我认为所谓流量的大小和参数的高低,所指的并不是集中供热系统的流量和水温的设计值,因为这些参数值已经由技术、经济、计算决定了,已经无需争论其大小高低了。因为供热系统的实际热负荷在数量与分布上都常与设计时的假设不同。

The advantage of built-up sleeved backup roll was described. Based on the stress distribution analysis and simulation for the built-up sleeved backup roll by using finite element method, the effects of roll sleeve thickness and shrink range on the stress-strain field were studied. Finally, based on the methodology and strategy of the fatigue analysis, fatigue life of backup roll was estimated by using the stress-strain data obtained through finite element simulation. The results show that roll sleeve thickness and shrink range have a great influence on sleeve stress distribution of built-up sleeved roll. Under the circumstance of ensuring transferring enough torque, the shrink range should be kept small. However, thicker roll sleeve has longer roll service life when the shrink range is constant. 展开更多

A footing may get an eccentric load caused by earthquake or wind, thus the bearing capacity of footing subjected to eccentric load become a fundamental geotechnical problem. The conventional limit equilibrium method used for this problem usually evaluates the material properties only by its final strength. But the classical finite element method(FEM) does not necessarily provide a clear collapse mechanism associated with the yield condition of elements. To overcome these defects, a numerical procedure is proposed to create an explicit collapse mode combining a modified smeared shear band approach with a modified initial stress method. To understand the practical performance of sand foundation and verify the performance of the proposed procedure applied to the practical problems, the computing results were compared with the laboratory model tests results and some conventional solutions. Furthermore, because the proposed numerical procedure employs a simple elasto-plastic model which requires a small number of soil parameters, it may be applied directly to practical design works. 展开更多

In order to study the variation of machine tools’dynamic characteristics in the manufacturing space,a Kriging approximate model is proposed.Finite element method(FEM)is employed on the platform of ANSYS to establish finite element(FE)model with the dynamic characteristic of combined interface for a milling machine,which is newly designed for producing aero engine blades by a certain enterprise group in China.The stiffness and damping of combined interfaces are adjusted by using adaptive simulated annealing algorithm with the optimizing software of iSIGHT in the process of FE model update according to experimental modal analysis(EMA)results.The Kriging approximate model is established according to the finite element analysis results utilizing orthogonal design samples by taking into account of the range of configuration parameters.On the basis of the Kriging approximate model,the response surfaces between key response parameter and configuration parameters are obtained.The results indicate that configuration parameters have great effects on dynamic characteristics of machine tools,and the Kriging approximate model is an effective and rapid method for estimating dynamic characteristics of machine tools in the manufacturing space. 展开更多
