为了筛选出高效液化竹材催化剂,达到竹材温和条件下液化,该文利用等温差示热量扫描曲线方法,分析了不同催化剂(KCl和K2CO3)对毛竹材液化剂苯酚液化反应的影响。在20~300℃温度范围内,运用Kissinger方程在不同的升温速率(5、10、15和2... 为了筛选出高效液化竹材催化剂,达到竹材温和条件下液化,该文利用等温差示热量扫描曲线方法,分析了不同催化剂(KCl和K2CO3)对毛竹材液化剂苯酚液化反应的影响。在20~300℃温度范围内,运用Kissinger方程在不同的升温速率(5、10、15和20℃/min)下进行动力学研究。结果表明:竹材液化反应是吸热反应;随着升温速率的增加,特征液化温度向高温方向移动;不同催化剂(K2CO3、KCl、无催化剂)条件下竹材液化反应表观活化能依次是45.95、59.99、58.00 kJ/mol,可见K2CO3适合做竹材液化的催化剂。由外推法得出竹材液化反应最佳工艺为:催化剂为K2CO3,初始液化温度为69.1℃,液化峰高温度为97.3℃,液化峰终温度为111.9℃。 展开更多

采用非等温差热分析(DTA)技术,分析了竹材在苯酚和酚油介质条件下液化反应动力学的影响。运用Kissinger方程在不同的升温速率下进行动力学研究,并由动态DTA曲线求出固化反应动力学参数,进而建立体系的液化反应动力学模型。实验结果表明... 采用非等温差热分析(DTA)技术,分析了竹材在苯酚和酚油介质条件下液化反应动力学的影响。运用Kissinger方程在不同的升温速率下进行动力学研究,并由动态DTA曲线求出固化反应动力学参数,进而建立体系的液化反应动力学模型。实验结果表明,苯酚竹材液化体系(PLB)和酚油竹材液化体系(POLB)反应级数分别为0.905 9和0.950 5,平均活化能分别为68.95 kJ/mol和105.43 kJ/mol,指前因子分别为4.08×104s-1和8.91×104s-1;两者的反应级数较为接近,说明PLB和POLB的液化反应模式基本相同;与POLB相比,PLB液化体系液化能耗和液化温度相对较低。由外推法得出竹材液化反应最佳工艺为:液化介质为苯酚,初始液化温度为70.4℃,液化峰高温为110.5℃,液化峰终温为126.8℃。 展开更多

The precipitation performance and kinetics of gibbsite from sodium aluminate solution with different sodium oxalate concentrations as well as the corresponding influence mechanism of oxalate during the seed precipitation process were systematically investigated by physicochemical properties test,using SEM and Raman spectra.As the concentration of sodium oxalate increases,both the precipitation rate and particle size of gibbsite decrease.The presence of sodium oxalate not only increases the viscosity of sodium aluminate solution,but also promotes the transformation of Al(OH)4^? to Al2O(OH)6^2?.The overall reaction rate constant decreases and the apparent activation energy of gibbsite increases with the increasing sodium oxalate concentration,the rate controlling step of which is chemical reaction.The needle-like sodium oxalate precipitates on the gibbsite crystals and covers the active Al(OH)3 seed sites,which leads to the lower precipitation rate and the finer particle size of gibbsite during the seed precipitation process. 展开更多

According to the existing problems of liquefaction models of saturated sand that were put forward under dynamic action,on the basis of Handin-Drnevich model,a new calculating model of the dynamic constitutive relation of saturated sand was put forward.The model was based on the basic hypothesis of instantaneous limit balance according to the basic principle that the stress estate is the destroyed condition was not overstepped.The calculated method of increment nonlinear was referenced and combined with the excellence of the model of distributed particles.The process of vibrating liquefaction of saturated sand was divided into some areas.And the phenomena of shearing dilatation and unloading shrink of saturated sand were considered.On above basic a new calculating constitutive relation model was proposed.There are a few parameters in the model.The physical means of the parameters are very evident and quantized.They could be obtained from the dynamic triaxial test in door.The model was contrasted and validated with the results of the dynamic triaxial test in door.The comparison of the results of the dynamic triaxial test in door and the calculating results of the model indicates that all sorts of phenomenon appearing in the process of liquefaction of saturated sand could be more perfectly reflected by the model.Especially at the initial stage of development of pore water pressure and strain of saturated sand,the results of the dynamic triaxial test in door are consistent with the calculated results of the model very much.But there is some difference between the results at the anaphase of development of pore water pressure and strain.On the path of stress,the calculating and experimenting ultimate state surfaces are almost identical. 展开更多

A new electro-hydraulic exciter that consists of rotary valve and micro-displacement double-functioned hydraulic cylinder was proposed to realize different kinds of waveforms.Calculated fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation of rotary valve orifice reveals that orifice exists the two-throttle phenomenon.According to the finding,the revised flow area model was established.Vibration waveforms analysis was carried out by means of mathematic model and the related experiments were validated.Furthermore,as a new analysis indicator,saturation percentage was introduced first.The experimental results indicate that the revised flow area model is more accurate compared to the original one,and vibration waveforms can be optimized through suitable spool parameters and the revised cylinder structure. 展开更多

Consider the design and implementation of an electro-hydraulic control system for a robotic excavator, namely the Lancaster University computerized and intelligent excavator (LUCIE). The excavator was developed to autonomously dig trenches without human intervention. One stumbling block is the achievement of adequate, accurate, quick and smooth movement under automatic control, which is difficult for traditional control algorithm, e.g. PI/PID. A gain scheduling design, based on the true digital proportional-integral-plus (PIP) control methodology, was utilized to regulate the nonlinear joint dynamics. Simulation and initial field tests both demonstrated the feasibility and robustness of proposed technique to the uncertainties of parameters, time delay and load disturbances, with the excavator arm directed along specified trajectories in a smooth, fast and accurate manner. The tracking error magnitudes for oblique straight line and horizontal straight line are less than 20 mm and 50 mm, respectively, while the velocity reaches 9 m/min. 展开更多

Hydrogen sulfide in rural biogas was removed with liquid-phase catalytic oxidation.By using rare earth as catalyst,and sulfosalicylic acid as stabilizer,H2S purification efficiency could increase as high as 96%,and sulfur capacity of the composite solution was about 3 g/L.The results show that purification efficiency was affected by catalyst addition,pH,experimental temperature,and sulfur capacity.The parameters effects on catalytic oxidation were studied,and the optimized conditions were that Fe3+ concentration 0.08 mg/L,reaction temperature 70°C,pH 9.0,with a absorption solution volume of 50 mL,a gas flow rate 200 mL/min,and H2S mass concentration of 1.58-2.02 mg/m3. 展开更多
