残余气体电离型束流剖面探测器(IPM)可以实时提供高流强质子加速器调试和稳定运行所需的关键束流分布信息,中国散裂中子源(CSNS)直线加速器IPM装置采用紧凑型结构设计,通过离子模式收集并由光学成像系统实现束流横向一维分布测量。电极... 残余气体电离型束流剖面探测器(IPM)可以实时提供高流强质子加速器调试和稳定运行所需的关键束流分布信息,中国散裂中子源(CSNS)直线加速器IPM装置采用紧凑型结构设计,通过离子模式收集并由光学成像系统实现束流横向一维分布测量。电极板开孔处的蜂窝网格结构阻挡部分离子或电子进入微通道板,造成成像阴影并引入束流分布畸变,须利用离线算法进行校正。利用偏微分修复和机器学习算法对CSNS直线加速器IPM蜂窝网格造成的成像阴影和束流分布畸变进行了校正处理,采用无监督机器学习方法DIP校正后的束流尺寸与理论预期偏差低于10%并保持较好信噪比。 展开更多

对6005A-T6铝合金型材进行BT-FSW双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊,研究了0、0.5和1 mm三种装配间隙对焊接接头应力腐蚀(SCC)敏感性的影响。利用SEM扫描电镜对接头慢拉伸(SSRT)应力腐蚀试件断口截面形貌和微观缺陷进行了观察与分析。结果表明:装配间隙... 对6005A-T6铝合金型材进行BT-FSW双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊,研究了0、0.5和1 mm三种装配间隙对焊接接头应力腐蚀(SCC)敏感性的影响。利用SEM扫描电镜对接头慢拉伸(SSRT)应力腐蚀试件断口截面形貌和微观缺陷进行了观察与分析。结果表明:装配间隙越大,焊接接头应力腐蚀开裂敏感性就越大。在0~0.5 mm范围内,间隙量对接头中心区域组织形貌影响较弱,断口均位于热影响区HAZ,是典型韧性断口。当间隙量到达1 mm时,应力腐蚀裂纹萌生于焊核区中心C型线界面,腐蚀区光亮平坦,中心放大区可以观察到细小放射状河流花样,断口类型为沿晶脆性断裂。 展开更多

Residual stress distributions in 7075 aluminum alloy thick plates with different thicknesses and different quenching speeds were measured. A shape function of stress distribution was proposed based on the internal stress distribution characteristics of aluminum alloy. Using nonlinear regression technology,the function between stress value of key points on internal stress curve and surface stress of the plate was obtained. Based on the measured surface stress,stress value of key points and stress distribution shape,the internal stress distribution can be reconstructed. The experiments show that the model is of good engineering practicality. 展开更多

To describe the deformation and strength characteristics of the corroded rock-like specimens containing a single crack under uniaxial compression,a damage constitutive model combining hydro-chemical damage with coupling damage of micro-flaws and macro-cracks is proposed.Firstly,based on phenomenological theory,the damage variable of the rock-like specimens subjected to water environment erosion and chemical corrosion is obtained.Secondly,a coupled damage variable for cracked rock-like specimens is derived based on the Lemaitre strain equivalence hypothesis,which combines the Weibull statistical damage model for micro-flaws and the fracture mechanics model for a macro single crack.Then,considering the residual strength characteristics of the rock-like materials,the damage variable is modified by introducing the correction coefficient,and the damage constitutive model of the corroded rock-like specimens with a single crack under uniaxial compression is established.The model is verified by comparing the experimental stress−strain curves,and the results are in good agreement with those provided in the literature.Finally,the correction coefficient of the damage variable proposed in this paper is discussed.The damage constitutive model developed in this paper provides an effective method to describe the stress−strain relationship and residual strength characteristics of the corroded rock-like specimens with a single crack under uniaxial compression. 展开更多

Segregation of voiced and unvoiced components from residual of speech signal 被引量:1

An actual source consists of a mixture o... In conventional source-filter models, voiced and unvoiced components were considered independently. However, in practice it was difficult to separate the source into two parts. An actual source consists of a mixture of two sources and the ratio varies according to the content or the intention of speaker. It had been investigated to separate the voiced and unvoiced components for different source models. Source signals were modeled based on the residual signal measured from inverse filtering. Three different source models were assumed. The parameters of each model were optimized for the original speech signal using a genetic algorithm. The resulting parameters were compared in terms of the mel-cepstral distance to the original signal, the spectrogram and the spectral envelope from the synthesized signal. The optimization method achieves an improvement of 15% for the Klatt model, but there is little improvement in the modified residual case. 展开更多
