确定透平膨胀机与同轴增压机匹配条件的电算方法

在确定膨胀制冷、同轴增压机制动轻油回收流程的工艺参数时,应考虑膨胀机与增压机的功率匹配关系.本文以PR状态方程为基础,介绍了功率匹配数学模型、程序框图.用FORTRAN77语言编制的功率匹配单元计算程序,在PDP-11/23机试算得到满意结果.

A finite element algorithm combined with divergence condition was presented for computing three-dimensional(3D) magnetotelluric forward modeling. The finite element equation of three-dimensional magnetotelluric forward modeling was derived from Maxwell's equations using general variation principle. The divergence condition was added forcedly to the electric field boundary value problem, which made the solution correct. The system of equation of the finite element algorithm was a large sparse, banded, symmetric, ill-conditioned, non-Hermitian complex matrix equation, which can be solved using the Bi-CGSTAB method. In order to prove correctness of the three-dimensional magnetotelluric forward algorithm, the computed results and analytic results of one-dimensional geo-electrical model were compared. In addition, the three-dimensional magnetotelluric forward algorithm is given a further evaluation by computing COMMEMI model. The forward modeling results show that the algorithm is very efficient, and it has a lot of advantages, such as the high precision, the canonical process of solving problem, meeting the internal boundary condition automatically and adapting to all kinds of distribution of multi-substances. 展开更多

In order to characterize the voltage behavior of a lithium-ion battery for on-board electric vehicle battery management and control applications,a battery model with a moderate complexity was established.The battery open circuit voltage (OCV) as a function of state of charge (SOC) was depicted by the Nernst equation.An equivalent circuit network was adopted to describe the polarization effect of the lithium-ion battery.A linear identifiable formulation of the battery model was derived by discretizing the frequent-domain description of the battery model.The recursive least square algorithm with forgetting was applied to implement the on-line parameter calibration.The validation results show that the on-line calibrated model can accurately predict the dynamic voltage behavior of the lithium-ion battery.The maximum and mean relative errors are 1.666% and 0.01%,respectively,in a hybrid pulse test,while 1.933% and 0.062%,respectively,in a transient power test.The on-line parameter calibration method thereby can ensure that the model possesses an acceptable robustness to varied battery loading profiles. 展开更多

A method for improving the level of reliability of distribution systems is presented by employing an integrated voltage sag mitigation method that comprises a two-staged strategy,namely,distribution network reconfiguration(DNR)followed by DSTATCOM placement.Initially,an optimal DNR is applied to reduce the propagated voltage sags during the test period.The second stage involves optimal placement of the DSTATCOM to assist the already reconfigured network.The gravitational search algorithm is used in the process of optimal DNR and in placing DSTATCOM.Reliability assessment is performed using the well-known indices.The simulation results show that the proposed method is efficient and feasible for improving the level of system reliability. 展开更多

The shortcoming of this method is that the product must be in service. To design and enhance the reliability of the electromechanical product, the reliability evaluation method must be feasible and correct. Reliability evaluation method and algorithm were proposed. The reliability of product can be calculated by the reliability of subsystems which can be gained by experiment or historical data. The reliability of the machining center was evaluated by the method and algorithm as one example. The calculation result shows that the solution accuracy of mean time between failures is 97.4% calculated by the method proposed in this article compared by the traditional method. The method and algorithm can be used to evaluate the reliability of electromechanical product before it is in service. 展开更多

Permanent magnet tubular linear motors(TLMs) arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns used for a radiotherapy machine were studied. Due to severe volumetric and thermal constraints, the TLMs were at high risk of overheating. To predict the performance of the TLMs accurately, a multi-physics analysis approach was proposed. Specifically, it considered the coupling effects amongst the electromagnetic and the thermal models of the TLMs, as well as the fluid model of the surrounding air. To reduce computation cost, both the electromagnetic and the thermal models were based on lumped-parameter methods. Only a minimum set of numerical computation(computational fluid dynamics, CFD) was performed to model the complex fluid behavior. With the proposed approach, both steady state and transient state temperature distributions, thermal rating and permissible load can be predicted. The use of design method considering a coil temperature to maximize the thrust density of a double side coreless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) was presented.The optimal current density where the coil temperature reaches an allowable temperature with heat analysis was applied to a magnetic circuit design.Changing optimal current density is verified whenever the design parameters of the motor are altered.The design parameters of the motor were applied to thrust calculation.In this way,the optimal model,which is a reversal of the existing design method,is deduced.The results were compared with the experimental data to verify their validity.When the convection heat transfer coefficient is applied to other models,the results of the analysis and test values show good concordance.The method proposed has some limitations. 展开更多
