夏水在先秦时期就分江入沔 ,明代后 ,在地貌环境变化和人类活动等影响下 ,其上源逐渐演变为建阳河与长湖水系 ,下游逐渐由入沔演为入江。杨水自古以来就是汉水的一条支流 ,其源头由西汉时的沮漳河下游分枝演变为南北朝时期的荆门上游山... 夏水在先秦时期就分江入沔 ,明代后 ,在地貌环境变化和人类活动等影响下 ,其上源逐渐演变为建阳河与长湖水系 ,下游逐渐由入沔演为入江。杨水自古以来就是汉水的一条支流 ,其源头由西汉时的沮漳河下游分枝演变为南北朝时期的荆门上游山丘来水 ;唐代后杨口湮塞。至明清时杨水已演变为建阳水水系 ,但与原来的杨水已大相径庭。夏杨水在南北朝时为分杨水入夏水的一条枝河 ,后随杨口的湮塞而消失。东荆河是明万历间汉江夜汊堤溃口后 ,沿河百姓在夜汊河下游各枝河堵支塞汊、围堤筑垸 ,才使“形如瓜蔓”的东荆河形成单一河道。东荆河口泽口既非杨口 ,东荆河经行又非夏杨水古道 ,因而可断定“夏杨水非东荆河” 展开更多

Flotation is often employed to separate valuable natural minerals and gangue minerals.However,few studies have been conducted on artificial mineral flotation.Anosovite,the primary mineral in titanium slag,is a typical artificial mineral that can be enriched by flotation.In the present work,flotation behavior and adsorption mechanism of anosovite in salicylhydroxamic acid(SHA)solution were studied.The influence of pH and SHA dosage on anosovite flotability was investigated.Micro-flotation test results show that a pH range of 7–8.5 is available for SHA to collect anosovite.A maximum recovery of 93.26%can be obtained with SHA dosage of only 4×10.5 mol/L.In addition,TOC,zeta potential,FTIR,SEM-EDS,and XPS analyses were used to study the adsorption mechanism.Results demonstrated that SHA adsorption is governed by chemisorption.XPS studies further suggested that chemical adsorption occurred at the Ti sites on the anosovite surface. 展开更多

For the determination of salicylaldoxime in environmental water samples,a stable and rapid method with low detection was proposed and established,based on the liquid-liquid extraction-high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector.Parameters including extraction solvent,ionic strength,solution pH,and extraction pattern were discussed for the optimal quantification of salicylaldoxime-spiked water.When the described method was applied to four spiked water samples,the obtained average extraction recovery rate was found between 87%–107%and relative standard deviation was below 6%.At the same time,good linear relationships were observed for spiked water samples from 0.01 to 10μg/mL(R2=0.9993).In addition,the detection limit of salicylaldoxime was revealed between 0.003–0.008μg/mL,which is two orders of magnitude lower than previously reported results.Thus,the presented method may be advantageous for the high-efficiency determination of salicylaldoxime in water samples. 展开更多

To improve the adsorption properties of chemically modified chitosan, the chelating resin of salicylal chitosan Schiff bases was prepared by the template cross-linking method using Cu(Ⅱ) as template ion and ethylene glycol bisglycidyl ether as cross-linking agent in microwave, and was characterized by IR. The adsorption capacity and selectivity coefficient of the chemically modified chitosan for Cu(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ) and Zn(Ⅱ) were investigated, respectively. The results show that the adsorption capacity of the resin 2.73 mmol/g for Cu(Ⅱ) is bigger than that for other two metal ions, 0.22 mmol/g for Fe(Ⅲ), and 0.42 mmol/g for Zn(Ⅱ), and the selectivity coefficients are as follows: KCu(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ)=12.4, KCu(Ⅱ)/Zn(Ⅱ)=6.5. 展开更多

Abstract: A simple optimized microplate-based method to assay endo-1,4-β-mannosidase activity was described as an improved high-throughput screening method. A series of experimental conditions were optimized. It is revealed that the optimum measurement procedure is as follows: adding 50μL of diluted enzyme sample and 50 μL substrate, incubating at 45 ℃ for exactly 5 min in micro-plate, mixing with 100 μL 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) reagent, maintaining at boiling point for 15 rain, cooling down to room temperature before determining the ABS value at 540 nm using an ELISA micro-plate reader. The reaction volume of the optimized microplate-assay is reduced to 200μL from 2 500 μL used in the standard β-mannanase macro-assay. The optimized micro-assay is significantly more sensitive in all of the 643 candidates during endo-1,4-β-mannosidase screening. Statistical analyses show that the sensitivity of the optimized micro-method is significantly greater than that of the macro-assay. The optimized method is convenient, fast, and cheap for high throughput enzyme screening. 展开更多

Hydrogen sulfide in rural biogas was removed with liquid-phase catalytic oxidation.By using rare earth as catalyst,and sulfosalicylic acid as stabilizer,H2S purification efficiency could increase as high as 96%,and sulfur capacity of the composite solution was about 3 g/L.The results show that purification efficiency was affected by catalyst addition,pH,experimental temperature,and sulfur capacity.The parameters effects on catalytic oxidation were studied,and the optimized conditions were that Fe3+ concentration 0.08 mg/L,reaction temperature 70°C,pH 9.0,with a absorption solution volume of 50 mL,a gas flow rate 200 mL/min,and H2S mass concentration of 1.58-2.02 mg/m3. 展开更多
