以工业H2O2为原料制备稳定的硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠加合物,考察了原料配比、反应温度和稳定剂对产品的影响;研究了母液循环工艺及产品稳定性。结果表明,以250 g Na2SO4为基准,加入300 mL27.5%H2O2,50 gNaCl,反应温度10℃左右,稳定剂选...以工业H2O2为原料制备稳定的硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠加合物,考察了原料配比、反应温度和稳定剂对产品的影响;研究了母液循环工艺及产品稳定性。结果表明,以250 g Na2SO4为基准,加入300 mL27.5%H2O2,50 gNaCl,反应温度10℃左右,稳定剂选用复合稳定剂时产品质量最佳;母液经5次循环,其组成、固相产品质量及产品中H2O2含量基本不变;产品在100℃加热,3 h的分解率小于2%;将5%的产品配入国标洗衣粉,其稳定性为过碳酸钠的20倍,与洗衣粉的配伍性较好。展开更多
