化效果和渣相结构的影响。结果表明,在磷尾矿、低品位磷矿、蛇纹石、KCl、B_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)配比为55∶25∶20∶7∶10∶1.5时,体系熔融流动温度TF最低为1135℃,较常规体系降低335℃。在1350℃时熔融所得玻璃肥料P_(2)O_(5)、CaO、MgO活化率均达到95%左右。分析了熔融温度和助剂对物料玻璃网络结构的影响。在所选工艺条件下B_(2)O_(3)以断裂硅氧网络为主,Al_(2)O_(3)既参与网络组成,也破坏硅氧网络。 展开更多

[SiO2/FePt]5/Ag thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering on the glass substrates and post annealing at 550 ℃ for 30 min in vacuum. Vibrating sample magnetometer and X-ray diffraction analyser were applied to study the magnetic properties and microstructures of the films. The results show that without Ag underlayer [SiO2/FePt]5 films deposited onto the glass are FCC disordered; with the addition of Ag underlayer [SiO]FePt]5/Ag films are changed into L10 and (111) mixed texture. The variation of the SiO2 nonmagnetic layer thickness in [SiO2/FePt]5/Ag films indicates that SiO2-doping plays an important role in improving the order parameter and the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, and reducing the grain size and intergrain interactions. By controlling SiO2 thickness the highly perpendicular magnetic anisotropy can be obtained in the [SiO2 (0.6 nm)/FePt (3 nm)]5/Ag (50 nm) films and highly (001)-oriented films can be obtained in the [SiO2 (2 nm)/FePt (3 nm)]5/Ag (50 nm) films. 展开更多

The structural changes of silicate anions in the desilication process with the addition of calcium hydrate alumino-carbonate were studied by measuring Raman spectra, infrared spectra and corresponding second derivative spectra. The results show that the desilication ratio in the solution prepared by the addition of sodium silicate(solution-SS) is much greater than that in the solution by the addition of green liquor(solution-GL), and low alumina concentration in the sodium aluminate solutions facilitates the desilication process. It is also shown that alumino-silicate anions in the solution-GL, and Q^3 polymeric silicate anions in solution-SS are predominant, respectively. In addition, increasing the concentration of silica favors respectively the formation of the alumino-silicate or the Q^3 silicate anions in the solution-GL or the solution-SS. Therefore, it can be inferred that the low desilication ratio in the silicate-bearing aluminate solution is mainly attributed to the existence of alumino-silicate anions. 展开更多

In the present work,samples of Al-Si-Cu piston alloy after T6 heat treatment were exposed for 2 h at temperatures ranging from 400 to 550°C.The evolution of surface roughness and microstructure of the alloy during thermal exposure was studied by combination methods of roughness profiles,optical and scanning electron microscopy as well as XRD analysis.It is found that the roughness and mass of the alloy increase with the raise of the thermal exposure temperature,and the increasing rates of them are slow as the exposure temperature is below 500°C,but accelerates abruptly when the temperature is higher than 500°C.The variation of surface roughness of the alloy is closely related to phase transformation and oxidation during the thermal exposure. 展开更多

Low-temperature sintering and properties of LTCC (low temperature co-fired ceramics) materials based on CaO-BaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass and various fillers such as Al2O3, silica glass, christobalite, AlN, ZrO2, MgO-SiO2, TiO2 were investigated. The results show that densification, crystallization, microstructures and dielectric properties of the composites are found to strongly depend on the type of filler. The densification process of glass/ceramic composites with various fillers is mainly from 600 ℃ to 925 ℃, and the initial compacting temperature of samples is 600 ℃. The initial rapid densification of samples starts at its glass softening temperature. LTCC compositions containing Al2O3, silica glass, AlN and MgO-SiO2 fillers start to have the crystallization peaks at 890, 903, 869 and 844 ℃, respectively. The crystallization peaks are believed as correlated to the crystallization of CaAl2SiO8, β-SiO2, Ca2Al2SiO7 and β-SiO2. The composite ceramic with Al2O3, silica glass and TiO2 ceramic have a better dense structure and better smooth fracture surface. Sample for Al2O3 has the lowest dielectric loss tanδ value of 0.00091, whereas the sample for MgO.SiO, has the highest dielectric loss tanδ value of 0.02576. The sample for TiO2 has the highest dielectric constant value of 14.46, whereas the sample for AIN has the lowest dielectric constant value of 4.61. 展开更多

The samples were prepared by the ultra-high vacuum electron beam evaporation. The clear band gaps were observed. Satisfactory agreement between experimental and calculated results was obtained without fitting. The thickness of SiO_(2 )film has influence on the photonic band gap, as well as it awfully affects the transmittance of Ag. More layers can get clearer PBG. 展开更多
