某乳品厂奶粉加工过程乳样杂质度测定分析

在某乳品厂奶粉加工环节中,分别取原料乳、过滤乳、净化乳、奶粉及浓缩乳样品进行测定。结果:过滤乳、净化乳、浓缩乳的杂质含量较低,分别为9,3.11,3.7mg/kg;而原料乳和奶粉的杂质含量较高,分别为16mg/kg,... 在某乳品厂奶粉加工环节中,分别取原料乳、过滤乳、净化乳、奶粉及浓缩乳样品进行测定。结果:过滤乳、净化乳、浓缩乳的杂质含量较低,分别为9,3.11,3.7mg/kg;而原料乳和奶粉的杂质含量较高,分别为16mg/kg,和14mg/kg奶粉杂质超出国家标准2mg/kg。分析结果表明,原料乳杂质度高是因为挤奶及收购过程污染所致,而奶粉杂质偏高则是加工过程产生焦粉所致。 展开更多

一、引言 超高反压大功率晶体管DF104是电视机的重要电子器件。提高其质量和合格率是发展国产电视机的重要课题之一。在严格的器件设计和工艺条件下,采用低补偿度的优质硅单晶材料,能有效地提高这晶体管的击穿电压及其合格率,从而降低... 一、引言 超高反压大功率晶体管DF104是电视机的重要电子器件。提高其质量和合格率是发展国产电视机的重要课题之一。在严格的器件设计和工艺条件下,采用低补偿度的优质硅单晶材料,能有效地提高这晶体管的击穿电压及其合格率,从而降低其成本。 实验用的衬底硅单晶片是电阻率大体相同(P≈80Ωom)的N-Si。实验时,从同一硅单晶锭切下硅片,用55K低温霍尔法和迭代法抽样检测其杂质补偿度K,再将和抽样检测样品相邻的硅片,经严格抛光清洗之后投片生产晶体管。每次生产条件严格保持相同。对生产出的晶体管,统测其耐压BV_(ceo)和BV_(cbo)及其合格率ξ,η等。合格率ξ和η分别定义为耐压≥某额定耐压BV_(ceo)和BV_(cbo)的成品数对总成品数之比。 展开更多

The zinc casting is a complicated process with high temperature, high dust content and dynamic solidification. To accurately detect the edge and texture of metal image under this condition, a sub-pixel detection based on gradient entropy and adaptive four-order cubic convolution interpolation (GEAF-CCI) algorithm is proposed. This method mainly involves three procedures. Firstly, the gradient image is generated from the grey images by using gradient operator. Then, a dynamic threshold based on the maximum local gradient entropy (DTMLGE) algorithm is applied to distinguishing the edge and texture pixels from gradient images. Finally, the adaptive four-order cubic convolution interpolation (AF-CCI) algorithm is proposed for interpolating calculation of the target edges and textures according to their variation differences in different directions. The experimental result shows that the proposed algorithm can remove the jag and blur of the edges and textures, improve the edge positioning precision and reduce the false or missing detection rate. 展开更多

Perfluorolyether is characterized by highly chemical inertness, oxidative stability, anticorrosion as well as radiation resistance. It can be used as lubricant especially in harsh environmental conditions. In this work, hexafluoropylene oxide was catalytically polymerized at low temperature using the methods of anionic polymerization, and perfluorolyethers were obtained with number-average degree of polymerization more than 15. CsF and RbF were used as catalysts and their catalytic activities were investigated. Experimental results show that perfluorolyethers with number-average molar masses up to 3 000 g/mol could be obtained using the two kinds of catalysts, respectively. As compared to CsF, the number-average degree of polymerization is higher and the relative molecular mass distribution interval is narrower when RbF is used as catalyst. The effect of factors such as impurities' content, reaction temperature and reaction time on the number-average degree of polymerization was also investigated. It is found that low impurities' content and low temperature are beneficial to the generation of high number-average degree of perfluorolyethers. The optimization reaction time is 24 h, and fiarther increase of reaction time does not significantly affect the average relative molecular mass. The product was characterized by IR, 19F NMR and GC-MS, and the catalytic mechanism was analyzed finally. 展开更多
