The urine sample was prepared by solid phase extraction,and then was analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring and product ion scan mode. Three metabolites were identified as the oxidative metabolite,pilocarpic acid and the glucuronide of pilocarpine.展开更多
