鄂尔多斯盆地砂岩型铀成矿中两种流体系统相互作用——地球化学证据和流体动力学模拟 被引量:40

鄂尔多斯盆地内的铀矿床多产在盆地的边部,并主要以侏罗系直罗组砂岩为主岩,铀矿体与从红色到绿-绿灰色、从氧化向还原过渡带中的热液蚀变密切相关。与铀矿化有关的后生矿物内流体包裹体研究曾得出60~180℃指示埋藏或热液环境的均一温... 鄂尔多斯盆地内的铀矿床多产在盆地的边部,并主要以侏罗系直罗组砂岩为主岩,铀矿体与从红色到绿-绿灰色、从氧化向还原过渡带中的热液蚀变密切相关。与铀矿化有关的后生矿物内流体包裹体研究曾得出60~180℃指示埋藏或热液环境的均一温度。铀矿化共生方解石和高岭石的C、H、O同位素组成研究表明,热液方解石的δ13CV-PDB为-14.0‰~2.7‰、铀成矿流体的δDV-SMOW和δ18OV-SMOW分别是-130‰~-94‰和-9.1‰~4.8‰,C和H同位素组成指示出大量C和H来自烃类的氧化。盆地内流体流动的数值模拟表明,在侏罗纪-白垩纪盆地边缘相对抬升和盆地内地层轻微变倾过程中,发育出2种流体流动系统,即渗出流和渗入流。渗出流系统受盆地上覆沉积压实作用产生的超压驱动,起源于盆地下部,从盆地中心下部流向盆地边缘浅部;渗入流系统受重力驱动,从盆地边缘向下流向盆地中心。笔者认为铀矿化的定位与这2种流体系统的混合过程密切相关,从侏罗系—白垩系渗滤出来的U6+被渗入的雨水流体搬运,当与渗出的富烃盆地流体相遇时,烃类将U6+还原为U4+,并在2种流体系统的过渡带铀矿物沉淀。2种流体系统间过渡带的位置受地形起伏大小控制。在白垩纪末期(65Ma),假设从盆地中央到边缘的起伏为350m,则2种流体系统的过渡带定位于上侏罗统(铀矿化地层);在晚期因超压逐渐消失引起的地形小起伏情况下,过渡带也能发育在这个层位。2种流体流动系统的过渡带能够较长时期的保持在同一个层位,因此,白垩纪之后地形起伏的变小和超压的消失相结合,是铀成矿十分有利的条件。 展开更多

为了减少汽车冷却风扇产生的噪声,模仿猫头鹰翅膀的条纹状突起结构和翅膀前缘的锯齿状结构,对风扇叶片进行仿生学设计。通过正交实验设计确定9种风扇叶片的设计方案,对9种叶片方案进行计算流体动力学仿真分析,仿真结果表明,经仿生设计... 为了减少汽车冷却风扇产生的噪声,模仿猫头鹰翅膀的条纹状突起结构和翅膀前缘的锯齿状结构,对风扇叶片进行仿生学设计。通过正交实验设计确定9种风扇叶片的设计方案,对9种叶片方案进行计算流体动力学仿真分析,仿真结果表明,经仿生设计后的大部分叶片都起到降噪的效果。将由3D打印所得的叶片模型安装在原有的风扇叶片上进行噪声实验,对实验结果进行极差分析,研究各设计参数对风扇降噪效果的影响。通过极差分析得出,对降噪效果影响最大的因素是叶片条纹半径,其次是条纹所在圆弧间距离,然后是齿槽半径,最后是齿槽所在圆弧间距离。该研究对于汽车冷却风扇的降噪设计具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

Simulation of pore scale fluid flow of granular ore media in heap leaching based on realistic model 被引量:3

Two-dimensional images of the granular ore media with different grain sizes were obtained from the X-ray computed tomography.Combined with the digital image processing and finite element techniques,the original grayscale images were transformed into the finite element models directly.By using these models,the simulations of pore scale fluid flow among particles were conducted with the COMSOL Multiphysics,and the distribution characteristics of fluid flow velocity and pressure were analyzed.The simulation results show that there exist obvious preferential flow and leaching blind zone in each granular medium.The flow velocity at pore throat is larger than that of pore body and the largest velocity reaches 0.22 m/s.The velocity decreases gradually from the center of pore throat and body to the surface of particles.The flow paths of granular media with larger grain size distribute equally,while the fluid flow velocities in most of areas of granular media with smaller grain size are lower,and some of them approach to zero,so the permeability is very low.There exist some pore clusters with different pressures,which is the basic reason for the uneven flow velocity distribution. 展开更多

According to the recently developed single-trough floating machine with the world's largest volume(inflatable mechanical agitation flotation machine with volume of 320 m3) in China, the gas-fluid two-phase flow in flotation cell was simulated using computational fluid dynamics method. It is shown that hexahedral mesh scheme is more suitable for the complex structure of the flotation cell than tetrahedral mesh scheme, and a mesh quality ranging from 0.7 to 1.0 is obtained. Comparative studies of the standard k-ε, k-ω and realizable k-ε turbulence models were carried out. It is indicated that the standard k-ε turbulence model could give a result relatively close to the practice and the liquid phase flow field is well characterized. In addition, two obvious recirculation zones are formed in the mixing zones, and the pressure on the rotor and stator is well characterized. Furthermore, the simulation results using improved standard k-ε turbulence model show that surface tension coefficient of 0.072, drag model of Grace and coefficient of 4, and lift coefficient of 0.001 can be achieved. The research results suggest that gas-fluid two-phase flow in large flotation cell can be well simulated using computational fluid dynamics method. 展开更多

A model for liquid-gas flow (MLGF), considering the flee movement of liquid surface, was built to simulate the wastewater velocity field and gas distribution in a full-scale Caroussel oxidation ditch with surface aeration. It was calibrated and validated by field measurement data, and the calibrated parameters and sections were selected based on both model analysis and numerical computation. The simulated velocities of MLGF were compared to that of a model for wastewater-sludge flow (MWSF). The results show that the free liquid surface considered in MLGF improves the simulated velocity results of upper layer and surface. Moreover, distribution of gas volume fraction (GVF) simulated by MLGF was compared to dissolved oxygen (DO) measured in the oxidation ditch. It is shown that DO distribution is affected by many factors besides GVF distribution. 展开更多
