目的探讨正常人眼黄斑区视网膜阈值敏感度和黄斑注视情况。方法使用激光扫描检眼镜,对61人61只正常眼进行微视野检查,测量黄斑区10°范围内40个点的阈值敏感度以及黄斑注视情况。分析视网膜不同部位及年龄与视觉敏感度之间的相关性...目的探讨正常人眼黄斑区视网膜阈值敏感度和黄斑注视情况。方法使用激光扫描检眼镜,对61人61只正常眼进行微视野检查,测量黄斑区10°范围内40个点的阈值敏感度以及黄斑注视情况。分析视网膜不同部位及年龄与视觉敏感度之间的相关性。结果距中心凹相同距离、不同方位的视网膜阈值敏感度差异无统计学意义。距中心凹距离和年龄分别与局部视网膜阈值敏感度呈负相关。距中心凹距离每增加1°,视网膜阈值敏感度下降0.34 dB 年龄每增加10岁,阈值敏感度下降0.40 dB。正常人眼均为中心凹注视。注视点稳定性以协方差矩阵值(|s|)表示,95%正常值参考范围为0-0.12度4。结论在黄斑区10°范围内,距中心凹距离和年龄对视网膜阈值敏感度有显著影响。测量局部视网膜敏感度和黄斑注视情况,可作为视功能指标用于黄斑病变的随访和疗效判断,也有助于在黄斑疾病的手术治疗中保护注视点。展开更多
