直流线路故障的快速、可靠识别是基于模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的柔性多端直流输电(multi-terminal direct current,MTDC)系统发展的关键技术之一。通过分析柔性多端直流系统线路故障后电流的暂态特征,提... 直流线路故障的快速、可靠识别是基于模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的柔性多端直流输电(multi-terminal direct current,MTDC)系统发展的关键技术之一。通过分析柔性多端直流系统线路故障后电流的暂态特征,提出了一套基于单端电流模量分析的MMC-MTDC系统直流线路故障识别方案。该方案通过对电流一模故障分量动态偏差值极值极性与大小的检测实现了直流线路故障快速定位,并利用故障后电流零模故障分量的差异,从而实现了对故障极的快速判别。在PSCAD仿真平台上搭建了双极四端MMC型柔性直流电网的模型,通过仿真算例验证了该保护在不同故障位置和过渡电阻下均能快速、可靠地检测到直流线路故障并且准确识别故障极。 展开更多

行波保护在雷击干扰下会启动进而可能误动作。在行波保护启动后快速区分雷击干扰和故障可以有效降低行波保护的误动概率。雷击时能量同时在避雷线、杆塔和传输线传播,由于不同元件与传输线之间耦合系数存在差异,不同雷击情况下地模网络... 行波保护在雷击干扰下会启动进而可能误动作。在行波保护启动后快速区分雷击干扰和故障可以有效降低行波保护的误动概率。雷击时能量同时在避雷线、杆塔和传输线传播,由于不同元件与传输线之间耦合系数存在差异,不同雷击情况下地模网络和线模网络上感应电流的幅值存在相对差别。故障性雷击不仅有雷击干扰的特征,且伴随感应电流流通网络拓扑结构的突然改变,零模和线模电流突然变化。因此,该文在分析地模、线模电流附加分量变化特征的基础上,构造幅值、幅值比和变化率判据,不仅能准确判别雷击干扰与雷击故障,还能准确判断具体类型,且具有一定的线路故障识别能力。大量仿真计算表明,提出的雷击识别方案准确、有效。 展开更多

针对现有特高压直流接地极线路阻抗监视系统(简称阻抗监视系统)存在的拒动问题,从理论上推导了接地极线路在不同短路故障条件下的故障阻抗表达式,并验证了理论推导的正确性。在获得故障阻抗表达式的基础上,考虑不同过渡电阻、故障距离... 针对现有特高压直流接地极线路阻抗监视系统(简称阻抗监视系统)存在的拒动问题,从理论上推导了接地极线路在不同短路故障条件下的故障阻抗表达式,并验证了理论推导的正确性。在获得故障阻抗表达式的基础上,考虑不同过渡电阻、故障距离和接地极线路长度的影响,研究了接地极线路故障阻抗和正常运行时阻抗的差异规律,分析了阻抗监视系统在不同故障条件下的适应性,阐述了阻抗监视系统的拒动机理。研究结果表明,现有阻抗监视系统存在保护死区,难以正确反映高阻、远距离故障,特别是当接地极线路的长度为注入信号线模半波长的整数倍时,若单回线故障距离为注入信号四分之一线模波长的奇数倍时,阻抗监视系统将发生拒动。 展开更多

针对工业过程数据存在的非高斯和多模态特性,提出一种基于统计差分LPP的多模态间歇过程故障检测方法。该方法将统计模量分析的方法应用到间歇过程训练数据集中,计算统计过程变量的均值和方差,将不等长的批次变成等长的统计量,保证统计... 针对工业过程数据存在的非高斯和多模态特性,提出一种基于统计差分LPP的多模态间歇过程故障检测方法。该方法将统计模量分析的方法应用到间歇过程训练数据集中,计算统计过程变量的均值和方差,将不等长的批次变成等长的统计量,保证统计模量近似服从高斯分布;然后运用差分算法使多模态变为单模态;最后运用LPP算法进行降维和特征提取,计算样本的T^2统计量,并利用核密度估计确定控制限。对于新来的测试样本数据统计差分处理后,向LPP模型上进行投影,计算新数据的T^2统计量并与控制限比较进行故障检测。最后通过半导体过程数据的仿真结果表明,该算法的故障检测效果最好,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

半导体生产过程是典型的间歇过程,针对其过程数据的多模态、多阶段、模态结构不同和批次不等长等特点,提出了基于统计模量的局部近邻标准化和K近邻相结合的故障检测方法(SP-LNS-KNN)。首先计算样本的统计模量,其次对样本的统计模量使用... 半导体生产过程是典型的间歇过程,针对其过程数据的多模态、多阶段、模态结构不同和批次不等长等特点,提出了基于统计模量的局部近邻标准化和K近邻相结合的故障检测方法(SP-LNS-KNN)。首先计算样本的统计模量,其次对样本的统计模量使用其局部K近邻集进行标准化,最后计算样本与其前K近邻距离,得到平均累积距离D作为检测指标,进而对工业过程进行在线故障检测。统计模量保留了数据的主要信息,将二维样本数据简化为一维数据;局部近邻标准化可以有效降低中心漂移、模态结构差异明显的影响。SP-LNS-KNN不仅能够对大故障实现检测,并且能够提高对小模态的微弱故障的检测能力。使用SP-LNS-KNN对一个实际半导体生产过程数据进行故障检测实验,并将实验结果与PCA、KPCA、LOF和FD-KNN方法的结果进行对比分析,验证了方法的有效性。 展开更多

Most existing work on survivability in mobile ad-hoc networks(MANETs) focuses on two dimensional(2D) networks.However,many real applications run in three dimensional(3D) networks,e.g.,climate and ocean monitoring,and air defense systems.The impact on network survivability due to node behaviors was presented,and a quantitative analysis method on survivability was developed in 3D MANETs by modeling node behaviors and analyzing 3D network connectivity.Node behaviors were modeled by using a semi-Markov process.The node minimum degree of 3D MANETs was discussed.An effective approach to derive the survivability of k-connected networks was proposed through analyzing the connectivity of 3D MANETs caused by node misbehaviors,based on the model of node isolation.The quantitative analysis of node misbehaviors on the survivability in 3D MANETs is obtained through mathematical description,and the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed approach are verified through numerical analysis.The analytical results show that the effect from black and gray attack on network survivability is much severer than other misbehaviors. 展开更多

To avoid the machine problems of excessive axial force, complex process flow and frequent tool changing during robotic drilling holes, a new hole-making technology (i.e., helical milling hole) was introduced for designing a new robotic helical milling hole system, which could further improve robotic hole-making ability in airplane digital assembly. After analysis on the characteristics of helical milling hole, advantages and limitations of two typical robotic helical milling hole systems were summarized. Then, vector model of helical milling hole movement was built on vector analysis method. Finally, surface roughness calculation formula was deduced according to the movement principle of helical milling hole, then the influence of main technological parameters on surface roughness was analyzed. Analysis shows that theoretical surface roughness of hole becomes poor with the increase of tool speed ratio and revolution radius. Meanwhile, the roughness decreases according to the increase of tool teeth number. The research contributes greatly to the construction of roughness prediction model in helical milling hole. 展开更多

The cause and treatment of rail corrugation for the metro have always been a popular and challenging issue. In this work, the field measurements were carried out on rail corrugation, track stiffness, and the track dynamic response. A three-dimensional finite element model was developed to investigate the cause of rail corrugation. The constraints on rail vibration from two wheelsets and adjacent wheel-rail interactions were taken into account in the model. According to experimental and simulation results, the suppression measure for rail corrugation was proposed and the suppression mechanism was discussed. It was found that the cause of rail corrugation is related to vertical and lateral vibration of the rails outside the two wheelsets at around 380 Hz. The increased stiffness of the fasteners reduces the vibration energy of the rail and the wheel-rail force. However, simply increasing the stiffness of the fasteners may not be effective in the suppression of rail corrugation. If necessary, the rails need to be grinded to reduce the roughness to a certain level, so that increasing the fastener stiffness can effectively suppress the rail corrugation. 展开更多

The current study aims to evaluate the dynamic response of stabilized cohesive soil using an enzymatic preparation in terms of resilient modulus.We ran a series of resilient modulus testing according to AASHTO T307 on three types of cohesive soil treated with an enzymatic preparation to investigate its potential on roads construction.The results show significant improvement in the resilient modulus values,estimated at 1.4 to 4.4 times that observed for the untreated soil.Because of the complexity in conducting the resilient modulus measurement,we did a regression analysis to produce reliable correlation formula to predict the resilient modulus for untreated and stabilised soil samples involving stress state.The resilient modulus values for the subgrade materials at the anticipated field stresses were determined using a universal model.The enzymatic preparation was applied in pavement of a sample road and evaluated using the plate load test.SEM analysis for soil samples shows improvement in the soil compaction via reduction of voids between soil particles.XRD analysis shows no major structural changes in the treated soils.The enzymatic preparation contains 43 mg/mL of proteins.We used the SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis)technique to identify the main protein components;however,the presence of interfering materials(surfactants)hinders the separation. 展开更多

Ni-Cr/h-BN self-lubricating composities were prepared by powder metallurgy (P/M) method.The effects of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) content on the mechanical and tribological properties of the Ni-Cr/h-BN composites were investigated.The corresponding frictional models were established to analyze the formation of the lubricant h-BN films on the surfaces of the Ni-Cr/h-BN composites.The results show that,when the content of h-BN increases from 5% to 15% (mass fraction),the bending strength of the Ni-Cr/h-BN composite decreases from 96.670 MPa to 17.319 MPa,and the hardness (HB) decreases from 33 to 14.The friction coefficient of the Ni-Cr/h-BN composite decreases firstly from 0.385 to 0.216,and then increases to 0.284,while the wear rate decreases firstly from 4.14×10-9 kg/(N·m) to 1.35×10-9 kg/(N·m),then increases to 2.36×10-9 kg/(N·m).The best comprehensive mechanical and tribological properties can be obtained between 10% and 12% h-BN addition. 展开更多

Dimensional analysis and numerical simulations were carried out to research prediction method of breakthrough time of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir. Four dimensionless independent variables and dimensionless time were derived from 10 influencing factors of the problem by using dimensional analysis. Simulations of horizontal well in reservoir with bottom water were run to find the prediction correlation. A general and concise functional relationship for predicting breakthrough time was established based on simulation results and theoretical analysis. The breakthrough time of one conceptual model predicted by the correlation is very close to the result by Eclipse with less than 2% error. The practical breakthrough time of one well in Helder oilfield is 10 d, and the predicted results by the method is 11.2 d, which is more accurate than the analytical result. Case study indicates that the method could predict breakthrough time of horizontal well under different reservoir conditions accurately. For its university and ease of use, the method is suitable for quick prediction of breakthrough time. 展开更多

The aim of this work is to analyze the stress distributions on a crown-luting cement-substrate system with a finite-element method in order to predict the likelihood of interfacial micro cracks, radial or circumferential cracks, delamination, fracture and delamination with torsion. The contact and layer interface stresses in elastic layered half-space indented by an elastic sphere were examined using finite element method. The model consists of crown, luting cement and substrate. The solutions were carried out for three different elastic moduli of luting cement. It was placed between the cement and the substrate as a middle layer and its elastic module was chosen lower than the elastic module of crown and higher than the elastic module of dentin. An axisymmetric finite element mesh was set up for the stress analysis. Stress distributions on the contact surface and the interfaces of crown-luting cement and luting cement-dentin have been investigated for three different values of luting cement by using ANSYS. The effects of the luting cement which has three different elastic moduli on the pressure distribution and the location of interfacial stresses of the multi-layer model have been examined. The mechanism of crack initiation in the interfaces and interracial delamination was also studied quantitatively. For each luting cement, the pressure distribution is similar at the contact zone. Stress discontinuities occur at the perfect bonding interfaces of the crown-luting cement and the substrate-luting cement. The maximum stress jumps are obtained for the highest and the lowest elastic module of the luting cement. In the crown-luting cement-substrate system, failures may initiate at crown-luting cement region for luting cement with the lowest elastic module value. In addition, failures at luting cement-substrate region may occur for luting cement with the highest elastic module. In the luting cement, the medium elastic module value is more suitable for stress distribution in crown-luting cement-substrate interfaces. 展开更多

A model for liquid-gas flow (MLGF), considering the flee movement of liquid surface, was built to simulate the wastewater velocity field and gas distribution in a full-scale Caroussel oxidation ditch with surface aeration. It was calibrated and validated by field measurement data, and the calibrated parameters and sections were selected based on both model analysis and numerical computation. The simulated velocities of MLGF were compared to that of a model for wastewater-sludge flow (MWSF). The results show that the free liquid surface considered in MLGF improves the simulated velocity results of upper layer and surface. Moreover, distribution of gas volume fraction (GVF) simulated by MLGF was compared to dissolved oxygen (DO) measured in the oxidation ditch.
