The in-tube SPME (ITSPME) was emerged and employed in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as an efficient and simple preparation method, which offers several advantages over the fiber SPME syringe[6]. The ITSPME should preserve the advantages of SPME, and could offer higher enrichment factor, better quantitation, and automation through an on-line coupling with a chromatograph.展开更多
